Il Limoneto degli Angeli ofrece a sus huéspedes un antiguo edificio del siglo XVIII, modernamente renovado, equipado con un encantador jardín de limón, con una vista panorámica de la ciudad de Minori y el mar Mediterráneo. Los interiores están decorados con artísticos suelos de mayólica Vietri y están equipados con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante.

Nuestro amado jardín alberga la calma eterna, los aromas auténticos y la magia de la costa de Amalfi gracias a sus renombrados limones cultivados con amor y dedicación por nuestra familia durante 20 años. Sentarse y relajarse en el jardín, mimado por el silencio de la naturaleza y el panorama evocador, será para nuestros huéspedes una forma pura y auténtica de disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia de Amalfi.
En marzo de 2019, nos reunimos con un grupo de invitados "especiales" y le dimos la bienvenida a todo el equipo de filmación que eligió el Limoneto como escenario para la puesta en escena de la película "En el jardín de limón de Keaton". ¡Este ambicioso proyecto, centrado en una historia de amor atormentada entre dos culturas diferentes a la sombra de nuestros limones, será nominado para 2 de los festivales independientes más importantes del extranjero!

Il Limoneto se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. En el paseo marítimo de Minori se encuentra la parada principal de autobuses y el puerto donde salen los ferries: ¡nuestros huéspedes pueden explorar toda la costa por tierra y por mar! El transporte público también está bien conectado con Sorrento, Salerno, Nápoles y Pompeya.
La carretera de entrada a Limoneto se encuentra en una parada de autobús / transporte local en servicio durante todo el día.
Minori es una opción estratégica para una estadía en la costa de Amalfi: está en su centro y conserva el encanto de la autenticidad no contaminada por el hacinamiento de turistas. Gorgeous views of the town and sea! Central to everything along the coast. Mario was amazing to deal with. A small little paradise

The location is perfect! Mario and his family were gracious hosts. They are generous and so incredibly helpful. The house is on the stairs to Ravello, the lemon trees are so beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We visited other towns, but Minori is where the real charm is. If we ever find ourselves back in Minori, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Lovely place to stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Minori is a perfect base for a family holiday on the amalfi coast- far less busy and touristy than amalfi itself, with good restaurants and bars and a legendary cake shop. The welcome we received from Mario and his family at Limoneto degli angeli was delightful -and the house itself is very comfortable and cool - especially welcome on a hot day. We loved being able to sit on the shady terrace under the lemons during the hottest parts of the day, with its stunning sea view. perfect.

Amazing views, clean, stocked with items for meals and coffee/tea. Greeted at the home by the family along with homemade limoncello from their own lemons. This drink was fantastic! Serene and authentic

Located on the side of a hill, overlooking Minori and the sea is this gorgeous little apartment with a grand terrace. We spent 12 days here, mornings on the terrace eating breakfast and evening drinks before dinner. Hosts were welcoming and available and full of surprises. The village small and we soon were on buon giorno greetings with the locals. Great restaurants and pastry cafes and ferry access to all the other Amalfi coast towns made visiting the area easy. Coffee, tea and staples were complimentary at the Limonata. So made Day 1 easy to settle in. Loved it to bits.

Can we give more than 5 stars?!

Wow! We were welcomed with open arms and loved the home baked goods. We even received a personal trip to the grocery store. The property is so charming with many thoughtful touches throughout. Perfect location, close to the stairs to Ravello, lemon walk to Maiori, the beach and many delicious restaurants. The lemon garden overlooking the town and coast was a perfect way to start and end each day. Minori’s quieter port makes it the best place to ferry hop along the coast. Magical House with Amazing Views and Lemon Garden

Our family had an amazing week stay at the limitato house. The house has everything you need and I cannot say enough about the hospitality Mario and his family showed us. We were gifted with a can of tomatoes from their garden, spaghetti, olive oil, cofee, cakes, and they brought us some homemade limoncello. The lemon garden is beautiful and our kids enjoyed picking the lemons to make fresh lemonade. In the afternoons we would sit out in the garden overlooking the amazing coast! Minori is a wonderful city and staying at the limitato house made our vacation amazing! Thank you Mario

Limoneto with beautiful garden

We loved the garden at Limoneto. It was so relaxing to sit under the lemon trees and look out at the Mediterranean Sea. It seem to be a bit of a hike up the hill, but once we discovered the secret stairs going down, it only took five minutes to get to the beach. It’s advisable to take the Golf Cart service up the hill though. There are lots of stairs leading to the villa, but by the third day, we were used to the stairs and actually enjoyed the exercise. Mario is a great host and provided lots of useful contacts for a day of voting and for drivers. This is a lovely property owned by a lovely family.

Beautiful property with amazing hosts

This gorgeous property exceeded our expectations! We immediately fell in love! Mario and his family were the most gracious hosts. Every single time I sent Mario a message to ask questions, I received a response in minutes. The lemon grove on the property was beautiful and it smelled so lovely. My teenage daughter fell in love with the property’s cat, Eduardo. I seriously considered sending my husband and two teenage daughters back to the US and staying a couple of weeks alone at the property because it broke my heart to have to leave this amazing place.

