El magnífico apartamento Ocean se sitúa en la primera planta de un elegante edificio que da al Paseo Miraconcha, frente a la Playa de La Concha.



El piso dispone de dos dormitorios, ambos con cama de matrimonio. Cuenta con dos baños: uno equipado con bañera y otro con ducha. La cocina está bien equipada y es tipo americana.

También hay conexión Wi-Fi y calefacción.



Se trata de un apartamento amplio, moderno y luminoso en primera línea de playa, con vistas al mar y a pocos pasos del emblemático Paseo de La Concha. Sus dos dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, los dos baños completos y la cocina totalmente equipada lo convierten en una opción perfecta para una estancia cómoda. Wonderful location at the end of the boardwalk with fabulous views. The flat was clean and tidy and well stocked. The walk to old town was 15-20 minutes, depending on your level of leisure, and breathtakingly beautiful. It’s not the lap of luxury but plenty comfortable for a medium size family. Check in and out was very easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Below expectations

Location and view were solid however the condition of the property was misrepresented. Both bathrooms were tired and in need of repair. Storage closet had an awful smell. And basic amenities were not provided, which was shocking given the price paid to stay there for c.1 week

Great location

Wonderful location across from the beach. Within walking distance of old town and other amenities. A bit spartan but very functional. Would stay here again.

Ironically, the location of this apartment is both the strongest suite as well as the main negative point here…It is perfectly well-located in terms of having a suber view of the ocean and the main beach of San Sebastian.However, there is no A/C, so the apartment can become hot, requiring windows to remain open.In turn, starting around 10pm until late in night, the street just below the apartment becomes VERY busy.. with cars, motorbikes and buses passing by at high speed, making it very noisy to sleep or even to try and watch TV. There are also a lot of people coming back from going out on the town that wait for the bus, come back to their parked cars, or just linger below the apartment in the street and often add to that noise during night.Unfortunately, unless I see that they have added A/C so the windows could be kept closed, I would not chose this apartment for another stay.

Really quite fantastic all around in my view. I've been visiting San Se off and on for years and this is the best spot especially at this time of year. Located between the two sides of town, everything is close by. The only drawback is the views are so absolutely lovely, that you tend to want to stay in. : )

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at the rental in San Sebastián. The property was great for us- two couples and very clean. The biggest drawback was the road noise that lasted well into the night. The other thing we didn’t realize was the distance between the apartment and the downtown area. It was approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile. It was fine for us, but would be good to know. Otherwise, the apartment was great and views couldn’t have been better

Pros: *Spectacular views/location. I’d prefer further down La Concha, but there's a bus stop right outside (about every 20 mins). No one ever picked up the taxi #s we called at different times of day so you are reliant on walking & the bus. *Master closet is amazing. Many drawer, shelves & hangers *Windows open up completely & mechanical blinds provide both darkness & quiet. It can get warm at night with the blinds closed but if left open, there are no screens & you sacrifice darkness & quiet. It's pretty loud outside until 1 am. *Soft, comfortable beds - especially by European standards *Responsive mgmt - although they were unable to provide me w. extra pillows & 1 pillow per person/per bed is not sufficient *There is a separate dryer - not just a washer. Rare find in Europe. Cons: *No AC. This matters because it’s a pretty damp area so everything stays very wet all the time. Bathing suits rinsed in the shower took 3 days to dry. Bathroom floors never completely dry after showers. *Bare minimum of tolietries & towels. A paper towel roll is provided but there’s no holder so it sits on the counter. A motel-style tiny bar of soap is provided but again no holder, so it sits on the bathroom counter. The tiniest bathmat that gets completely soaked. *Sparse & cold feeling - you can sense this from photos but the space is completely devoid of style & character. Minimal art, rugs, decor. *Bathrooms need to be remodeled (show wear & tear, mold, etc.) but they are sufficient.

just fabulous

This apartment was just fabulous. The views are stunning and once we had mastered the bus system, getting to Boulevard and all the wonderful bars and restaurants from the bus stop right outside our apartment was very easy. We have one criticism – the floors in the apartment were over-polished. If we wore our shoes in the apartment, it sounded as squeaky toys were spread all over the apartment. If we took our shoes off, we were slipping (sometimes quite dangerously early on). We opted for shoes off and walked very carefully around the apartment. It may be something you need to look into as a safety issue for future guests. Also the shower heads in both bathrooms do not project far enough to get a decent shower, and the shower door in the larger bathroom does not close and consequently leaks water onto the floor. Apart from that, we have raved to our family and friends about San Sebastian in general and your apartment in particular.

No refrigerator, and not a workable kitchen. DO not rent this unit.

This is the worst kitchen I have ever had with VRBO. The kitchen refrigerator did not work, and the little portable refrigerator that was in the living room was not plugged in. and once it was, it only held a small carton of milk, some yogurt, and butter. ALSO, there was a large metal disc convering most of the kitchen counter with a hood over it.. I don't even know what it was! I called the office that checked me in, and they said the refrigerator would be replaced soon, and they would call and let me know. That never happened. Also, the bathroom had mold on the shower enclosure and ceiling. The rental office told me they could not put me into a different apartment with a working kitchen, and they had not warned me about the non-working refrigerator when I checked in. I just called VRBO today, and they said I should have called them for help at the time. I am not happy with the bad rental office in San Sebastian, or with VRBO right now. VRBO should support their loyal customers. This unit should have NOT been available to rent if the kitchen is not useable.

We enjoyed the nice views of the ocean from the apartment. The management company was friendly and responsive. The only negative for us - and it’s a big one - was that if there are people in the apartment above, you will hear everything. There was a loud group there for 3 days, and we couldn’t sleep. So if quiet sleep is important to you, this could be a problem.

En general todo está muy bien, me encantó la distribución del apartamento, las vistas al mar, la comodidad de las camas, la privacidad He estado en el apartamento en 2 oportunidades: -los 2 inodoros a veces tienen un sonido, y uno de ellos ( de la habitación principal) a veces deja de funcionar… -La cocina eléctrica también emite un sonido que creo no debería tener…

Million dollar view!

The view was spectacular from all rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment. There are no houses or apartments directly on the beach, as this is public use with a wonderful boardwalk for the public. I applaud the city planners and can't say enough about San Sebastien nor the culinary experience! Parking is a bit tricky though and you have to move your car every 2 hours or walk from away for long term parking which cost about 20 euros a day. There is no free parking except on weekends. We bought our own coffee filters, guests are provided with dishwashing pucks, laundry detergent and soap and shampoos. All in all...good stay and would recommend!

Appartement propre et spacieux, la vue sur la Concha est imprenable ! Le logement est très bien équipé et parfait pour les familles (lit bébé et chaise haute à disposition). Ayant de la famille à San Sebastian, nous n'hésiterons pas à louer de nouveau cet appartement lors de nos prochaines visites.
