Spend your time listening to waves while you watch the sun sink into the gulf in the evenings. Full sunset views! Also full views of fireworks from the pier at Pier Park during festivals.

If it's busy, skip the elevators. You are only one floor up from where you come into the building from the parking garage!!!

We completely replaced all flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. New tile showers, vanities, mirrors, and all. Enjoy the pictures!

In the living room, you'll find seating for everyone in a comfy leather recliner, and a sofa sleeper. Comfy bar stools round out the seating. Stream your favorite shows through our private high speed internet on either of the large smart TV's with DVD players. We also offer cable service, so you can look for your favorite shows too.

The chef in your group will appreciate the oversized kitchen with tons of prep space. This is the largest kitchen in a one bedroom in the whole building! You'll find all kind of pots, pans, utensils, knives in there. There is a large crock pot, and both a Keurig coffee pot and a conventional drip one for easy mornings and quick beach meals. Our table expands to seat 4, and there is bar stool seating for everyone together. There is also a large book full of restaurant info and menus to give everyone the night off too.

The Primary bedroom with its own bathroom is a private sanctuary at the front of the condo. The king bed will offer restful beach sleep. Brand new high quality hybrid mattress by Dream Cloud gives you both support of springs and the plushness of memory foam. The bedside lamps keep you connected with both USBs and outlets on the base for all of your electronics. You'll also find a large closet, lots of storage, an an iron for your clothes. The bathroom has a spa quality tiled walk in shower with glass door, grab bar, and handheld shower head, toilet, and mirrored storage cabinet with room for all of your things.

Kids will love the adorable pair of hallway bunks decorated with sea creatures and cute saline pillows to dream the night away. A comfy commercial grade sleeper sofa is located in the living room for the remaining 2 guests. The convenient full hallway bath with plenty of towels and a shower is perfect for the remaining guests to share.

There is a deck box on the balcony full of everything you need for the beach. There are folding beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, floats, a beach umbrella, and even a rolling cooler to use. We even provide beach towels!!!!

Tidewater Beach Resort is a gorgeous full service resort full of amenities. You will find 2 oversized lagoon style outdoor pools on other end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. There is a minimart and ice cream shop called Flip Flops market at the west end pool, and a full service Tiki bar at the east side pool. The first floor hosts a great casual restaurant called Waves. You can call ahead and simply do carryout. If you want to grill, just bring meat and charcoal to use in our convenient grilling area next to the east pool.
There are 2 outdoor and 2 indoor spas, all with a view of the water! You will find a fully furnished fitness center with locker rooms, steam room, and sauna for post workout relaxation. There is is even a movie theater that shows free family friendly movies. Truly something for everyone!
Don't forget our beautiful beach with rental options if you don't want to take our chairs down or want to rent a SUP, kayak, or take a jet ski ride.

**TIDEWATER RENTER UNDERSTANDS THERE IS A ONE TIME (PER PARTY, NOT PER PERSON) $35 RESORT FEE UPON CHECK-IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK. ** We will provide the pre registration link before check-in to save you time! More details in our check in info. We only allow up 5 total to stay. Our building rules require at least one guest to be 25 or older and stay the entire time. IDs will be required at check in by building staff. If there is a special situation, please send me a message to discuss options.

We are not always in the building, but have great local crew to assist you with anything you need. We are also just a call or text away.

We are on the desired west end of PCB, only 1/2 mile from all the activities at Pier Park. A quick 10 minute walk, and you are there! There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance, even a grocery store if you so choose.

There are so many local places to explore past Pier Park, a car is needed to explore it all. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well a local drivers. There is a Bay County Shuttle bus that picks up out front, schedules and maps are available online.
