Esta casa de playa soleada y tranquila de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en uno de los bloques más tranquilos de Hampton Bays. Está a una corta distancia a pie de la playa de la bahía ya menos de una milla de la playa del océano.

La casa también cuenta con un kayak, dos tablas de paddle, aro de baloncesto, bádminton y bicicletas para su uso. Mantente activo durante tus vacaciones.

Disfruta de la vida al aire libre con las comodidades de una chimenea al aire libre, amplio patio trasero, patio pavimentado, área de asientos y entretenimiento, parrilla de gas Weber, hamaca y más. El día no tiene que terminar.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, diván y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales. El tercer dormitorio está separado de la casa principal, tiene una cama queen y un ambiente de cabaña en la playa.

Descansar y relajarse junto a la chimenea al aire libre y disfrutar de la brisa fresca de la tarde ya que traen en los sonidos y los olores de las playas cercanas. Te vas a enamorar.

Great stay in Hampton Bays

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Angie's in the Hampton Bays. We had a family party in Ronkonkoma and decided to make a trip out of it. Angie's place is perfectly situated - 45 minutes from the Long Island Macarthur Airport. We took day trips to the North Fork (30 min to Briermere Farms, 45 min to One Woman Vineyard, 45 min to Greenport), Southhampton (30 min) and Sag Harbor (30 min). Check in was straightforward. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and had absolutely everything we needed! We brought things with us just in case (card games, pickleball rackets) but we ended up not needing them because Angie had everything already. There were more than enough towels, blankets, and pillows for our group of 6 adults. We had all our meals outside on her large outdoor table and enjoyed our evenings by the outdoor fireplace. We loved it so much that we sent pictures to our family and friends back home who all also want to rent her house in the future! We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Angie!

Great Experience

We had a great time in Angie and Ray's comfortable and stylish home. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Location is great - easy to explore Hampton Bays and Ssouthhampton beaches but not too far from the rest of the Hamptons, Montauk, etc. Great fish markets nearby as well. Our family had a great time and we home to come back in the future.

Was very pleased with our stay in this home. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Lots of thoughtful supplies provided. Great yard. Very communicative and organized host. Nice quite neighborhood.

Another Awesome New Years Weekend!

This is the second year in a row we spent New Years weekend at Ray and Angie’s house. It really is the perfect place for a small group to unwind and have a relaxing weekend. We absolutely love both the indoor and outdoor fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals or even just enjoying some coffee. The backyard is huge, so perfect for the fur babies to run around ! And we’re just a short ride from some of our favorite restaurants and wineries. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely house for family

This was a lovely house for our family to spend a week in Hampton Bays. With two bathrooms, a spacious living room and backyard we got to spend a lot of quality time in the apartment. The kitchen and grill were great for cooking a family dinner. What made this space stand out was the breakfast nook and kitchen that allowed for interaction while cooking. 2 bathrooms and access to w/d - this is why VRBO is so wonderful. The owners were easily in touch with us during our stay.

Very comfortable beach house with all the comforts of home and many beach house amenities.

This home is close several beaches, some in walking distance. Very Close to town and great restaurants! The beds are very comfortable and the home is beautiful decorated. Such a pleasurable place to relax and have fun. This is a true beach house getaway dwelling.

Great Winter Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a long holiday weekend over New Years at Ray & Angie's house with 3 other couples. The house was perfectly decorated and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would need, so we were able to cook meals in. We also very much enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The location is very convenient and close to some great restaurants and wineries. We look forward to coming back this summer so we can really enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and beach nearby. Thank you again for an awesome weekend!

Inviting, clean, comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We felt at home from the minute we walked in. The main living areas are pleasant to hang out in and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We hope to return.

Beautiful, cozy perfect vacation spot!

We recently stayed at this lovely home for a long wedding weekend. There were 5 of us, my husband and myself, my daughter and her husband and my son. The three bedrooms worked out perfectly. The third bedroom is located out of the house in its own little bungalow and was perfect for my son. There is no bathroom in it, but that wasn't a problem at all. The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable and the two bathrooms were sparkling. There were bikes that we took advantage of and a basketball hoop we used whenever we were "home". Beach toys, bags, chairs and towels were all available for our use. We enjoyed the kitchen immensely and it was stocked with every pot, pan and spice you might need. We barbecued a wonderful dinner on our last night and enjoyed it sitting by the fire pit. This home is really wonderful and I hope we have the opportunity to stay again. I might also mention that the fresh flowers were an additional welcoming touch. Great location, just perfect!

Perfect for weekend with friends

Our group of friends had an amazing long weekend at this beautiful house! Location: Quiet, residential neighborhood, but easily accessible to downtown shopping/amenities in Hampton Bays and <30 minutes to outlets and larger shopping destinations (i.e., Target, Costco, etc.) in Riverhead. House is 1 block over from the bay, which is a good launch point for kayaking or other water sports. Gorgeous public beach (Town of Southampton) is only a 5 minute drive over the bridge; daily parking is $25 per car for non-residents. House: Beautifully decorated (looks like a West Elm catalog!) and well appointed with all the necessary amenities, and then some. High-end KitchenAid appliances and ample pots/pans and utensils made cooking a treat, even for our larger group. Outdoor patio has a covered table, extra chairs, and a gas grill for barbecuing, and bikes in the garage were perfect for exploring the neighborhood. Ample extra towels and linens, including plenty of beach towels, were also much appreciated. Hosts: Check-in/out was a breeze with a keycode lock for the front door and Angie and Ray provided simple, straight-forward instructions, as well as info about the neighborhood and local destinations. The house was spotless on our arrival and expectations for straightening up before departure were very reasonable. All in all, I would highly recommend!

Comfy Cozy

Lovely cottage, great location and the best hosts. We had a problem on a Sunday and in no time, help arrived. Home has everything you could want! We have rented in tis area for decades. My family rated this the best. East Enders

Very relaxing!

We rented this house for a relaxing mommies weekend away and it was exactly that! The house is on a main road however there is not much traffic at all (in the fall season). We found the home well appointed and very cozy. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The bedroom layouts were ideal for us and any family or small group. We did not use the yard at all because the weather did not permit. Restaurants were local and delicious (Rumba). We took a trip to the outlets in Riverhead (about a 25 minute drive). The owners were wonderful and accommodating-very easy to communicate with. We would love to return again!

Sunny and Peaceful Beach House Was Truly Relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed vacation house. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely design features. The owners were very attentive and made us feel welcome from the start including leaving flowers and a surprise bottle of wine. The house is well located -- only a short distance to pretty much all the places we wanted to go; the ocean beach, bay beaches, restaurants, food shopping, etc. It was also in a very quiet area with large shade trees making the backyard very pleasant. The kitchen, with first rate modern appliances, was well equipped, better than most other places we have rented, making cooking easy-and fun. The only flaw was the third bedroom, which is really in a separate building -- a converted garage -- with no bathroom of its own. However, the room is pretty, comfortable and private. Overall, we would highly recommend this Sunny and Peaceful Beach House and would consider renting it again next summer.

Lovely and quaint home in Hampton Bays!

I stayed at this lovely home with my husband and son just a week ago. The home was super clean and organized. It was a comfortable and cozy home and my 5 year old son really enjoyed spending time there. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This property was in walking distance to a quiet beach. The shops were a 5 to 10 minute ride by car. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Hampton Bays! You won't be disappointed that's for sure!
