Los apartamentos El Chaparil Beach están situados cerca del centro (a unos 8-10 minutos a pie del Balcón de Europa) y a pocos pasos de la playa de Torrecilla / Playazo. Este es un moderno apartamento en el primer piso. Se compone de la sala principal / cocina abierta, 2 dormitorios (1 cama King size) (2 camas individuales), todas con aire acondicionado y baño grande con cabina de ducha tipo. El complejo es pequeño, tranquilo y muy bien dirigido con un servicio de ascensor. Desde el balcón hay vistas parciales al mar y buenas vistas de las montañas. Hay una gran piscina grande en los jardines. No hay necesidad real de un automóvil aquí ya que hay muchos bares y restaurantes en su puerta. El estacionamiento en la calle está disponible al lado del complejo de apartamentos, pero se pone muy ocupado durante julio / agosto. No fumar y no se permiten mascotas.
Hay 30 apartamentos en el complejo, pero debido a que solo algunos de los propietarios alquilan, el área de la piscina es generalmente tranquila. Wi-Fi gratis

Como en casa

Desde el momento que llegamos y nos instalamos, tuvimos la sensación de estar como en casa. Cálido, agradable, no le falta detalle. Camas cómodas, juegos de mesa, sombrilla y hamacas, muy luminoso. El único punto a mejorar es la ausencia de lavavajillas. Todo muy cercano desde supermercados, tiendas, copas y playa. Sin duda, volveremos!

Excelente localización, no es necesario coger el coche para ir a la playa. Todo como esperado. No tiene plaza de garaje pero terminas aparcando sin problemas. Encantadora Nerja.

Hemos estado tan agustito!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, no es necesario utilizar coche. La playa más cercana(el playazo)está cruzando la calle, y el centro de Nerja (balcón de Europa) a 10 minutos caminando. Su equipamiento es muy completo, incluso tiene sillas y sombrilla para la playa. Cerca hay diferentes tipos de restaurantes, supermercados y otras playas que también están muy bien. El apartamento es espacioso, pueden estar 4 personas muy agusto. Las zonas comunes están cuidadas. El famoso barco de chanquete, forma parte del mobiliario urbano de la calle en la que está ubicado el apartamento, por lo que invita a vivir un verano azul. Y el detalle de bienvenida es fabuloso!!! Merece la pena escoger este apartamento

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is in a great location near the beach. There are good restaurants/bars a short walk away (5mins) and the old town is around 10 minutes away. We went with our Mum who is 79 years old and she found everything including the old town walkable. The apartment itself was light, bright and airy and very clean. It is very well equipped. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Brilliant apartment

We stayed for 10days July/aug 2023, apartment immaculately clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, had everything we needed. Pool area clean and tidy, no shallow end so children unable to stand up, that was the only downside. Brilliant location, would defiantly stay again

Great apartment perfect location

Stayed at the apartment during UK half term holiday and had a great time. Apartment was fantastically clean with everything we needed. Very spacious accommodation inside and the pool area had a very large pool as well as being spotless (pool and gardens). The property was in a great location for us being a 5/10min walk in to main areas either along the beach or through the streets so had the best of both worlds being very close to everything but quite location. Would highly recommend if you wanted a 2 bed apartment with easy access to a couple of beaches and town a very short walk (no need to queue for ages at taxi rank to get back after a night in town). Communication with owner was always within minutes of messages and everything very straightforward regards check in and check out. Thanks for the stay.

Another wonderful holiday in Nerja we love the apartment, our 2nd visit and I have to say it’s the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in!! And we’ve stayed in many apartments in Nerja and in Europe. Lovely and clean, fantastic shower.... went with family this time and they enjoyed it too.

What a great place to say near beach ,shops, bars .The apartment is lovely ,modern and cleane.

Clean ,modern loved it ....near to beach and town and loved Nerja.... the only thing that let it down was the two single beds were very hard , maybe ok for kids , but would still highly recommend...

The right choice of appartment for us!

Nice apartment in a quiet building with nice facilities as pool and lawn area. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, good beds and practical bath and kitchen area. The balcony was fantastic for a break after a hot day on the beach and quiet breakfasts in the morning. The apartment is located 10-15 minutes away from the most stressing tourist areas which suited us very well. Short way, less than 100 meters to a nice beach. Cosy restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very good and quick responce from the owner when we needed some support to serve a little problem with the hot water. We will of course ask for this apartment again if we spend our holiday in Nerja next time.

Excellent location

The property was very well located for Torrecilla beach, which we could reach on foot in minutes. Also a short stroll to many restuarants. Our 2 boys loved the pool which was a nice temperature. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Alan made sure the check in and out went very smoothly. Parking was an issue nearby which we expected in August. However, we found a free car park about 15 minute walk from the apartment up the hill which was fairly convenient as we could always find a space.

