Este nuevo apartamento tiene cuatro dormitorios, dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, comedor con capacidad para 12 y un gran balcón con barbacoa. El departamento tiene estacionamiento para 3 autos. Menos de 5 minutos a pie desde el apartamento es el lago Brienz, hermosos paseos, natación, comida. Un lugar alejado de todo, pero aún muy cerca para explorar la región. La estación de tren Interlaken-Ost y el gran centro comercial COOP se encuentran a 4 km u 11 minutos en autobús. La parada de autobús está al otro lado de la calle, a una distancia de solo 50 metros.

EL ESPACIO
Un chalet suizo tradicional con un toque moderno. El apartamento es amplio, luminoso y ideal para familias numerosas y grupos. Ubicado en el primer y segundo piso y totalmente equipado para sus necesidades.
El primer piso tiene cocina, salón, comedor, balcón y dormitorio 1 (3 individuales) y un amplio baño familiar con bañera y lavadora.
El segundo piso tiene baño con ducha, Dormitorio 2 (doble grande e individual), Dormitorio 3 (2 individuales) y Dormitorio 4 (1 doble grande y 2 individuales).
Excelente ubicación para disfrutar de la región de Jungfrau.
Impresionantes vistas al lago y las montañas
Inmaculado en todo, ropa de cama, toallas, persianas / persianas en cada ventana dando total privacidad.

EL VECINDARIO
A 5 minutos a pie a través de las calles del pueblo conduce al lago. Allí encontrará un buen restaurante con mesas al aire libre. A poca distancia a pie se encuentra la estación de barco Ringgenberg, desde donde puede comenzar un viaje en barco en el hermoso lago de Brienz. Hay varias rutas de senderismo a lo largo del lago o un poco más alto que ofrecen impresionantes vistas al lago y las montañas.

Hiking trip to Interlaken

Nice place to stay near to the lake, we were 10 persons and that was perfekt to the size of the House. We enjoyed our stay, and will come back another time.

A Splendid Lake Stay

We had a great stay. The jacuzzi is worth it. Great views, great flow. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and spices in the pantry which was awesome. We were a family of 10, 5 adults, 5 kids age 8-12. We all fit comfortably and the kids had a blast on the tereace. Great access to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lautenbrunnen. Restaurants and market close by. We would definitely stay again.

Good location, great communication

The property was just as we expected. The host answered our questions very promptly and the checkin process was easy. Right on the bus line and close to the train. The only small complaint I have is the noise from the road as the windows aren’t super insulated.

Cute Place, Nice View

Overall, a cute property. Plenty of bed space for everyone. We didn't realize when booking that people lived downstairs. They had notes to watch the noise level in the living room portion so we tried to stay out of there all together. With a group, its hard to be quiet. Location was a bit further from restaurants and shops than we had thought. We just drove into Interlaken each day.

Prettiest place in the world

Chris was very responsive to our inquiries and check in was easy. The view from the deck was breathtaking. The space was comfortable for our inter generational family of 11. The kitchen was well supplied and there was a grocery nearby. Even though the house was close to the road, the windows were very insulating. The weather was unusually warm, but there were fans available for each bedroom. It would have been helpful to know what size coffee pods to buy so we used the French press. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We felt catfished

Pictures make the place look much nicer than it is. There were signs posted all around the home with instructions, making us feel uncomfortable. A book with all of the rules would have been nicer. The listing states there are bikes for us to use there. First, the host didn't provide us with the code to unlock the bikes. Then, we noticed one of the bikes was missing a tire and the rest were nearly flat. The nicest part of the home is the first floor (second really, because we don't have access to the bottom floor since it's apparently a different appartment) bathroom, however we quickly discovered the shower drained slowly and terribly. Once we arrived, we were greeting with an envelope requesting an additional 72 CHF in cash as a tourist tax, which after googling, was likely already paid as a part of the booking. The listing states a hot tub as an amenity, and that there will be an additional cost "to be determined" at check in. Well, we get to check in, and it's an additional 100 CHF to use the hot tub. The dishwasher was "clean" when we arrived but the machine doesn't clean very well. The rooms were fine; hot, but each room had a floor fan which was nice. Overall, it was good for the bare minimum. I would not book this with a family expecting to have an amazing experience. With young friends, it gets the job done, though. Location is right next to the bus stop which is nice.

Interlaken 2022

Location of home to buses and train station was wonderful! The home was nice and cozy, with plenty of space for the 7 of us. Only down part of not knowing of the occupancy/visitor fee that was required to be paid, in francs, at the end of our stay. Only thing we needed francs for.

Beautiful Swiss Cottage - Lake Brienz

Beautiful, clean, spacious with a wonderful view of Lake Brienz from the upper deck which also had a hot tub. Our family of 6 traveled to hike and explore the stunning scenery of Switzerland. We did not have a car - but the bus stop to Interlaken Ost was across the street making it easy to get to our hiking destinations. We also found a beach across the street to swim in - which felt great after a busy adventure day!!

Overall the interior of the second and third floors of the Lake View Family Apartment was clean, spacious, comfy, with a well equipped kitchen; perfect for a family. The ground floor is a separate rental. There is no lake view from inside the house. The lake view is up precarious stairs in the backyard, some with no hand rails, not safe for young children. The house is on a busy road and we heard noise both day and night from cars, large trucks, motorcycles and the bus stop directly across from the house. Beyond the bus stop is a row of houses and commercial properties that block the view of the lake. During the day, sawing and hammering noises could be heard in the house. An information book in the house indicated that there was a restaurant across the street. We searched but didn’t find it. A local told us it closed seven years ago. It is necessary to drive to get to restaurants, grocery stores or the boat cruises. Both barbecues were too dirty to use. This may not have been the quiet, lake view, alpine retreat that we expected but our family still enjoyed staying there. The location was ideal for day excursions.

Herrlicher Familienurlaub

Super Haus mit genug Platz für 13 Personen. Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und reagiert schnell, auch auf spezielle Anfragen. Kleinigkeiten die noch verbessert werden können sind - genug Besteck und Gläser für die Gesamtbelegung von 13 Personen - Wartungsarbeiten wie funktionierende Gardinen, ein Schloss an der WC Türe und ein Geländer beim Jacuzzi Leider hat auch eine Herdplatte nicht funktioniert, was mit Kochen für 11 Personen eine Herausforderung war. Das hätte schneller behoben werden können. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen super Urlaub und können das Haus trotz kleinen Mängeln von Herzen weiter empfehlen! Die Lage ist ideal für eine Vielzahl Skiregionen in der Umgebung.

-viele Schlafplätze -genügend Platz um sich rund um das Haus und im Haus aufzuhalten -sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Wanderoptionen -3 Gehminuten zum See, schöne Badeplätze -Haus direkt an Hauptstrasse, schlecht isolierte Fenster -knapper Platz hinter dem Haus mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen zu essen -Benutzung des HotTops hinter dem Haus ist im Preis nicht inkludiert sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Haus für eine grössere Gruppe.

Carpentry is not just my trade it is my passion. I am the owner and manager of three properties which I myself have designed and fully renovated with great care and detail.
I am an international kind of guy who has lived, worked and travelled in many countries .
I speak fluent English, French, German, Greek and am learning to speak Italian.
I love having contact with tourists and travelers. Since Interlaken is such a fantastic destination it was life’s natural progression that I became a holiday apartment host.
