Ariel Dunes II 707 -
Ariel Dunes II 707 is a comfortably elegant two bedroom vacation rental that can sleep up to six guests with a couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa. The sensational scenery encompassing the gorgeous gulf is readily apparent in both the main open living area and in the Master Bedroom thanks to sliding glass doors that provide access to the over-sized balcony. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here relishing views of the glistening gulf, watery lagoon and the sparkling pools below. Two couches and an armchair face these views as well as a TV for nighttime viewing. A chocolate brown rectangular wooden table nearby has six decoratively carved chairs with creamy white cushioned seats at the head of each. The open kitchen has two dark saddle topped stools facing a thick granite bar and an ample kitchen with bright white cabinetry.
The stately Master Bedroom with a full bath en suite has a king size bed and is flanked by two sleek glass based lamps. It faces an armoire that houses the TV and sliding glass doors leading to the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the beach scenery. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, a window for light and access to a full hall bath.
The Ariel Dunes II in Miramar Beach is located on Scenic Gulf Drive near popular restaurants and friendly beach bars that dot the coast. Ocean Reef Resorts guests may enjoy reduced rates for championship golf and professional tennis at Seascape which is within walking distance. The nation’s largest Discount Designer Outlet known as Silver Sands is minutes away. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty stores, seasonal festivals, family amusements and free musical concerts are nearby by at Grand Boulevard as well as the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.
*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