Comfort in the lemon garden

We had a great stay here. Mario and his family were so friendly and welcoming. The house is comfy and clean. Although the two twin bedrooms are small, our adult children and dad (granddad) managed just fine. Definitely take a taxi to the house (to the stairs directed by host). The house is a short distance from the town centre, which makes for pleasant walk after dinner etc, but would have been difficult to drag luggage if we had arrived on the ferry. The garden at the house makes the stay even more enjoyable. As did the homemade lemonade and other welcoming treats from the host. And really don’t miss the outdoor shower. It is truly refreshing after a long day of walking and swimming and eating.

Wonderful stay in the lemon grove

We had a great stay at Mario and family’s place in the lemon grove! I cannot say enough good things about the host family…they really went above and beyond. Even after many unexpected delays in getting there, they still met us and showed us the way to the house and then showed us around the place. They left some goodies for us, which really was a sweet gesture and left us with a good feeling after a somewhat frustrating day. It changed our moods and cheered us all up once we met them and found how gracious they were. And what a character-filled house. It was very comfortable and charming. The lemon grove was beautiful. It was by far our favorite vrbo on our trip. We would have loved to stay longer. The town is pleasant and doesn’t feel touristy. There are several spots to eat and to grab some groceries. My kids could have spent all day on the beach finding cool rocks and watching the waves. There are several steps involved in getting to the place, which will help work off all the carbs you will eat :) And the walk is very beautiful and interesting. We highly recommend this place and would go back if we are ever fortunate enough to get the chance!

If you have spent hours pouring over where to stay in the Amalfi coast like we did, searching for a little slice of heaven to take your family to, then Villa Limoneta is it. Words fail to describe the beauty and magic of this place. We are seasoned travellers (travelling with 2 kids under 9 and one senior) accustomed to luxury and/or humble stays. The home was humble but very much loved which you could easily see by the attention and care paid by the host. You have every modern amenity (even a/c and washer that you don’t typically expect to see in Italy and it was the perfect location / town to see everything on the coast without the tourist crowds. We arrived and were warmly greeted by the Hosts (Mario and family) with gifts. Communication was always prompt, informative and friendly and the apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and adequate space. I should mention the stairs; for older seniors in the heat wave we experienced (36) it may be a bit of a challenge but the kids and us loved it and the pay off at the top was well worth it. This villa is set high on top of the mountainside amidst an ancient lemon tree grove with views of the ocean. To say it is surreal is an understatement. Every chance we got, we had wine with lemons hanging over our heads, scenting the ocean breeze. Just incredible. My little girl nicknamed this villa Lemontopia; I second that and add heaven. We will surely be back. Grazie mille Mario and Family!

We absolutely loved this property. The hosts were so friendly and explained everything. The apartment was beautiful and could easily fit up to 6 people. We had four and didn't end up needing the third bedroom. The best part of this property is the beautiful deck overlooking Minori and the ocean. We hope to come back to this location.

Home away from home....actually nicer than home

Fantastic apartment in the quiet town of Minori. Great location with easy access to paths, trails, ferries and public transportation. Practically in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, it was easy and quick to get to Positano and Salerno, and everything in between....and up. Minori lacks the " tourists" making a nice quiet place without lines and noise. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Mario and his family were the best hosts we have met.

Simply wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay at the limoneto and Minori. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, Mario's father even picked us upfrom the bus station. They welcomed us with homemade lemonade and fruits and vegetables from their garden. One evening, when we came home, we found delicous cakes on our doorsteps. The appartment has everything you need to cook and relax.The absolute Highlight ist the terrace with the lemontrees and a wonderful view over the sea. We even enjoyed walking up the stairs after eating in one of the very good restaurants. So we all had wonderful holidays and are already dreaming of coming back again!

Unter Zitronenbäumen

Charmante und gut augestattete Wohnung mit grossem Zitronengarten und tollem Meerblick. Der Strand und das Städtchen sind in wenigen Minuten über rund 260 Treppenstufen erreichbar. Alternativ fährt ein Shuttlebus ganz in die Nähe, aber auch von dort gilt es noch einige Treppenstufen zu überwinden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern mit selbstgemachter Lemonata empfangen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist unkompliziert und sie stehen jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite. Parkplatz (ziemlich teuer) unbedingt vorher anfragen, da es im Ort fast keine öffentlichen Parkplätze gibt und diese noch viel teurer wären. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen hier noch einmal Urlaub zu machen!

Long Awaited Vacation in Amalfi

Limoneto was a fabulous place to stay for our family vacation. The 5 of us stayed their for 2 weeks, and while we left for a bit to visit family in Avellino, we used our Minori home base to relax and go off on day trips. We met both Mario and his family, wonderful people who made us feel at home. The house was exactly what we were looking for--a wonderful patio to enjoy morning coffee and an evening drink for the end of the day. The rooms were clean and inviting, we even took advantage of the outdoor shower on a few occasions. The downtown Minori area had enough to meet our needs, yet feel like the small town that it is. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't return someday.