Great property in an excellent location!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and it didn’t disappoint. It was bright, clean and modern and had the biggest bathroom/wet room I’ve ever seen! The kitchen appeared new and was well equipped, the lounge area was a bright and comfy place to relax and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large wardrobes. The air con was a welcome relief from the heat! A nice touch from the owners was water and a bottle of Cava on arrival - thank you! We used the pool a few times, it was a good size and surrounded by a big grassy area for sunbathing. You need to take your own chairs/sun lounger which the owners had kindly provided. The highlight for us was the location, literally a few steps across the road to the beach. My husband and I strolled across there in the morning and reserved sun beds for the day, meaning we could nip back to the apartment for lunch and then return to the beach for the afternoon. We also loved the close proximity to bars and restaurants which were only a few minutes walk away. A slightly further walk took you into the centre of Nerja and the Balcón de Europa. We had a lovely stroll around the shops and the narrow streets. All in all we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment. The only thing I would comment on is parking, we were very lucky to find a space outside the apartment as someone was just leaving, and we didn’t move the car for 3 days for fear of not finding another space nearby! Would not put us off returning though.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment. We love this corner of town as it has absolutely everything close at hand: cafes, restaurants, tapas bars, beach, seaside promenade, grocery stores, riverside promenade, and easy walk to the Balcon. Views of the sea and the beautiful mountains. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and bright with windows everywhere. Pictures online are accurate. Nice location at the end of the corridor overlooking the courtyard so you can open the door and get nice morning sunshine without anyone walking by. The balcony on the other side has mostly a mountain view with a slight sea view, both of which are beautiful. The owner is very easy to deal with and responds promptly to questions. We would recommend and plan to stay there again ourselves.

Nerja works it's magic!

My sister, her daughter and I have just returned from the most fantastic pre winter break in Nerja. Staying at El Chaparil apts ticked every single box for all of us. My sister loves to swim in the sea, just a stones throw away. I enjoyed lots of early morning walks along the sea front and through the cobbled streets of Nerja. Situated in a quiet location a stroll away from numerous fabulous restaurant and minutes away from the Balcon de Europe. The accommodation itself was a' home from home'......pristine, very well equipt and so spacious. The pool such a decent size and garden area so private. So close to supermarkets/bus depots......already looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect spot for a very relaxing holiday!

We are a family of four (children aged 14 and 9) and had a perfect 10 days in the sun here. The apartment was spotless, light and airy, and we had a few lazy days sat by the pool, which was beautifully maintained. Despite the fact that we were there in the middle of August, the pool was never busy, and there's a nice mix of holidaymakers and local residents. The beach is a minute away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking back to the apartment along the beach every evening. Would definitely return!

Lovely stay.

My family and I stayed in Cathy and Alan's lovely appartment for a week. We found it extremely clean, bright, specious, comfortable, modern and with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the large balcony overlooking a nice view of the mountains. The pool is large and the area is very well kept, we enjoyed many hours sunbathing and swimming during our stay. Nerja itself is very pretty with the beach, restraunts, bars and shops all within a short stroll away. Cathy and Alan were very helpful before during and after our stay. We would definitely return. Thank you.

Great holiday in Nerja

We (my wife, I and our 2 sons of 5 and 8) stayed in the apartment from 12 to the 26th of August and had a great time. Like others said already it is nice to be welcomed by the owners with a nice bottle of Cava and water in the fridge along with a note. The apartment is just great, spacious and everything we could need was at hand. Our kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pool that is big enough and you can just relax quite well on the grass surrounding it. Beaches are just around the corner and the walk to Balcon d'Europe takes 10 to 15 min. We took different routes and then you come across a lot of different and good restaurants, bars and others places that are close to the apartment itself. We all loved Nerja because the town is really easygoing and a great place for a holiday. I would recommend both the apartment and Nerja for a holiday.

Loved Nerja, Co Cork, Ireland

Two friends and I recently stayed at this apartment on a girlie holiday and our first visit to Nerja and we loved both the place and this apartment. It was in a perfect location close to shops, supermarket, pharmacy etc and the beauty of it is there is a lovely quiet and relaxing beach across the road and a lovely pool on site to relax by with sun chairs in apartment provided by owners. The apartment is a nice leisurely 10/15 minute walk to the old town and Balcon etc. The apartment itself is spotless, roomy and airy, we were delighted with the personal touch from owners of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge on our arrival and we each had our own room but it could easily accomodate up to 6 people. The owner was more than helpful prior to and after booking and I would not hesitate recommending this property as an ideal spot to stay in while holidaying in fab Nerja. We will definitely return.

El Chaparil

My wife and I stayed at this apartment with our 2 sons (early 20's) and had a fabulous stay. It was clean and very well presented with everything we needed, including a bottle of wine. It is well situated for the beaches, shops and restaurants, our sons tell us it is also very convenient for the bars and clubs! It is certainly large enough for 4 adults. The pool is nice and quiet and the whole complex is well maintained by a caretaker. The owners provided clear directions, maps and a list of local sights etc. We had a car for touring but it is not necessary for a stay in Nerja; parking was difficult over the weekend but this is understandable in July. All in all, well recommended for all age groups.
