Todos nuestros apartamentos ofrecen acceso a estacionamiento seguro (algo raro en Collioure) y 2 playas protegidas. Perfecto para aquellos que desean nadar, bucear o simplemente relajarse. A 2 minutos a pie hay un supermercado que le ofrece la opción fácil de alojarse en los apartamentos. Los apartamentos están a poca distancia de Collioure (20 minutos) y Port Vendres (10 minutos), donde podrá elegir entre la variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y galerías de arte. Puede aparcar el coche y disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Accesible desde los aeropuertos PERPIGNAN, GIRONA, BEZIER, CARCASSONNE y BARCELONA. También de fácil acceso por autopista y tren.

To say the truth, I would prefer to leave no comment, because this was just so perfect, I would like to keep it to myself. I would like to protect Collioure and this apartment from masses of holidaymakers. So: thank you to Remi for his apartment and his wonderful hospitality, and thank you to the French for creating Collioure and for keeping it secret.

Die Lage ist ideal und sehr schön, allerdings ist das Appartement in die Jahre gekommen- das Bad und WC wurden zwar renoviert jedoch sind jedoch die Duschstange einem fast entgegen kommt, die Innen Türen total verzogen die Tür vom Appartement ist sehr desolat und unsicher. Auch das Equipment wie Aufhängungen etc. sind In einem sehr fragwürdigen Zustand. Fenster im Nebenzimmer war garnicht zum öffnen da die Befestigungen schon total verrostet sind. Schade eigentlich das da nichts investiert wird das würde den Preis dann auch rechtfertigen. Begrüßung und Einführung war nett und ausführlich.

Annonce d’un appartement de 61 m2 avec 2 chambres. En réalité on n’arrive pas à 50 m2 et une des « chambres » est un réduit de 2,05 m sur 2,15 avec une literie inappropriée pour un adulte. La salle de douche fait 2,2m2. Salon correct ainsi que l’autre chambre. Propreté très douteuse quand on regarde de près . Appartement vieillissant. Seule la vue est admirable.

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour à Collioures. L'appartement était parfait pour des vacances dans ce lieu magnifique. Beautiful View

We were really pleased with the service provided by Remi thackray who responded promptly to all our enquiries. He was there to greet us on arrival and show us round the apartment of which the views from the balcony will be hard to beat. There are good car parking arrangements which are a bonus for Collioure area. There was everything in the apartment that we needed and we had a comfortable stay. Sadly the weather wasn't too good and so we weren't able to enjoy the beach facilities on the doorstep. A new Lidl has opened very close by and we were able to do some delicious catering when the weather kept us indoors.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer und das nahegelegene Collioure

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Collioure und Port-Vendres. Beide Orte sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir das Auto nicht einmal gebraucht. Remy war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen Insidertipps versorgt - herzlichen Dank!

kleines Appartement mit perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt zwischen Collioure und Port Vendres, beides ist fussläufig ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Appartement liegt der Strand, der Blick auf die Bucht und auf Collioure ist einmalig. Remi, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Spül— und Waschmaschine, 2 Fernsehern, Geschirr, Besteck etc. Das Appartement ist ein wenig klein, insbesondere Bad und WC und genügte unseren (hohen) Ansprüchen nicht ganz. Außerdem sollte die Ferienwohnung zwischendurch einmal professionell gereinigt werden. Die gesamte Anlage ist schön geplant und errichtet, inzwischen aber in die Jahre gekommen (bröckelnder Beton, rostendes Metall). Wen das alles nicht stört, dem sei diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfohlen.

Superb view, manager and location

We spent one week in this cozy unit and had everything we needed. Since we are walkers--no car--we loved the daily walk into both Collioure, the hills and Port Vendres. (The view was terrific from our apartment and we were always reluctant to leave!) One afternoon French Marines "stormed" our beach in a training exercise! The Wednesday/Sunday local market is not to be missed. We had planned on doing several sidetrips, but loved where we were so much that we did not go. Remi communicated so well with us, met us at the unit and thoroughly made sure we were oriented, could connect with wifi, and identified things that were of interest to us. In one instance, he went way above the call of duty for me that helped me so much. I wish everyone would take the time he did to settle us into a new place!

Flat with a stunning view.

Nice flat with a great view located in a walking distance to both Collioure and Port Vendres. Every evening we could watch the exceptional sunset over Collioure harbour. Remi was very helpful and fixed necessary baby equipment for our stay, which made our month long stay with a 10 month old baby as easy as possible. Located just 20 meter from a quiet beach. The nerd in me was very happy with the stable internet connection.

Lovely apartment in great location

The location of the apartment is fantastic and being right on the beach is great. The views and sunsets from the apartment balcony were lovely. We enjoyed evenings out in Collioure and Port Vendres both of which have excellent restaurants. Remi was very helpful on our arrival and provided useful information on the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, a great place to stay.

