Sparkling Clean

This one bedroom apartment tucked into what was once probably an attic, is very well done, and quite comfortable. The bedroom is very roomy with plenty of storage available. The tile work in the bathroom is a work of art, with a great shower. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Molly left some bottled water and sofa for us, and 2 prepackaged discs of coffee and tea for the Keurig like espresso machine, but it would be nice to have the ability to brew coffee if desired (she did supply instant), but this is just a personal preference. There is a cute deck off the kitchen, with a table to enjoy in the warmer weather. The sitting room has a love seat, flat screen, and a table for meals and/or work. TV and internet worked well. The home is on a quiet side street, Molly has a parking pad in front that was very convenient as we were coming and going but did not have to search for parking. The location is less than 5 min from the waterfront and bike trails. It is off the west end of King St. which is residential, mostly low level apartments at that end. There is a discount grocery at the corner, but the restaurants and action of the West King Village even for a cup of coffee or beeakfast, are a ways down. However the street car stop is quite close. Overall, this is a very clean, comfortable rental, good for one or two people. It was nice for a weekend, but would also be quite comfortable for a longer stay for business. Molly is almost immediately responsive to any concern. I would highly recommend this for your visit to Toronto

Amazingly well decorated, the host Molly was very kind to us and their was even free water and coffee in the room which was very nice. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Toronto and be near the downtown core. The bed was also like sleeping in a cloud haha

Very clean and well-appointed

My wife and I recently stayed in Molly's apartment for as weekend while in Toronto. The location is very convenient and close to public transit. The apartment is modern, very clean and very well equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Toronto.

Clean and cozy

The apartment completely exceeded our expectations. We travel to Toronto at least once a year and we definitely plan on staying here again. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean, we felt very comfortable here.

The apartment was very nice and modern.

This property has alot of stairs, if you don't mind walking up a narrow set of stairs then it's perfect. Great location to city transit and grocery store. Not to far from the CNE grounds. The host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment.

It was contemporary...

Molly has a clean apartment. This is not a stay for large people or if you are going out at night. Stairs are very narrow and serious warnings about making any noise after 10. Parking was akward with restrictions or at a neighbors property and there was an add on parking charge when we arrived. We originally planned on using streetcar to get downtown and save on parking but that changed when we arrived. This apt is in a not so great part of town and we didnt dare rely on the streetcar after dark. If you plan on hitting the city plan on paying for downtown parking each day. If this is your only way to make the budget to see toronto then absolutely stay here. If you can afford a little more get further east.

This is an apartment indicated clearly for accommodate no more than 3 people in the listing. Most apartments for rent on the site will mention the same things about no party in their house rule for courtesy for other guests in the house. The private parking is indicated clearly on the listing and it has been charged extra all the time since we listed the apartment for rent over a year and most guests know in advance. I will appreciate if you also give the score base on the apartment, comfort and what have been provided to guests. The apartment is in safe area and many of my guests went out for city night life or came back late after long day of exploring. It is no problem to be out at night and we all do. Please consider that we are in the city so it is mix of many types of people. It is same everywhere in the city. Many of our guests had no car and you don't need it. The apartment is only 4 kms or 15 mins on streetcar to core downtown (like CN Tower). The street car stop is 1 minute walking from the apartment. You can read other reviews that other guests had mentioned.

Great location. Beautiful and clean appartment.

We had a great time staying in this appartment for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to King and Queen street streetcars as well as waterfront bike paths. No-Frills grocery store is right around the corner. The unit is on the 3rd floor but we didn't find the stairs to be an issue. The appartment was very well decorated, clean and has everything we needed. This is a small place but it's well laid out and the three of us (2 adults 1 child) were comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit on the rooftop deck. There is an AC unit in the bedroom so we were comfortable at night even thought it was hot outside and we were on the top floor. The neighbourhood is very quiet and we slept very well. Molly is a great host - organized and available if you need anything. I highly recommend this rental if you're planning to stay a few days in Toronto and want to be close to the action. Gardiner highway is 2 minutes away so you have quick access to other areas as well. Good Stay Will Come Again

First time using home and away. Molly was very quick, helpful and detailed with her reponses and information on the property. The place was clean, comfortable and the location is great if you want to get around. Since I drive, being close to the highway and main roads is perfect. I was able to get to places like the air Canada center, CN tower, Younge street in minutes. Overall had good stay and would stay again. Very cool place. Loved having the multiple balconies.

Wonderful!

We had the best stay in this accommodation. Best ever! Molly the owner thought of everything. There was even sodas and water provided. The space was first class accommodation. We had tons of privacy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was perfect we just melted in to the comfort of it and slept really well. We enjoyed the big screen TV with tons of channels and everything was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. Molly checked in with us a few times during our stay to be sure we were enjoying ourselves and to see if we needed anything. The location is close to the lake, close to the grocery store ( 2 minute walk) and close to the street car ( 5 minute walk) which only takes 15 minutes to get in to downtown. It was a fabulous stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable and cozy..

Stayed her for a few days while visiting Toronto. The place was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy during our stay. Molly was quick to respond to any questions and was eager to make our stay comfortable.

Thank you Chris. This was the reason I chose this location the first place. It is just far enough from all bustles and noisiness so it creates the romantic and peaceful feeling while staying but close enough to get though core downtown without need for the car. Welcome back again anytime.

My house is the Victorian style that close to main downtown core and the Queen St. West which is full of bars, restaurants and shops with short walking distance. You are close to all actions but far enough to be quiet and peaceful when sleeping at night. It is very convenient to commute to the house with or without a car. It is close to the highway which is convenient to get to the airport and convenient to get to core downtown to watch the Blue Jays game or visit CN Tower.

The suite is newly renovated, so everything is very new and quality products only I chose. And as you are staying in the house so it is more private like staying at your home with backyard and terrace than the high building with all the concrete.
