Una hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios con cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, todo en una sola planta. Todos los pisos de madera y baldosas de pizarra. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con baño completo con ducha, bañera y dos lavabos separados. El dormitorio 2 tiene 2 camas queen y el dormitorio 3 tiene una cama matrimonial con una litera doble en la parte superior. El baño 2 es un baño completo con bañera / ducha. Gran patio y un hermoso frente a la playa donde puede sentarse, nadar y tomar el sol.
La cocina está totalmente cargada con ollas, sartenes y platos necesarios para preparar sus comidas favoritas. La cubierta exterior ofrece excelentes vistas y un área relajante para asar o tomar una siesta. Acabamos de hacer muchas renovaciones en la propiedad y la casa es bastante bonita. Esta casa tiene un apartamento separado con su propia entrada en el segundo piso. Está ocupado por un solo inquilino que supervisa este alquiler y nuestra casa al lado.

My overall thoughts about this property, it was cozy and had a rustic, homey feel. It was spacious with a lovely backyard and the bay was perfect to sit and overlook at the beginning and end of the day.

My children and I had a wonderful stay! The home is cute and cozy and has pretty much everything you need. The water just steps from the backdoor was amazing! A large very quiet beach is only a 5 minute walk. We had fun finding all kinds of sealife and critters! VA beach boardwalk was only about a 30 min drive so we enjoyed that as well.

We enjoyed this amazing house and property. We got to explore the neighborhood walk across the street to one of the main beaches. Also went to the Virginia zoo and a dolphin sightseeing adventure. We got to eat at the ocean view pier restaurant and enjoy our own cooking of meals. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Fun little beach in front of fun beach house; nicely done but not perfect so we didn't have to worry about kids destroying it.

Great House!

My family had a great week at the house! Our only issue was a safety concern for senior citizens was the step down from the kitchen to dining room and step down from the hall into living room. We were concerned about the traffic noise from the interstate being so close, but it was not a problem. Bonnie & Steve were great host! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Thank You!

Welcome home

Property was a convenient location for what my family wanted and needed. Property was clean. Host was responsive and accommodative. Beach on bay a 5 minute walk. Small little beach on property great for the kids while adults can watch and chat around a fire. Ample seating inside and out. Would stay again and recommend!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willow-by-the-Bay. Wonderful beds, bed linens and air-conditioning. The home was spotless with a well stocked kitchen. It was wonderful not to have to bring linens as you do at many rentals. This home was perfect for four friends to get away together. We particularly enjoyed eating at the seafood restaurant on the Ocean View Pier. It was pleasant sitting outside for an evening cocktail. You will enjoy your stay.

Bright and cozy

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and bright. We loved being on the water and especially kayaking. Kayaking at sunset with my daughter is my strongest takeaway memory. The nearby highway in view from the back porch did not bother us at all (not loud) and we were impressed by the naval aircraft running maneuvers or returning to base in the distance. The house's location was close to fishing, beaches, and restaurants.

Great property, perfect location.

We really enjoyed our time. Bonnie was very responsive and accommodating. The location was great for us. Our son is in the Navy so he was able to stay with us when he wasn’t working. It’s a short 25 minute drive to VA Beach and a 20 minute drive to the zoo. The small beach right outside the back door was a big hit for the kids and the dogs. The only negative we had was the water in the house didn’t get hot. It was warm enough for a short shower though. Either way, we had a great time in a great property and we will definitely stay again.

Girls Trip

Enjoyed stay in Norfolk. Very. I’ve accommodations. Only that seemed a little off to me was unavailability of TP! Was half a till when we got there for two bathrooms. (But, we were instructed that we would be responsible for toilet paper) Also beds were not made up, sheets were folded and in rooms. But very. I’ve place and would definitely stay there again.

Short stay

The house was very nice enjoyed it very much. I was not thrilled with the location. The beach area was not clean, needed to be raked, there was seaweed. The first night we got there the kids wanted to swim, my granddaughter hit thr rocks and was all cut up from them. There was not much to do in the area, i personally did not feel safe in the area. I think it was a little pricey.

Noisy Location

There was consistent road noise from the interstate. Helicopters and planes flying over head at all hours of the day and night. Road construction on the interstate also occurs at night. If you are a light sleeper bring noise canceling head phones. Also, bring extra towels. Only 1 towel is provided per person, and were denied any additional when requested.

The house and property are kept up very well, and in a very convenient location. The private beach in the backyard is so quaint, and the regular beach is only a few minutes walk. I recommend staying here!

A perfect week

We had such a great time during our stay! The house is just right- comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, and a beautiful view. My parents both have some mobility issues so we were looking for a place with everything on one level and this space met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the back yard beach, and used our kayak every day because we didn’t have to carry it anywhere. The kids enjoyed playing and swimming right outside their door, while the adults hung out on the patio. There’s a heron that lives nearby and is a lot of fun to watch. We can’t wait to come back!

Private beach getaway

My sisters enjoyed the water, beach and fresh air. They also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and making traditional foods from our childhood. We also enjoyed the Norfolk scene! Premium Outlet Mall, Ocean View Pier, Chrysler Museum and Navy Exchange. A great week despite the heat.

Exceeded expectations!

It was the perfect place for our family! The living area was large and open for family, the kitchen was open and incredibly well stocked with dishes for meals, baking, and whatever. Don’t let the entrance photo fool you- the house is almost completely updated and very comfy. The pier was a huge bonus for those who wanted to fish and even try to crab, despite poor weather. We were sorry not to be able to better utilize the fire pit and spacious upper and lower decks.

Very relaxing

We chose this home due to the location on the bay. It did not disappoint. Even though the weather was only in the upper 60 to low 70's the kids enjoyed the sandy beach and the water. Nice to have a place that is level and not too deep for the little ones to have some independence while playing. Will definitely come back when weather is warmer.

Lovely Spot on the Water

My friends and I visited for a mini-vacation, and we had an amazing time in the house. We loved the private beach and the other amenities the house had to offer. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Great Thanksgiving!

So enjoyed our holiday at this property! The house was clean, weather was great, our pups loved playing in the yard and water, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals, and we were a short walk from beach access and a short drive from great breweries. We also got to experience Holiday Lights at the Beach! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

Peaceful retreat

I throughly enjoyed my stay. It was lovely to be on the water. Norfolk was very nice and the trip to Virginia Beach is a breeze. I would like to stay with these hosts again.