Wonderful location with stunning views

Ideally located within walking distance of both Collioure and Port Vendre this apartment is set above a sheltered beach and has wonderful views of Collioure across the bay. It was immaculately prepared for us and Remi could not have been more helpful in ensuring we got the most out of our short stay. The development is very quiet and private secure underground parking a considerable bonus as we would have found it inconvenient to empty the car completely. If we ever get back to this part of France again we will certainly be hoping the apartment is available.

superbe vue sur la mer et Collioure

très mignon appartement ,très fonctionnel (il n'y manque rien ,lave linge et lave vaisselle sur la loggia à part ),les lits sont faits à l'arrivée ,la vue est magique .Très bonne location pour deux personnes avec éventuellement petit enfant ,un peu juste toutefois pour 3 adultes surtout si le séjour est long. .L’accueil par Rémy est chaleureux et efficace .

Beautiful Coastal Retreat

A great apartment with well appointed amenities and fantastic views and location. Remi our host was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was great! Fantastic Vacation Rental

The location of this apartment was perfect. Literally metres away from the beach but also walking distance to both Collioure and Port Vendres. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment and I can really recommend the Seafood bar at Port Vendres Fish market. The apartment is newly furnished and modern and has everything you need. Remi was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. We would definitely use this apartment again and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful apt! Stunning Views

This apt has everything a group of friends or a family could ask for!! The apt complex has two private beaches that present the idyllic setting. It's also perfectly situated between Collioure and Port Vendre so you get the best of both worlds,Port Vendre- the traditional French fort town with superb fish restaurants and lots of charm and Collioure the picture post card Little French Coastal town with vibrant cafés and restaurants. My wife and I had a superb long weekend here and can't wait to come back. Thanks Remi for a lovely stay. Regards T&J

Beachside Bliss

We stayed at Alosa for 3 nights in June. It was a wonderful place for us to come as we had been robbed in Spain. Remi the manager looked after us so well and went out of his way to help us and find extra things for our babies. The apartment was lovely, modern furnishings and very clean. The view from the living area, master bedroom and kitchen was spectacular. We were able to comfortably fit 2 couples and 2 babies although the second bedroom was quite small. The kitchen was well equiped. There were even deck chairs to take to the beach! The location was great, walking distance to Collioure and Port Vendres. And the beach literally at the doorstep. I would definately return to this apartment, only next time I would stay longer to make the most of the beautiful surrounds and just relax on the beach. A wonderful stay.

Perfect location, perfect apartment

The views from the apartment are just as shown, absolutely beautiful! The location is an easy walk from either Collioure or Port Vendre and there is a decent supermarket within 1/4 mile. The apartment is a good size for 2 people, well laid out and comfortable. Plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus when staying in Collioure. The beach is literally at your doorstep and is very safe for swimming or snorkeling. The agent, Remi, was very helpful with suggestions on places to go in the area and provided some great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be coming back to the area and hope to stay in Alosa again. Many thanks!

Perfect

We have just returned from the Alosa apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is excellent with stunning views of the sea. The beach is 30 seconds away and both Collioure and Port Vendres are within easy reach by foot. Remi is exceedingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alosa and we will definitely return.

A jewel on the "Côte Vermeille" near Collioure

The Alosa appartment is a real jewel on the "Côte Vermeille" near Collioure. My Family and I spent a wonderful holidays in the very well equipped appartment and the property manager Remi did everthing to make our vacation very relaxing. We could ask for everything and got help all the time. The View from the livingroom, the bedroom an the kitchen goes to the pictiorally bay and Collioure, and the house is directly situated on the beach where we spent marvelous times. The city of Port Vendres and Collioure can be reached by feet. I really enjoyed running across a small path along the rocky beach to Port Vendres in the morning when the sun is coming up, and I cought beautiful views on the blooming coastline and to the Pyrenees. We will definitely come back next season.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

PARKING! Anyone who has been to Collioure before will understand why this is so important. Each apartment has a place in the secure carpark.

Many people book to stay in the town centre only to learn that they need to park their car 20 minutes away. This is not so convenient for unloading shopping, kids or luggage.

There are 2 beaches in the residence and within 10 - 20 minutes walk you can be in Collioure or Port-Vendres. There is alo a supermarket within 3 minutes walk.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If I were to advise travellers here are a few things I would suggest:

Decide what is really important for you during your stay and contact the property manager to make sure that it is available. Remember, the property is only a part of the holiday experince and ask about other aspects. Feel free to call me or email, I don't bite.

Check the photos of the property and read the description properly.

Take advice from the property manager on what to do in the area. We have loads of local knowledge that can't be found on the internet.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, make sure you have it! Many things can go wrong, from illness to your holiday being cancelled. While these things are rare they could happen. At least this way you will be covered.

Try and be on time. I know from personal experience that delays are inevitable at sometimes, but please don't forget that there is someone who is waiting for you on your arrival.

Finally, if something isn't right during your stay, let the manager know while you are there. There really is nothing that can be done to improve your holiday once you have left.
