El apartamento Zinc 37 está amueblado con un estándar muy alto y consta de 2 habitaciones. Una king size y una habitación doble. Hay un baño con el dormitorio principal y un baño.

Las habitaciones tienen vistas laterales al mar y TV de pantalla plana.
La gran sala de estar junto con el comedor también tiene vistas al mar y con vistas a The Moument y un televisor inteligente

El zinc ocupa una posición suprema en la carretera Headland

En la playa de Fistral que está a pocos pasos hay una muy buena selección de restaurantes / bares The Fish House, Rick Steins Fistral que sirven una variedad de pescado y papas fritas y curry también The Stable que sirve excelentes pizzas y sidra The headland hotel también ofrece gran uso de tumbonas en la cima del acantilado para tener una cena viendo las hermosas puestas de sol.
Hay muchas escuelas locales de surf y deportes acuáticos en la playa y cerca de zinc 37 que ofrecen alquiler de equipos y clases para que experimentes en tus vacaciones.

Quality apartment near to fistral beach

Superb place to go with quality furnishings to make you feel at home. Welcoming to our little dog that could enter pretty much all the shops and restaurants very close by. Overall excellent location, would definitely go again.

Superb property great location

We had a great last minute new years in Newquay. The property was immaculate, warm and perfectly located to explore Newquay. The owner was very helpful and sent info regarding things going on as well as leaving a nice hamper of goodies upon arrival, a nice touch. Would definitely book here again

Second year running we have stayed here, great size apartment (2 adults, 2 children and a dog) and the perfect location for Fistral Beach (couple of minutes walk away) Fantastic and helpful host, couldn’t recommend enough!

Exceptional seaside retreat

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped accommodation, just a short walk from Fistral beach and the town. Amazing welcome Hamper with lots of local goodies was a lovely surprise. Excellent communication with the owner who was happy to answer any queries during our stay. Looking forward to returning again very soon.

Wonderful Stay

Before and upon arrival a great deal of thought by the owners has gone into making sure your stay is hassle free. From recommendations of places to eat, a thoughtful welcome hamper and a spotlessly clean apartment. Location was fantastic. Travelled with husband, 2 children aged 17 and 13, all had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate in booking a return trip.

Just returned from a fantastic weeks stay. Ideally located for Fistral Beach area and Newquay town and beaches. Beautiful clean and modern apartment. Communication with Lucy the owner excellent and lovely welcome basket full of local produce which was much appreciated.

Very clean apartment, everything we needed was there. Excellent location to fistral beach and the town. Parking included. Welcoming basket was just what we needed after our long journey. Great communication from Lucy , would definitely recommend

Great location for Cornwall experience

Visited multiple beaches in the week we stayed. Sunsets and body boarding. Property was perfect for us 3, and would sleep 6. Bit disappointed with the rear view of mainly the carpark and sea but it didn't spoil the stay. Defo come again.

Amazing property in excellent location

We had a lovely stay at the property in August with 4 adults in our party. The apartment is really spacious and has all of the facilities and amenities that you need. The apartment is located a short walk from Fistral Beach and also from many excellent restaurants & bars in the town. There is an open air car park to the rear of the property which was included in our stay, we were also able to use the underground car park of the property to off load on arrival and then to pack up on departure. Lucy, the host, was amazing and provided lots of recommendations of places to visit during our stay. Lucy also provided a delicious welcome hamper full of local foods and drinks for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave at the end of our holiday.

Perfect sightseeing location

From the off we felt very at home in the apartment. Spotlessly clean, well stocked with 2 bathrooms, freeview a well stocked kitchen and a nice little food hamper on arrival. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach and right on the door step a beautiful coastal walk. We enjoyed eating at the Stables on the beach at the Pizza and fish and chips restuarant, booking advised as it was busy. We also had breakfast at the Headland Hotel on the clifftop. Beautful hotel and I believe they do Afternoon Tea. We visited the local Aquarium which is located on the harbour and also worth a walk round. Lots of local independent shops worth a visit and we loved having brunch and lunch at the Cloud Café and Box Brunch. Great communication with Lucy the owner, would recommend and would definitely make a return visit.

