Cabina familiar constantemente actualizada a poca distancia del centro de Twain Harte. La cabina en buen estado se encuentra en una de las calles más tranquilas de Twain Harte e incluye aparcamiento cubierto y una frontal y la cubierta trasera. Construido en 1949, esta cabina clásica tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Internet inalámbrico, TV satelital, DVD / BluRay con cientos de DVDs. Cocina completa, barbacoa a gas, chimenea eléctrica, comedor, área para niños, juguetes, juegos, libros, DVD y un horno confiable (con generador de respaldo) para una cabina agradable y cálida. Nos enorgullecemos de ofrecer una cabina LIMPIA con una NUEVA cama queen de espuma de memoria en cada habitación y una variedad de tipos de almohadas. Nuevos muebles de sala a partir de 2018 y un nuevo televisor inteligente de 40 "en 2019. La gran cubierta trasera da a un pequeño patio cercado. El lago histórico e privado incluye playas limpias, zona de baño infantil, toboganes de agua, alquiler de bicicletas acuáticas, pesca (menores de 16 años), barcazas, un trampolín, caseta de tentempié, noches de bingo y socorristas durante la temporada de verano. Este lugar es el sueño de verano de un niño. Perfecto para stand-up paddle también.

Hay 10 lugares para comer y beber a 5 - 10 minutos a pie. También a pie de: golf, tenis, piscina pública, mini golf, parque infantil, pista de patinaje, pista de zanja, música-en-el-parque (sábados de verano), las películas-en-el-parque (verano los viernes), música local en el café flor (sábados de verano), tiendas, helados, café. Conduzca hasta Black Oak Casino, Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Columbia State Park, Moaning Caverns y Zip Lines, Railtown 1897, el centro de Sonora (museos, tiendas, restaurantes) y Yosemite (2 horas).

Alquilamos el piso principal y también tiene un sótano grande que tiene una lavadora-secadora y un futbolín. Arriba hay un área de propietario cerrada e inaccesible que se encuentra actualmente en remodelación.

We had a great stay at The Bigfoot Lodge. The cabin was just as described. The AC was a huge relief as we travelled during a hot spell. The recliners and couch were extremely comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and well laid out. The cabin had a fun and rustic feel which was perfect for what we were looking for. Out host, Scott couldn't have been more responsive and friendly. He answered all of our questions quickly and made the stay very seamless. Thanks again for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Love the game room

Perfect house, the kitchen was well stocked, house was clean and cozy. I liked the gated yard. We had a family of deer’s grazing next to the fence. The game room was a lot of fun. The owner was great to work with and responded very quickly. I would definitely book it again.

Twain Harte Gem

Great cabin property with good access to town. Well appointed kitchen and a great game room for the kids with lots of arcade games. Plenty of board games for the whole family and a nice deck area to watch the wildlife! Cabin was rustic but you can tell the owners care about updates and working to keep it in good shape. Would gladly stay here again!

Cute , cozy , and great for kids !

We really loved our stay and this has been one of my favorite Twain Harte properties ! Character galore ! The big foot theme is so cute . Pros : + Place was well appointed and I didn’t have to use the extra tp I brought for 4 of us for 4 days + Easy /simple check in and check out ! + Game room was awesome , my kids loved it ! + The queen sized upstairs bedroom stayed nice and dark and we appreciated the wall unit a/c. + The motion lights outside in driveway were so helpful . + downstairs ac worked fantastically . + beautiful ambient lighting + great water pressure and no issues with toilets flushing etc + Twain Harte lake access + internet worked great + lots of plugs for electronic charging etc + hosts were super friendly and accommodating ! Suggestions for hosts - consider adding insulated room darkening curtains to the game room and downstairs bedrooms :) I frequently make this suggestion when I travel Especially with kids as it helps with sleep ! - wall unit a/c would be helpful for the game room bedroom as it got toasty during hot days /nights (even with fans and airing out ) but tolerable ! (Or maybe moving the game away from a/c floor unit would help circulation). Suggestions for guests : Bring your own Kleenex . It’s one thing I always forget! Thank you again and we hope to come back !

Wonderful experience!

