Preciosa victoriana histórica: ¡camina hasta el centro de Truckee!

Esta casa de siete dormitorios, seis baños y medio fue construida en la década de 1880 y está bien cuidada y bien decorada. Se sometió a una remodelación de $ 1,000,000 a fines de la década de 1990. Es un equilibrio perfecto de decoración del siglo XIX y muebles modernos que lo convierten en un espacio único para una celebración. Nuestra casa victoriana de dos pisos tiene capacidad para 15, pero es lo suficientemente espaciosa por dentro y por fuera para albergar una reunión de 25 para el evento más memorable. Se puede aplicar una tarifa adicional para una reunión de más de 15.

Arriba hay dos suites con camas Cal King, una suite de un dormitorio Queen y una habitación de Jack y Jill que se conecta con una reina y dos gemelos. En la planta baja hay una suite Queen con baño para discapacitados y una suite King. Además, hay un futón de tamaño completo en la sala de TV / medios separada. Family Christmas

The property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. There are multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great spot for groups!

We had a fantastic time. The kitchen is amazing to cook in, the bedrooms are all very comfortable. Fantastic place for groups of several couples because everyone gets a nice big bed!

Great Family Trip

This was a wonderful family vacation. My husband, myself and my 3 kids and their families. We had 8 adults and 5 children ages baby - 9 years old. The house is very historic and beautifully maintained. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was great, lots of accessories and room for multiple people to be preparing food etc. The living room/dining room were great for gathering and everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.It was nice to be right by town, we could go in the morning and get coffee or fill leisure time just walking around. The food trucks and music on Thursday evening in town was fantastic.Great communication with the host, she was very helpful with some suggestions for places to go.We would definitely stay here again if we come back for another family reunion.

Old Dads getaway

Stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Fabulous location…..beautiful house and property….has 8 separate rooms for sleeping including 6-7 bathrooms and wonderful new kitchen with thermador appliances…..has everything and more.

Beautiful Victorian

We loved our stay in truckee. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked for any cooking or baking needs! We made a carrot cake and cupcakes for my daughters wedding. The location is ideal for a quick walk down the street to downtown truckee. Thank you Jeannine for a wonderful, memorable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Richardson house. The place was spacious and had everything we needed — kitchen was very modern and had all well equipped, hot tub was great, rooms were clean, etc. The check in process was seamless , and Jeannine was responsive and helpful for anything we needed. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

2024 Summer Get Away

This is our second year in this house and the 8 of us completely and totally love these accommodations. We will return for a third year and a fourth and a fifth. It’s perfect for a small business meeting like ours. The gazebo is our night time gathering spot. The Weber BBQ fit our needs and the kitchen is so well equipped we could feed a crowd.

Great place to stay in Truckee

Second time/second year in a row that we stayed at this property for President's Day weekend. The Richardson House is amazing in. Property was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and seems to have brand new state of the art appliances (I do not remember if they were the same last year, but I have they impression they are brand new). Great for large groups of families, plenty of space for everyone. Very close to Truckee center (accessible by foot). Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place in a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown truckee

As advertised the house is very large with 6 1/2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful clean beautifully restored Victorian with high ceilings, large common areas, great hot tub, well appointed kitchen, front porch with rocking chairs etc etc. We will definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed.

Way better than the pictures show!

This Victorian has been completely remodeled and updated with all of the charm preserved for a step back in time. There is ample room for everyone to gather together, including a large dining room table for truly special meals with family and friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and unique in their own way and allow privacy when wanted. The proximity to Truckee is an added bonus. We unreservedly recommend this beautiful home.

Historic Truckee Home provides Wonderful Ambiance for the Best Family Reunion so far!

This is a gorgeous property. The detail work, hardware finishes, and decor are of the Victorian era and magnificent. It is very well-appointed too. Luxury beds and bedding. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we were all able to work in there together to prepare dinners together. From the start, our communication with the property manager Jeannine was 5-stars. She followed up with every detail to make sure we were comfortable and offered us insider tips on how to best enjoy the Fourth of July weekend that we were there for. We were four nights and enjoyed having en suite bathrooms for every couple and the spacious dining and living areas were nice to share space. We did not use the parlor/game room or the gazebo outside too much. We were on the go during the days. It was sweet to sit on the beautiful front porch in the rocking chairs and chat over coffee in the mornings or the afternoons, with an adult beverage, and watch the town go by just below us. All in all a very special experience. Our family group of about 12 of us has rented multiple times every year or so to get together. Mostly in Rocky Mountain resort towns, but we loved the small town-friendly vibe of Truckee, and the beautiful home that we stayed in this time surpassed the other properties we have enjoyed in Colorado. We had a wonderful time. It was very special. Many thanks to Jeannie for her follow-up and care before and during our visit.

Walk thru history with modern amenities!

My friends and I had a great weekend staying in this awesome mountain Victorian! Pictures do not do justice to how cool this house is! Spacious, and perfectly decorated, with 9ft doors and 14ft ceilings! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay. Jeannine, the host, was communicative and checked in just the right amount. She knows the Truckee area very well, and even set us up with a private masseuse! Location is perfect, walking distance to the Truckee historical down town. We will be coming back! Thx!

This beautiful home is a short walk to town for breakfast in the Am, dinner or night life. Centrally located amongst the ski resorts of Northstar, Squaw and Alpine. Beautiful outdoor lighted Gazebo for outdoor dinners or candlelight conversations. Fabulous formal dining room and living room for intimate gatherings.
