Este apartamento / estudio para dos es un lugar perfecto para conocer la ciudad. Está decorado con un estilo contemporáneo, acogedor, justo al lado del mercado y está equipado con todas las comodidades.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Este moderno estudio, con grandes ventanales, tiene una cama doble, un ba��o con ducha, una cocina y una sala de estar con un sofá cama. Este apartamento está totalmente equipado con todas las comodidades incluyendo TV, microondas, wi-fi gratuito y aire acondicionado.

EL BAIRRO Y LAS REDONDEZAS

Los huéspedes tienen fácil acceso a varios restaurantes (hay un pequeño café a su puerta), tiendas y supermercado en la zona. Dentro de 5 minutos a pie, puede llegar al Mercado de los Lavradores, repleto de plantas tropicales, frutas y flores, junto al casco antiguo de la ciudad y del puerto deportivo.

TRANSPORTE

Fácil acceso al transporte público, incluyendo aerobus al aeropuerto (parar en la calle Anadia 300 m del apartamento).

Para salidas y llegadas desde el aeropuerto, hay una parada de aerobus a unos 3 minutos a pie de la casa, o bien, pídales para marcar un traslado de taxi con nuestros socios locales. ¡Más barato que los taxis que encuentra en el aeropuerto!

Close to center and great views

Good stay, clean and fresh towels. Great view for the breakfast. A bit loud with open windows for, so you should bring ear plugs. And not the best kitchen for big cooking, but still managable to get things done.

A comfortable bright apartment in the centre of town

The property is large and airy with good facilities. The shower is hot and powerful. The bathroom is adequate but has an awkward layout. The position is great.

Very nice apartment in best location.

It is a very beautiful apartment with really good location. You directly have some restaurants in front of the door which is very nice after a long day of hiking! :D Also you have a small kitchen if you are not interested in restaurants. Highly recommended!!!

Great place to stay in Funchal

We stayed in this appartment during 1 week and both the location and the appartment itself were great. A clean appartment, with enough room for 2. We went out to eat every night so we didn't need the kitchen which was on the smaller side. But this was absolutely no problem. Our sheets were changed in the middle of our stay, which was a nice surplus. Great communication and easy check-in. Would recommend 100% if you're staying in Funchal.

Schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Apartment. Über einer kubanischen Cocktail-Bar, die aber (zumindest im Mai) um 22:00 schließt und wo man auch gut essen kann. Würden das Apartment jedenfalls wieder wählen.

The apartment is well located in the heart of Funchal in a peaceful street. It is recent and very bright thanks to large bay windows (which is more a drawback during the summer period, see below). King size bed is very comfortable. But this small studio is not suitable for a 4 persons family contrary the announcement: the second bed (sofa bed) is not comfortable (it had not been prepared although we had booked for 4), there are only 2 chairs, the kitchen equipment is limited (only 3 glasses), the fridge is quite small. It is definitively not a place to cook. The apartment is quite impersonal, since it is not directly rent by the owner, but through an agency. Above all the apartment is quite hot (a t least in summer) due to bad isolation (black metal window structures) and poor adaptation to local climate (direct sun radiation on bay windows). As a consequence, air conditioning has to be used almost continuously, which is not healthy and noisy in a so small room. Sound insulation, specially in the bathroom, is limed since you can hear speaking the occupants of the apartment below. Conclusion: only recommended for the short stay of a couple, with meals taken outside.

Great place to stay for weekend away. Location is perfect, room spacious, hot shower, comfortable bed. Would stay here again! Note - pillows on bed are not very comfortable, however there are much better pillows in cupboard (we only discovered them when we were checking out:))
