El apartamento está ubicado a 15 minutos de Venecia, debajo de la casa hay una parada de autobús con conexiones continuas cada 10 minutos y el garaje vigilado Delfino por una tarifa. Al llegar desde la estación de tren, se tardan 10 minutos a pie, desde el aeropuerto sale un autobús cada 30 minutos y llega debajo de la casa. Delante del apartamento está el supermercado Pam, a dos minutos de Mc Donald, bares, bares de vinos, pastelerías, heladerías, comida especializada en productos italianos y tabernas venecianas.
Mi apartamento de 110 metros cuadrados, completamente renovado en 2018, es muy luminoso, moderno, funcional, elegante y muy acogedor. Se encuentra en el octavo piso, con ascensor y una vista maravillosa. El departamento cuenta con hall de entrada, sala, cocina, tres dormitorios, closet, dos baños y dos terrazas.
La sala de estar es espaciosa con un cómodo sofá cama doble, TV inteligente de 43 ", mesa de 6/8 plazas. La cocina está totalmente equipada: estufa, horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico con cámara frigorífica, ollas, platos y platos, vasos, microondas con un largo mostrador y taburetes para el desayuno. Hay dos habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados y TV. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden unir para formar una cama doble y un armario. Los baños tienen duchas, lavabos, bidés, inodoros y secadores de cabello. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar de forma gratuita. It was a great place for a group of 5 adults. Everything was new and clean. The only issue was the bedroom with twin beds got hot at night.

Good location to take the bus into Venice. Cute apartment with a decent size kitchen. In a older community but local restaurants within walking distance.The AC is within the hallway between the 2 bedrooms so some might find the rooms warm on hot summer days.The owners responded quickly for any issues you might have or travel tips.

So incredibly convenient! The grocery store is across the street, and the bus stop is right on the very corner! It’s an easy bus (4L) to the water taxis and over to Venice. We did that trip every day! The rooms are great, the host is amazing! They asked me to share my location in WhatsApp and they were in the middle of the street watching me in as I pulled up. There made it very easy! Great location. Great amenities. It made for a beautiful stay. Highly recommend!

Communication with property management was excellent. Great location to get to Venice. Bus line was very close. Coffe/bakery just across the street. We would recommend this location.

The Vrbo was very nice and clean. The flush on the toilet in the larger bathroom stuck a little bit but easy enough to fix with making sure the button was pulled out all the way. It’s in the Mestere neighborhood so we had to take a bus to the island itself. We all actually preferred that because there were no tourists and it definitely got us all away from the chaos. A tip for future stays. Once you get your transit passes, the bus 4L stop is right around the corner of the apartment and is more of an express line so a lot fewer stops! Great stay here and we’d all highly recommend.

Such a beautiful properly. Communication with the owner was great. She and her team coached us through the entire experience of finding the place, checking us in as well as coaching us on how to experience Venice. She provided maps, showed us key points of interest and ever. showed us how the bus system worked. Wonderful experience & memories for a lifetime!

Great location!

Very cozy and clean apartment with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, coffee, tea, even a champagne in the fridge! Supermarket and restaurants just 2 mins away. 10 mins walk to Venice train station. Checkin process was very good, communication was excellent. Enough space for 7. Highly recommend this awesome apartment!

Spacious apartment in venice

Very clean and top equipped apartment. Centrally located to shops bars and public transport. Only one thing to mention 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning so it got hot. AC units should be installed inside the bedrooms not in the hall ways. Better to keep portable fans during summer time as it can get very hot.

This place is as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Although I did not realize it was off island the bus is right out the front door. So easy to get on island Venice. Get a 48 hours bus pass across the street at the tobacco store. Hope on 4L and head on in. 20 min bus ride. Use that pass for the water taxi. Us it to go to Murano and Burano a must. So beautiful. Best 35 bucks spent.

Very Nice Apartment

We were 7 of us and there were three bedrooms and an open up couch. Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would have been excellent for a longer stay. Nice kitchen and eating area, two bathrooms and we were warned that after two showers we would have to wait a bit for more hot water. That was fine as most places we stayed in Italy hot water was a BIG issue. We are not used to that problem in Canada. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and was waiting to let us in. She went over a lot of details about how to get to the island, how to deal with water taxi, how to get to airport, gave us a map. Bus stop to anywhere was just outside, grocery store just outside. Great view from balconies. Spacious elevator .

Venice Getaway

Not a very nice location (it was convenient for hopping on the bus) but we were spoiled by our luxurious stay in Florence. Ran out of hot water after 3.5 showers. The button was turned off on the water heater. There were a few ants in our bedroom. Elevator was a challenge to go down. Great restaurant a few doors down the street was seating by reservations only. It would have been helpful if the list of restaurants mentioned that. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with twin beds was extremely slippery and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Hazardous for elderly guests. Mirrors in each guestroom would be helpful. Chocolat Gelataria across the street was divine!

Antonella was with me every step of the way. We got there earlier than expected and she met up with us to let us leave our luggage while apt was being cleaned. Went out and had lunch and when we came back there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. There was also a bottle of water and toast and jellies and juice for breakfast. 3 bedroom 2 bath kitchen a couple of balconies. The apartment was lovely! Grocery store across the street and the bus stop which could get you Where you needed to go. Also a few blocks away was the train station. Everything was so convenient. One bedroom had twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms were king. The beds were comfortable. Antonella was so helpful. I could get in touch with her any time I needed. We Needed a taxi to the airport So I called Antonella to set it up for us. Lorenzo the driver was right on time! The city of Mastre is so nice and quiet. People were very nice. The shops and restaurants were nice as well. October weather was perfect. Light sweater or jacket was needed early am and evenings.

Unpleasant Smell & Limited Parking

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I recently stayed at this VRBO property, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positives, there were also a couple of significant drawbacks that need addressing: Unpleasant Odor: One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the persistent unpleasant odor in the property. It seemed to be a combination of mustiness and body odor smell. This issue made our stay less enjoyable and made it difficult to fully relax and feel comfortable in the space. It's crucial for the host to address this issue promptly as it significantly impacts the overall experience. Limited Parking: Another challenging aspect was the limited parking situation. It was quite a struggle to find a safe parking spot for our rented vehicle. The market across the street was the only option within waling distance. The market advised not to park overnight due to the amount of people loitering at night. This inconvenience added unnecessary stress to our stay, and it would be helpful for the host to clarify the parking situation in the listing to manage guest expectations better. Positives: On a more positive note, the property's location was convenient, and it was well-furnished and clean. The property management was responsive but wasn't very welcoming.

Bom custo benefício

O apartamento fica fora de Veneza, o que facilita quem chega de carro. O ponto de ônibus que leva a Veneza fica a 30 metros e o percurso do ônibus é de 15 minutos. Próximo tem supermercado, farmácia e restaurante. O apartamento estava limpo, com espaço agradável.

A Great Place to stay if Visiting Venice

The apartment was a very easy walk from the train station on very smooth surfaces on quiet and safe streets. We were met outside the apartment building by Antonella who was most excellent in reviewing the apartment and explaining local options. The apartment itself was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you would need. Exactly as represented on the pictures on the website. Some real positive things about staying here: 1. Pam grocery store just across the street was excellent supermarket for anything you need. 2. The tobacco store across the street which is where you buy your bus tickets or Venice pass which I strongly recommend. The lady who works there was very nice and patient with me and explained everything perfectly. 3. You catch the bus to Venice right outside the apartment - who knew it could be this easy. 4. Catch the train to Treviso and get away from the crowds for a day. Overall, I would definitely highly recommend this VRBO and it is perfect for visiting Venice.
