Came down to Myrtle with some friends for a golf/beach trip and had a blast. House has everything you’d need and right on the beach. Access to the golf cart was extremely helpful as well to grab groceries. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Best vaca house

This is our second time here and we love it. The house is the perfect location and super convenient to restaurants and the beach. We love not having to deal with a golf cart rental (it's included) and having the beach toys/chairs/linens etc provided. Everything is clean and comfortable. Kathy and Steve are quick to respond to any issue - the customer service they provide is a breath of fresh air!

Family fun!!

This was our second stay at Jolly Mon and once again we were not disappointed! The house is tastefully decorated and the location is perfect! We spent hours on the beach every day and loved having so many nice beach chairs and sand toys. The house is so comfortable and the pool was enjoyed by everyone. We were so thankful for the golf cart and the outdoor shower and easily accessed water hose. We would come back from the beach and have all the chairs hosed off and drying in the sun all ready for the next day. It was nice to get the sand off of you too before getting in the pool or going in the house. We loved being able to walk to our favorite Surfside restaurants too! Bubba’s has always been at the top of our list and we discovered Chimichanga Llama this trip and it was so good!! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Graduation week

Our daughter graduated from Coastal Carolina so we wanted a larger house for family and friends. Kathy and Steve's "Jolly Mon" fit our requirements and provided a week of relaxation and comfort. We didn't have the best weather, but we did get to use the pool once, and spent many hours sitting on the deck just chatting and enjoying the air. The house is large, clean, comfortable and thanks to a nicely stocked kitchen we were able to cook many meals and enjoy nights in, instead of running out to a restaurant all the time. We had one small issue with the washing machine (not the owners fault) and Kathy and Steve were very quick to respond and help out. I definitely would recommend!

Always coming back!

We had the best time!! Love the house, the pool was amazingly warm, the beach toys/chairs are so helpful. We visited 3 years ago and it was just as good as we remembered! Our family of 7 was very comfortable and are excited to visit again next year!

The house is superbly located near five restaurants accessed by a quick walk. Beach is accessed across the street. A pool is available if you want to skip the beach. Property owners are friendly and very responsive. Our group had a blast and hopes to return!

Great beach house!

This was our 2nd time staying at Jolly Mon. The house is perfect for our needs. House is clean and well equipped. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances, pots/pans, etc. The grill came in handy for a quick meal a couple times. Love that the golf cart is included. This house is close to the beach and next to the pier. Several restaurants are walking distance away. We will definitely consider staying at Jolly Mon next time we are in Surfside Beach.

Relaxing vacation near restaurants

We all enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient and the amenities made it comfortable and relaxing. The hosts are very responsive to any concerns. Our kids liked going for golf cart rides. We would stay here again.

Amazing beach home

We had an amazing week at the beach in this gorgeous home. This home has everything you need for a great vacation. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved that the beach was only steps away along with the pier and restaurants. We only used our vehicles twice during the week due to the close proximity of everything and use of the golf cart. Everyone loved the deck and pool. The two young men enjoyed fishing at the pier. Our stay included two parents, three young adults and two teen girls. Everyone enjoyed this house and location. Kathy and Steve were great to deal with. You will not be disappointed staying in this home.

Family trip for Memorial Day

Our family recently stayed at Jolly Mon for a family vacation for the Memorial Day holiday. The house is very spacious. Everyone has their own bathroom, a big plus with kids. The swimming pool is awesome and feels great on a hot beach day. The house is across the street from the beach, so no long hike to the sand, you're right there! The Surfside Pier is a short walk down the street. There are also numerous restaurants within a short walk from the house. Jolly Mon is an awesome place to stay for your vacation, and I highly recommend it! Five stars from the Davis family!

Loved it!!

This was my first time going to Myrtle Beach (but I was with people who vacation there often) and I absolutely loved where we stayed! Very nice house with literally everything you could need! Close to the best restaurants and the pier. Will definitely be going back and would use Kathy and Steve’s properties anytime. They were great about communicating! Thanks again :)

Amazing golf getaway!

This is a great spot! We had a group of 8 golfers spend a long weekend here. The house fit everyone perfectly! The pool was a nice spot to relax after a hot day on the course as well. Best part is the location! We loved being able to walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants are right next to the house. It made everything extremely convenient. We will absolutely be coming back here again!

Beautiful home! Great location!

What a beautiful home with a great location! Love that each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beach is just steps away with peekaboo views of the ocean from the decks. The pool was a welcome retreat and the golf cart was a definite bonus. Yummy restaurants and mandatory vacation ice cream shack are all within walking distance or short golf cart ride. Did I mention the wonderful hosts, Kathy and Steve? What minor issues we had were handled right away. Would highly recommend this amazing home and hope to be back one day.

Couldn’t have been better!

My family just spent a week at Jolly Mon and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and in great shape for being a vacation rental. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The balconies offered beautiful peak a boo views of the ocean. The pool was refreshing and just big enough for all of us to enjoy. There was plenty of lounge chairs in sunny and shaded areas around the pool. We appreciated and enjoyed all the extras that came with the home, such as the golf cart, ping pong table, games and beach chairs. The owners were responsive and checked in on us to be sure the house was as expected with no problems. We highly recommend this home and would consider staying again!

We are a family of 5 who love our homes in Surfside Beach SC, “The Family Beach”. Throughout the years we vacationed at many different places along the coast of North and South Carolina. When we stayed at Surfside Beach, we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other coastal areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town only 2 miles long, that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand, and is golf cart and pedestrian friendly so you can leave the car parked and just enjoy family time.

When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a beach home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.

We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like private pools, hammocks, linens and house towels, beach toys and chairs, ping pong, and some of the homes also have elevators, and included golf carts. On top of all of that our places are clean, and none of them are very far from the beach, or shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
