LUJOSO piso en posición panorámica con una encantadora vista sobre el Golfo de Marinella, libre por tres lados, situado dentro de la prestigiosa y reservada Residencia Ladunia, dotada de recepción para huéspedes y servicio de seguridad, lindando con la famosa propiedad de Villa Certosa.

La casa está dispuesta en dos niveles y consta de una sala de estar con una gran veranda amueblada con zona de comedor y de estar y con una sugestiva vista al mar tanto desde el interior como desde el exterior. Una cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, un dormitorio doble con una gran terraza cubierta y amplios armarios empotrados hasta el techo, un dormitorio individual con armario empotrado, ambos servidos por un cuarto de baño con ducha y un lavadero. Cómoda y espaciosa buhardilla con dormitorio doble y cuarto de ducha. El piso está equipado con aire acondicionado, Wifi y Smart TV.

El alquiler incluye plaza de aparcamiento cubierta, el uso de la gran piscina infinita (abierta del 01.06 al 30.09) con vista panorámica, dos pistas de tenis, campo de fútbol sala, parque infantil, servicio de conserjería, servicio de seguridad, acceso a la plataforma marítima.

La ropa de cama y las toallas (juego inicial) no están incluidas en el precio del alquiler. Está disponible bajo petición con un coste adicional de 26,00 EUR por persona y estancia.

No muy lejos se encuentra la hermosa playa de Marinella equipada con varios alquileres: sombrillas, botes, canoas y mucho más. A 5 minutos en coche del pintoresco y elegante Porto Rotondo, a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Olbia.

Wonderful Stay!

The apartment with its amazing view is perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardegna. On the property you can find a tennis court, Pool, cafe and a nice restaurant. We would recommend to stay there!

Amazing apartment in a stunning location

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was very well equipped and of an excellent standard in a beautiful location. It was very clean and well maintained. The views from the apartment were stunning. The complex was also excellent with great pool, bar and very friendly and helpful staff. The host was also superb, pre and during stay communications were spot on, informative and very helpful which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views, wonderful area

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was spacious and the view from the veranda was stunning. We travelled with a 2 yr old and there are quite a few steps to the property and some things to be mindful of if you have a little one but it was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Family holiday

Location of the property means that every room enjoys great views of the beach or the wooded hills around the property. The terrace/ balcony is a great place for family meals. Kitchen has all the amenities that you need. There are a huge number of beaches for all tastes within easy driving distance. We also found it to be a good base for exploring the nearby mountains and for day trips to places Like La Maddelana islands.

The most stunning view!

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with outside terraces front and back providing perfect sitting areas to absorb probably the best view I’ve ever had the pleasure to look at - across Porto Rotondo. The place is immaculate and well equipped and sits within a resort with pool, play area and nice grounds for a short stroll. It’s in easy reach of a lovely beach, various restaurants and grocery shopping. Had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again

Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment is very nice, well maintained and you will feel in a mix between and hotel and your own home. The view is amazing on the Marinella gulf, spectacular sunset and the best way to wake up in the morning. The location is also very strategic considering that you are 3 minutes from the Marinella beach and 5 minutes from Porto Rotondo. Overall, fantastic experience.

Perfect stay with incredible views

The apartment was in a fabulous location for local beaches, towns and not far from Olbia airport and supermarket. It was comfortable and clean with a magnifient view from the large balcony. The pool was a very good size, well maintained and enjoyed more super views over the bay. It was end of season so quiet with some amenities and local shops and restaurants closed but that didnt spoil it, as we loved the peace and quiet and the lovely temperatures. We would love to return.

Perfect apartment

A very nice apartment on the 1st floor of a house with a wonderful balcony with a great view. Really great and lovingly furnished rooms. The equipment was very good, nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host's POI were also places worth seeing. We had an excellent stay and a lovely holiday. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located on a well maintained residence with a reception/service office and friendly staff. It has been thoughtfully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and decorations, and is in excellent condition. The large veranda and views of Marinella are stunning. Wonderful appartement for holliday

Appartement with breathtaking view near Porto Rotondo and Marinella beaches. Great spot to explore the northern part of Sardegna from. Very large infinity swimming pool with amazing view with lots of sun beds and plenty of shade. The appartement has everything you need for a great holiday. Beautiful terrace for dining al fresco. Valerio has done the appartement with plenty of details and lovely atmosphere. We will surely come back when we visit Sardegna again!

Beautifully decorated, spacious & stunning views.

We thorougherly enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was so beautifully presented and equipped with everything you need. Everything in the property was tasteful and good quality, which I appreciated after having rented some places which read well but when you turn up are not as expected. The layout of the apartment was fabulous for families and ensured everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounds. The view from the balcony was a real highlight, and the pool in the complex was a great alternative if the beaches were too windy. Having said that, there are many beautiful, white sandy beaches a short drive away so you can try a different one each day. The owner and apartment manager were both very nice and easy to deal. We had a wonderful time and plan to rent this apartment again. It was perfect for our family.

Great Veiw Appartment

The Apartment is very Nice, and the view is awesome, the only downside was that the pool closes on Sep. 30th, so did not even try to find it. But the beach across the way was still swimmable, a little chilly, but the apartment was great, except only 1 old fry pan, not a big deal. I did not look at all the photos or I would have realized that its on the third floor, 4 flights of steps and no elevator to carry up the luggage, not a problem for some but since I had sprained an ankle three weeks before going, it was not that good for me. Also the steps up to the Loft were very steep, Defiantly need a car if you want to explore, only suggestion I have would be to extend the time on the stair lights, leaving in the evening to go out the stair lights are on a timer and go out half way down. Otherwise a great place to stay. Did rent a dinghy at Porto Rotondo absolutely great day on the water, and did enjoy the stay, would recommend the place.

Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen gereist und hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober. Die Strände sind in dieser Zeit nicht überlaufen, die meisten Lokale und Strandbars noch geöffnet. Das Wetter war überwiegend warm und sonnig, daher konnten wir den Pool an den letzten Öffnungstagen noch sehr gut nutzen. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall einen Pkw vor Ort. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Selbst die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Einzig die Duschen könnten eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen, aber auch da war alles sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist der grosse Balkon mit dem mega Ausblick auf die Bucht!Valerio war unser bisher bester Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Nochmals vielen Dank, Valerio!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage in der Nähe von Porto Rotondo. Das Highlight ist der Balkon, von dem man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht hat. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung der Zimmer bei Fewo-direkt nicht korrekt. Es gibt keine 4 Schlafzimmer, sondern 3 - zwei mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleineres mit einem Einzelbett. Die Strände in der Gegend sind sehr schön. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Oktober) dort. Zu dieser Zeit sind fast alle Strandbars, Geschäfte und sogar Toiletten am Strand geschlossen. Zudem sollte man wissen, dass die Restaurants an der Costa Smeralda recht teuer sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt funktioniert. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Strände, Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben.

Traumaussicht

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Anlage. Wir waren in der Nachsaison September/Oktober dort und es war angenehm ruhig. Der Pool ist groß genug um richtig zu Schwimmen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Hammer aber ist die Terrasse, die einen genialen Ausblick über die ganze Bucht bietet. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da die Anlage etwas außerhalb liegt und man von dort anders nichts erreichen kann. Valerie war über WhatsApp gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Het appartement is comfortabel en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De keuken is wat aan de kleine kant en niet heel geschikt om een maaltijd voor een gezin te maken. In de buurt zijn genieg restaurants te vinden, dus het is makkelijk op te lossen. Het zwembad geeft een heerlijke verkoeling.