An excellent find!

Immaculately clean, excellent location for the nearby beaches and town (all main amenities). We had a car (parking included in the rental property) so that was great for exploring the beautiful countryside and coastline. All very picturesque and not too busy (although this was October so it might be different in high season). The apartment itself is very comfortable and we did a fair bit of self catering and found the kitchen to be of a very high standard with lovely crockery and all essential cookware. Washing machine and dishwasher meant it felt like a home from home so that was also a real boon. As for our hosts, couldn’t have been any more amenable. Excellent communication before and through our stay as required. And as for the welcome basket ... a thing of loveliness!! So thoughtful and really putting Cornwall centre stage. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Fabulous pace

When we pulled up the propety looked a little disappointing from the exterior, but once inside all doubts were gone. The apartment was beautiful, clean and with a fantastic welcome pack meaning we didn't have to worry about rushing to the shops just so we could have a cup of tea and something to eat. Lucy the owner was amazing, responding quickly to any questions or requests we had and always being helpful and considerate. Firstral beach was only 5 minutes walk, there was a surfboard store downstairs and parking was provided to the rear of the property (the only downside being our car was damaged whilst parked but I guess this is a risk in any public car park). I'd also say we were located at the better end of Newquay with plenty of shops and restaurants within close proximity. The only negative was that noise from the rear car park was a little intrusive at times, exacerbated by the fact the windows were open to get some fresh air in the bedrooms. All in all delighted with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Delightful Christmas Break

Just returned from a relaxing Christmas break. This property is delightful. Prior to arriving Lucy kept in contact. The access instructions worked perfectly, the flat was a delight. I have never stayed away for Christmas before and I was concerned that I may have made a mistake- I was wrong. We opened the door to an airy, light flat which is very nicely decorated. There was a welcome hamper, bottle of wine and a decorated Christmas tree. We were immediately relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend this property- we are already talking about our next stay.

Cheeky September Getaway

We were lucky enough to book this property last minute and what a gem it was. The apartment is about a 5 min walk to Fistral Beach and bars and eateries are all easily walkable. The apartment itself is lovely and well stocked with lots of little touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The welcome hamper was a real treat. Lucy the host was lovely and stayed in touch just enough for us to know she was there but not encroach on our holiday. I would highly recommend this property.

Simply wonderful!

The owner, Lucy, could not have done more to make our stay just perfect. From the moment of booking we were well informed. Lucy was kind enough to text a raft of recommendations, including places to eat and visit. However, a week was no where near long enough to explore this beautiful place. With 3 amazing beaches within 5 minute walk, why go anywhere else?! If you are into paddleboards, body boards, surfing, rock pooling, or just being busy doing nothing, you won't go wrong. The apartment is spotless, and well appointed. Lucy obviously loves what she does due to the level of attention to detail. From the lovely welcome hamper (which kept us going for ages), to the selection of boardgames and books (useful for when the weather takes a turn). Our children are already asking to return (and we even got home yet), so I think we will definitely be back!!

Great location and well presented property

The location of the property is the highlight, however that is not to say the property itself is not well equipped and looked after - it really is! The sea views are visible but limited - we knew that, but the focal view over the car park is surprisingly interesting, the comings and goings, especially at the busy time of year we were staying! All in all we had a great stay, weather was on our side, and we found ourselves utilising the good location, walking to Fistral Beach or Towan Beach, the harbour or into town. Lucy was a great host, very welcoming and attentive to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic week away

Fantastic property, there can’t be many better locations for those wanting to spend their days on the famous Fistral beach. Spacious apartment that easily accommodated 2 adults, 2 growing children and a large dog. Lucy is a great host, really helpful, excellent communication!

Great apartment

Great apartment just a few minutes walk from fistral beach. The apartment has everything you need, and I would happily recommend it. The owners made the whole process very easy and left a lovely hamper for us to enjoy
