Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, muchos asientos en la sala de estar y lavadora y secadora. Con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente con un dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king-size y baño privado, un segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, y un tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Arcadian One for over 25 yrs. This was the first time staying in 10A. When we arrived the water tank had leaked into one of the bedrooms. Kimberly and staff were very quick to fix the issue. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a huge bonus. 10A is very well equipped and plenty of seating for everyone. We will definitely be back next yr.

The Arcadian Shores I unit 10A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at Arcadian Shores I & II for many years and it's by far our favorite place to stay. This visit we stayed in unit 10A which was very well furnished with large comfortable couches and chairs that allowed us all to hangout in the evenings. It was also very nice that this unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer. The pool area is also well maintained which we utilized in the late afternoon after spending the mornings on the beach. Great parking and the location is very convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to visit in Myrtle Beach.

It was mentioned to admin desk however service did not improve. It is not the responsibility of staff to fix the slow speed. However the IPS provider needs to resolve the issue. The unit was large and furnishings were adequate. Beds an pillows were super comfy which is very nice feature.g

Due to the directive of the Canadian government to all Canadians out of Canada, we left our condo 11 days sooner than we had to. While there we enjoyed the Arcadian and have for many years. Our condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The washer/dryer unit is a huge plus. We did however feel that the bathrooms could have been better maintained. Aside from that one issue, we would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to enjoy their stay. Thank you as usual to the staff who maintain the building and the office staff who keep things running smoothly.

Reviewer Comments: 1St day we was there my kids swas on the balcony and yelled for everyone to come out, We walk out and look down at the pool theres a teenage kid in the pool jacking off. So that was the start. Next we only stayed 2.5 days out of should of been 7. We had to leave do to tropical storm Debbie. Our condo was nice I have say. The few days we we're there everywhere we went the workers move like snails unbelievable. We was there August 7, 2024. 4 of us ordered drinks we waited 20 minutes to get the first drink. The waitress kept telling us she’s sorry for being slow. (we were sitting at the bar in plain sight place was not busy at all ) but yet she kept waiting on other people that came in after us . And getting their drinks. My wife finally got her drink after 30 minutes seriously. I personally wanted to leave. But my wife being a softy we waited. The manager came walking around and wanted to check out our order. I said that’s weird. She said they typically do that when they’re having storms bad weather which we were having a little rain, but I personally think it was because their service sucks and were scared of people leaving and not paying them, I complain about our service. The manager says I’m so sorry. I’ll get you free drinks. The next round is on me she said. We ordered another round, I got my beer but the other 3 got nothing. And the waitress charge me for it. There’s two factors here my son was wearing a There’s two factors here. my son was wearing a Trump hat make America great again. The waitress commented on that as soon as we sat down so that is one part that I think had a reasoning for her actions. I don’t think she liked the hat lol. Second almost everywhere you go on Myrtle Beach people are like in slow motion. service totally sucks. As far as this place bar, Louie top notch sucks I would avoid this place.

Thanksgiving Break

The overall condo is very nice. There is ample space and the furniture is very comfortable. The only suggestions I would have is update the bathrooms and better cookware for those who do stay in. The pots and pans are very worn and do not cook properly. The washer and dryer in the unit is a huge benefit.

Wonderful views and comfortable setting

Loved the location and the views that came with it. It is also close to great shopping and restaurants but not in the business of being on the Boulevard. Plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing indoors. Would like to see new seating on the balcony, though the table was great to have there. A perfect spot for coffee and just relaxing. Enjoyed our time there and would certainly stay again.

sisters weekend

We very much liked the accommodations, comfortable beds, end unit and roominess. Great views to be had also. We felt the unit needed a thorough cleaning as the dust build up on vents, ceiling fans, and closets was massive. maybe a cleaner unit in the kitchen for the garbage also.

Pros- Very pretty area, cute condo in great location for price. Beach ia empty for use for arcadian 1. Lots of seating in living room. Cons- covers had prior crusty on it, clean bathrooms, patio furniture had some rips that one of us wound up falling through and hurting ourselves, beds were stiff, bad ventilation. There was also black mold on the vents and balcony. We would stay there again regardless. Security guard was very nice and helpful.

Hi Christine Thanks for your feedback. Locks can be quite tricky here on the ocean front due to all the salt area and sand in the air. Had we known you were having issues with the locks and faucets we could have had maintenance repair it for you. We are in the office 7 days a week and always here for our guests!
