Beautiful location! Very close to state park we enjoyed early morning walks to look for shells. The room could use some minor fixing. One bathroom door was messed up at the bottom the master bath was slow to drain (I’m sure it’s from all the sand you are at the beach there is humidity it’s expected) The location was great for us! Close walk to patches bar and pub it was an amazing place to eat! We enjoyed being away from the crowds but still close enough to drive and look at everything PCB has to offer! The state park had some beautiful morning views and tons of huge shells!! The pool was always clean but needs more lighting in the evening/night time. My Father fell getting out because he couldn’t see the step down. In short we will be returning here next year! amazing place!

Had a fantastic stay! Breathing taking view and easy acces to water. Pool was cleani. Hardly no elevator wait time. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, handy to a lot of restaurants, activities, and beautiful beach access. Great parking, elevators always available made it easy to go out and return quickly. Clean from bottom to top. Only complaints is the Airconditioner is a little loud when it kicks on. Friday and Saturday the pub and grill next door was loud with music that we could hear in our bedroom. I would stay again nothing that was extreme to cause us not to.

Great beach vacation

We are so pleased with the condo here beautiful beach nice pool great restaurants all around had a fantastic time with the family. Will definitely book again.

The room

It was okay, but not all the cleanest. Had to call maintenance the first day some things needed fixed and the back door screen was completely off. The beds were not the best and had dips all in them. Bathroom shower/tub was completely stoppped up and wouldn’t drain, but we had to unstop it. Definitely not an updated condo. Washing machine don’t like a big load at all. Which was fine. Dishwasher is not screwed into cabinet/wall.Doors will lock before check out at 10am, guessing the lock number changes at 9am. Which is not good when going in and out packing up.

The walls needed painted, all cabinets were very worn. Furniture was scratched up, washing machine was very old and did not work correctly. All furnishings were very inadequate for what you charged. 3 very small tv’s . Flushing of toilets were not adequate. Even had a plunger next to the toilets. I don’t know if other rooms are this bad but room 707 was awful! And I have photos. It was bad

Nothing to write home about...

To start, I want to stress that the view and location overall are amazing. The guards at the entrance, also fantastic. This property was NOT what I was expecting. From the online pictures and the price, I figured I was getting a fairly nice property. The doors all need replaced. The locks are horrendous and most dont work. The couch is absolutely disgusting and stained. The kitchen is severly lacking in having the needed utensils. We had to run the dishwasher multiple times because there just wasnt enough dishes for one day. Also, oven mitts?! I was halfway into using the oven before I realized there were no oven mitts. The sliding door blinds constantly fell and there was not a light in the master bedroom which was aggravating. I had to wash the dishes before i could use them because when we pulled them out of the cabinets, there was stuck on food Basically the entire condo needs a severe updating. We also had issues with the tvs. When we got there they were BLARING. They would not turn off or down so we had to unplug them to make it stop. After that they wouldnt come back on or reconnect. I reached out to maintenence to fix the issue. A full 24 hours later it was finally addressed (the maintenance person was very polite). I understand they were busy, but a little heads up would have been nice as I was in the shower when he arrived. The only good point? The sheets were clean. All in all, while we had a good time. I will not be booking this place again.

Great Location

Great location with Security on site. Facility was clean with efficient elevators. 707 was dated but clean. From previous reviews, I expected dated but it was more worn than anticipated. Many electrical outlets did not work and carpets needed cleaned or removed and TVs need updated (very small). Overall, it could use a good scrub and paint. Dryer took 3 cycles to dry a medium load. We overlooked a lot as watched dolphins and waves from the balcony.

Good Location, Worn Out Condo

Amazing views from the balcony and a great location on the quiet side of PCB. Close to some great restaurants and right next door to Patches. Has 2 elevators that run very quickly, never a long wait. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Easy parking and friendly security guards. Were a few issues with missing kitchen items, water drainage, and a broken bathroom door in the unit. Book That Condo fixed these issues within a day. The unit itself needs some TLC. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. The sofa and chair in the living are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, they sag when you sit on them and are dirty. The master bedroom mattress is old and lumpy. The dining room chairs were very wobbly, but my husband was able to tighten them. Have used Book That Condo for 3 years when we winter in PCB for the month of February. Very easy to make reservations and have a helpful/friendly staff. They are quick to fix any issues that arise over the course of our stay. Highly recommend their services.

