The property is located near several community resources and shelters, and while the area is generally safe, there can be increased activity on the sidewalks, including overnight. We have to agree! The location in which the property is situated does make it very convenient by car or by foot. The ease of getting on and off the interstate or walking downtown are nice plus on-site free parking is an added bonus.

Absolutely. I think that’s a helpful suggestion, and we can add a brief, neutral disclaimer to the listing so guests know what to expect before booking. We’ll make sure it’s factual and not alarmist, while still giving families and other guests a clear picture of the immediate surroundings.
