Oceanfront 2 Br Condo - Myrtle Beach

Despiértese y salga a la playa o relájese junto a la piscina. Fantástica ubicación cerca del centro comercial outlet, campos de golf, restaurantes, etc. Estacionamiento cubierto, canchas de tenis y seguridad. Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ha sido recientemente renovado y tiene todo lo que necesita para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones. A poca distancia del muelle de Apache para pescar. Mejor edificio construido en el Grand Strand, orientado a la familia.
Actualización: acabamos de reemplazar la cama del dormitorio principal, el marco y las cuerdas del colchón / caja, así que espero que no haya más chirridos.

Absolutamente no se permiten mascotas, motocicletas, barcos o remolques.
Si decide presentarse con alguno de estos artículos restringidos, se le pedirá que se vaya y perderá el pago del alquiler.

Thank you for your comments. We try very hard to keep the place nice and functional and sometimes that gets hard when you only have a few hours between guests coming in. We will continue to update throughout the Winter months to be ready for 2026.

Best Beach Getaway!

This condo is beautifully updated, comfortable, and spacious! The kitchen had an abundance of cooking utensils, cookware, small appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster) and even storage containers! The large balcony gave us the perfect oceanfront view. Covered parking lot so much better than parking garage. We are repeat visitors! Perfect getaway!

This is our third stay in this unit because of the beautiful views, comfort, and up-to-date decor and spacious design. This unit had everything to make our beach vacation pleasant. Beautiful landscaping and the cleanest condo pool we have ever been in!

Location + in The Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, incredible view from the 15th floor, unparalleled convenience to the pool and the beach! Condo was roomy and comfortable, clean, and owner very responsive to any need. Would totally recommend!

Another great vacation

Condo was clean and well appointed. Appreciated the additional seating with the 2 new recliners. Location could not be better, and while the beach was crowded to the left and right of us, there was a nice crowd break where we were on the beach directly in front of the condo.

Relaxing Condo

Our stay at Arcadia 1 was even better than expected. Quiet section of beach, beautiful landscaping, covered parking spaces, and clean pool. Our 15C condo had very nice patio furniture to enjoy the beachfront views. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfortable, and the condo had nice beach decor in each room. We will plan to stay there again!

Spring Stay

Overall stay was excellent. Building is undergoing construction on the outside panels. Very noisy during the day. I was off doing things most days so little impact. On the few days I was there, it was very noisy. Unit was very nice though.

Beautiful condo. My husband and teen age daughter stayed at the condo for a week. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the balcony was unbelievable. The location of the condo was so close to everything it was only a short ride to golf, stores and Restaurants. It was also near several hotels with in walking distance via the beach that had restaurant and ocean side bars. We can not wait to go back again next year. Mold issues

The property at first appeared great. Until my family and I started not feeling well when we were inside. That's when we noticed mold on the registers and on the ceilings. Very nice otherwise. We just spent half our vacation sick. The property owner still has not responded to my correspondence.

Quiet and comfortable. Great view!

Nice location on the beach with a great view. Close to shopping and restaurants yet away from the noise and business of Myrtle Beach. The property is a little older but well maintained. The condo is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We totally enjoyed our stay.

A Great Place

Loved the condo! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with a large coffee maker. However, I took my small Keurig since I only buy K-cups. The condo was the perfect place and location for my father to celebrate his 90th birthday. He loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sun and watching others on the beach. We will definitely stay there again. David was amazing and quick to respond to our questions.

Family Stay Perfection

This property was even better in person! It was totally family oriented and private! The condo was very clean, spacious and inviting. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (even a meat chopper!) Comfortable furniture and cute décor. Both of our kids (ages 4 & 8) slept through the night; there's your selling point :) We really felt at home. Ocean front view is phenomenal. The entire property was beautiful and clean; this includes the beach areas. No crowds was a plus. Great communication with the owner! Definitely a keeper on our list of destinations!

Great Stay

We have been staying at the Arcadian for over 40 years. This unit was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and pictures and description of rental are accurate. Cleanliness is a vacation ruiner for me - thank you for ensuring the unit was clean!

We live in the Upstate of South Carolina. This unit has been in our family for approximately 40 years. We purchased from my parents approximately 20 years ago and did some renovations then, but our family continued to grow so we now just rent this unit out. We try to keep it clean, furnished, and comfortable to the best we can. In the Summer season please understand we have individuals checking out and hours later more checking in, so if we hear of an issue we will jump on it as fast as we can.

In our opinion this is the best keep secret area in Myrtle Beach. You are so close to Barefoot Landing, Boardway at the Beach, and the famous Myrtle Beach beaches where hundreds of thousands of people visit every year, but here at Arcadian it can also have the quite time you are looking for as well. Tanger outlet mall, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart are all less than a five minute drive.

This building was built in the late 70's and is the best built building on the Grand Strand. All concrete and steel is the make-up of this structure, and it has withstood many hurricanes, including HUGO which did major damage all the way up to Charlotte, NC.
