Tranquilidad y tranquilidad, Tranquility Cove es una casa de 5 dormitorios bellamente decorada con hermosas encimeras de granito en la cocina y los cuatro baños. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y salas de estar, así como acceso a internet Wifi. Alquiler de botes disponibles en puertos deportivos cercanos y 2 kayaks están disponibles para su uso personal. Pesque directamente desde nuestra casa de botes de dos pisos o siéntese y observe toda la hermosa vida salvaje que el Lago Gastón tiene para ofrecer desde la terraza superior. Si tiene suerte, incluso puede ver a nuestra celebridad local "Justin" Beaver que ocasionalmente nada por la cala.

El piso principal tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama King Sleep Number y baño privado completo con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Un segundo dormitorio en este piso tiene una cama Queen con baño completo separado. La espaciosa cocina da a la sala de estar y tiene varias puertas que conducen a la terraza que da a la ensenada principal del lago y a dos casas flotantes.

Nivel superior tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama King y el segundo dormitorio es una habitación extra muy espaciosa con dos camas Queen y dos camas individuales.

Planta sótano tiene un dormitorio con una cama Queen y baño completo separado. Además, hay una gran sala de recreación embaldosada con libros, juegos, sistema de juegos WiiU, air hockey / mesa de billar y una gran televisión satelital de 65 ". ** Tenga en cuenta que debido al gran tamaño de esta casa, LA ROPA DE CAMA Y LAS TOALLAS DE BAÑO NO ESTÁN INCLUIDOS. ** PERMITIMOS EL USO DE UN DESLIZAMIENTO DE BARCO CUBIERTO, PERO NO PERMITE EL USO DE ELEVADORES DE BARCO. Great place for a great price. A bit isolated but thats what we were looking for. Just bring all your groceries & beverages when you arrive as the store is about 20 minutes away. We fished off the dock, my 4 year old caught her 1st fish. We kayaked from the cove out onto the lake. Excellent atmosphere - would 100000% bring my family back again.

Pleasure Cove is truly that!

Our extended family of 12 stayed here for the Christmas weekend. It was amazing to have a place all of us could be together for the holidays. The host was very kind and prompt with any questions we had. The peoperty was also beautiful with an idyllic waterfront setting.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tranquility Cove. The house was plenty big to accommodate our large family. The kitchen is adequately stocked. We loved the kayaks and took them out daily. Sitting on the dock at sunset to watch the beavers come out for their evening was also a highlight, we saw them every night. We loved the firepit area as well. Wonderful place for a relaxing lake vacation.

Lake Gaston wedding

We had a family of 10 there for a wedding and had a blast. The space was perfect for us to play games and get dolled up for the wedding. We did not get a chance to go on the water, but having lived on the lake years ago, I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality and comfy beds:)

Week of relaxation!

Our group had a great stay at the beginning of July! The location being in a small cove right off of the main lake was awesome. It was super quiet but really easy to access the rest of the lake when taking the boat out. The kitchen was stocked, so cooking for our group was very easy. The hosts were kind and very responsive if we had to reach out for any reason. The WiFi was strong enough for 2 of our group members to work remotely for a few days with no issue! We would definitely stay here again!

Extended Family Vacation

We chose Lake Gaston for its proximity to family in the area, we booked Tranquility Cove for the multiple King bed rooms and the super bedroom for the kid cousins to stay together. The house had everything we needed to have a great stay and was decorated with the right touch of lake decor. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We had a little snag with the WiFi due to a fallen tree, but the owners were responsive and worked to have someone out to fix it. If give the opportunity we would return!

Great family birthday weekend!

We loved our fun family celebration for my mom's 80th birthday! Three generations loved the house, the location, the kayaks, the firepit and we will always have our memories of this weekend! Bedrooms were great, having 4 bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely come back! Thanks Meredith!

What's not to love?

After 20 years of vacationing in the Outer Banks, our family was looking for a different destination, and we definitely hit the jackpot with our stay at Lake Gaston. We were an extended family of 13 (ages ranging from 6 months to 79 years old), and everyone had a great week. We especially loved the cove...it was so serene. We enjoyed many adventures in the 4 kayaks and also brought 2 inflatable stand up paddle boards. We rented a boat for 2 days and enjoyed towing a raft behind that. The lake was definitely not overcrowded. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there is ample seating for everyone. Meredith was great at responding to questions and providing extra information. We were all sad to leave...definitely a sign of a great vacation.

Our entire group agreed that Tranquility Cove was the most enjoyable vacation spot we have ever stayed out. This lovely home is situated on a cove, quiet, peaceful & safe for swimming, & floating on the large floating lily pad providrd.We started each day having our morning coffee, sitting on one of several decks, enjoying the lovely lake view.We gathered in the evening to watch the spectacular sunset.The house itself is wonderful, large, clean, with plenty of room to spread out.When the kids weren’t in the water, which was most of the day, they enjoyed the game room in the basement.Each bathroom stocked with plenty of nice towels.Beds very sooo comfy.Everything u would need, tons of coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper provided. You r actually all set with those kind of items for the entire week. The only items we purchased at the nearby Food Lion was out good & beverages.The home was spotless, inside & surrounding areas.We r a military family, lived throughout the USA & have vacationed in many areas. This was by far the BEST!!!!

Great family vacation

The house was great for our group of 10. It had everything we could hope for including a dock big enough for 2 boats. We had a great time whether on the lake or in the house ( due to T-Storms). Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Tranquility Cove, July 9-16, 2022

We enjoyed the property overall with the following exceptions: No firepit, none of the floors had been swept/vacuumed, there was trash in drawers & under beds (i.e. an old retainer), the right kitchen sink & drain rack were filthy, the Sleep Number beds' controls did not work & the mattresses kept sinking under the person's weight, & lastly, both hall bath sinks had really slow drains.

We are incredibly sorry for the issues during your stay! We had construction take place to build a new firepit area and unfortunately due to weather, material shortages and workers not showing up it was not completed on time. As for housekeeping, we completely agree and have corrected that situation by hiring a new crew who are absolutely wonderful! We appreciate you providing that feedback. We have also addressed the other issues you mentioned to ensure future guests will be more comfortable by replacing the Sleep Number bed. Feedback like yours helps us improve and again we greatly apologize that your stay was not up to your expectations.