The cabin was exactly as described, the beds were super comfy, we watched deer in the mornings and evenings, and listened to so many different birds. Having lake access was great, it’s super close and my teenagers had so much fun. Scott was great - answered texts quickly and was super communicative. Required cleanup on checkout day was reasonable and easy. Overall an amazing trip and when we come back to Twain Harte we will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

Me and my family had a wonderful getaway here. The rental is exactly as described. The new addition upstairs with the games was a favorite of our two young boys. The owner was fast in his responses to any questions we had and that was very appreciated. We had planned to explore the area the days we were there but we were so happy and relaxed, we didnt even leave the house. The boys loved the gated backyard area and my husband and i enjoyed lounging on the back patio. My kids still cant stop talking about it. We will defenitly be back!

Such a great spot!

Second time staying here, and we really enjoy this place. Super clean, well put together, great amenities. The porch is wonderful for morning coffee and dinners outside, and once the lights go out, allows for some lovely star gazing. (Had a shooting start this last trek!) Definitely a great place to stay and would be happy to go back again!

Had an amazing time

The property manager was very thoughtful and was very quick to respond. Didn’t run into a single problem, the couches were comfy, the kitchen was easy to use, the beds were comfy and the cabin is placed so close to downtown Twain Harte! Highly recommend you stay here for your next vacation!

Perfect getaway! Everything we needed was there

We didn’t want to leave! The Bigfoot Lodge is homey, comfortable, and the perfect place for our three young kids to play. We lucked out and got lots of snow, so the kids could play on the deck and in the backyard. The heater is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you’d need to whip up your favorite meals. No shortage of blankets and snow toys on the basement. I bet it is amazing in the summer as well. Everyone we encountered in town was SUPER friendly. And if you need anything else, Sonora is only a 15 minute drive. You’ll find a Walmart, movie theater, Starbucks, medical center, and much more.

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband, our 4 year old daughter and myself stayed at the Big Foot Lodge, it was the perfect size for us. It was very clean upon arrival, cozy with the heater on which was great. Scott was amazing at communicating, definitely a bonus. He worked with us on adjusting our stay since there was a little storm the day we were suppose to arrive but he understood safety was a priority. We truly appreciated that. We didn’t have to drive anywhere as we had so much fun with just the snow that was outside the cabin, in the backyard, across the way. Loved seeing all the different pictures in each room, also the Christmas decor. Our daughter was super excited to see there was toys she could play with as well, they have books and movies you can read/watch as well. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next family trip. Thank you Scott & Monica!

Lovely cabin in great location

This cabin is warm, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We felt right at home and enjoyed waking to town for a few meals. Watching deer in the yard was a special treat!

Amazing kid friendly stay!

We loved our stay at Scott’s Bigfoot lodge cabin. We had our two sons, age 2.5yo and 2mo and it was such a great time. The property is really cool and has a bunch of nice touches to welcome our kids including games, toys, a foosball table, a swing, and a nice fenced in yard. Location was great and we enjoyed the surrounding attractions. Communication with Scott was easy and he helped with all our questions. The cabin itself has a great touch with cool decorations that make you feel like you’re tucked away in the woods but it was also extremely well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our boys loved the property and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Twain Harte and the surrounding area but especially for families with young kids. You could tell the property was set up to cater to families and it was a really great vacation for us. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

I'm a native Californian raised in the central valley not too far from Twain Harte. I still live near Modesto, but have been coming to the Twain Harte area my whole life and I enjoy all that there is to do in the area. I'm a recently retired career firefighter and have incorporated many safety features into our cabin. Safety is our #1 priority.

My family looked at many cabins before choosing this one. The moment we walked in we knew we had found the right one. What sold us was the rustic look mixed with updated amenities and real comfort. We also lucked out with fabulous neighbors, space in between neighboring cabins, and a quiet street that's close to downtown.

Twain Harte is a piece of Americana. You know those movies about good old-fashioned American summers? Twain Harte captures that feeling. At the cabin, relax on the back deck and watch the deer come through. Or eat breakfast on the front deck and wave at the families walking by.

We hope you'll love the tasteful decorations that adorn every part of the cabin. Each room has a different theme: Bigfoot, Yosemite, deer, maps, the old west, and local flavor. If you're looking for a cabin that has a rustic look with comfort, then this is the place for you.