We had such a wonderful vacation and this condo was perfect for us. The view was amazing and the condo was clean and cozy!!!! I cook almost every single night and all of the necessary cookware was available as well as cutlery and serving utensils. The condo was perfectly decorated for the beach and the beds were so so cozy and comfortable. The water pressure in the master bathroom is heavenly after a long day in the sun and sand. Check-in was easy, the staff always greeted with a smile and wave upon entering and exiting. I highly recommend this rental and the rental company associated. TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!!!

Great views!

We had a great time! There were only a few minor issues but the management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The views were amazing and the balcony was large which was a big plus for me! Elevators at the resort were some of the quickest I have had in PCB. Parking was easy as well which has been an issue at other resorts in PCB we have stayed at. Plenty of cups, plates, etc. Great water pressure! The biggest thing I would recommend is a new mattress or a foam top in the primary bedroom. I have no idea if the other beds were comfortable but the primary bed was very uncomfortable (hard and lumpy). Other than that it was great and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Disappointed in cleanliness upon arrival.

The condo appeared very dirty once we arrived. There were soaking wet wash cloths waded up under the sink in the master bathroom, a pair of women’s underwear left in the closet, a cigarette butt left on the master bedroom floor, and sand all over the kitchen and living room floor. The dryer was so packed full of lint that it wouldn’t dry clothes properly. The washing machine was full of wet towels and sheets when we arrived. The turntable dish was missing from the microwave. Our stay was great, but the condo was just very dirty when we arrived and it appears to need a little TLC.

Exceptional service

Loved our stay at the Commodore. Clean, quiet, great views, beautiful beach with chair and bonfire services. So pleasant to be away from the crowds and loud music. Chair guy was rounding hourly or so to see that our umbrellas were good and we were not needing anything!! Loved that!!! Management was quick to put out reminders that no smoking allowed on the balconies or on the premises, with asthma this was HUGE!! No smell of pot, cigars or cigarette smoke. That alone made my stay perfect. Just truly loved the exceptional service from the time of booking, the ease of checking in and out and the overall enforcement of keeping a lovely enjoyable beach stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very well maintained, our condo was clean, and staff were very friendly. The beach was not too crowded in this area- which we loved!! The bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating. But we had an amazing stay.

Check in was over an hour late. There were a few broken things (bedroom door/bathroom cabinet). The condo itself was as pictured and nothing more. It got the job done.

Great service, Nice Condo, AMAZING location!

Breathtaking views right on the beach! Book That Condo was great to work with and loved that they offered free tickets through Xplor!e. The condo itself was a little older but in good shape and for the location you couldn't beat the price. Would totally stay again and will be looking at other Book That Condo locations too!

This condo had some mixed reviews so we took a chance I wouldn't stay here again. You can tell this unit is just a rental for someone who doesn't care about it the carpets are ruined the cabinet doors are falling off the guts are falling out of the interior doors the furniture is stained we never sat on it . If you don't care about being inside it's a good location the Commodore has a cool vibe and the best restaurants are right there. I would however use book that condo again they were great!!

This condo was the perfect place. We had to book for a ball tournament and this was great option to split with another family and stay on the beach! Great place and family friendly. Rianna was a great help at Book that Condo also when we got locked out and had to reset our door code!

Spring Break

My family and I booked Commodore 707 during the week of Spring Break. We were so excited about this trip. I was immediately disappointed. The pictures do not reflect the condition of this condo. It is very outdated. The carpet was stained. The furniture was stained. Some of The kitchen cabinets were hanging and the patio furniture was nasty. I was very uncomfortable my entire stay. The ocean view was amazing. The location was awesome however I wouldn't stay there again. Owners need to update this property!
