Amazing property! Just steps away from the beach. It was so easy to get from the condo to the beach and the location was perfect, we walked down to the beach bar for dinner and drinks and then to the jetty for the most beautiful sunset! The condo was super clean and spacious and had sand buckets for the kids. Definitely plan on coming back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Steps away from the ocean. Soft sand. Complimentary beach chairs were not that comfortable and you cannot lay flat, just an FYI. A cooler would’ve been nice to take to the beach. There’s a tiki bar on the beach but it’s a 20 minute walk, one way. Note that’s the only place within walking distance. If you don’t mind staying out or grabbing an uber ti grab dinner this is a nice place. If you like more action within walking distance, this is not the place for you. Lots of dolphin activity right off the beach, pretty close. Those were fun to watch. Lots of military jets/helicopters flying by as well which were pretty fun to see.

New Year’s Vacation

This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Great location that's not as busy, and walking the beach is beautiful down by the jetty and harbor. Complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus.

Sofa bed needs a new mattress, bathtubs don’t drain properly. Tennis/pickleball courts need lighting so you can play after 8 pm. Towel and linen service was great. Awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked. Elevator was a little far from the unit. We will visit again

Great location / so much fun !

We are huge Destin people from Texas and have traveled to this beach several times. This was our first time staying on this end of Destin We absolutely loved it. Perefct location around several activities. The Condo was absolutely adorable and had the perfect beachy vibe. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to use the elevator, but also was easy to use the stairs as well. The little extra amenities on the site made it fun for our family . And the view from our room was amazing. Perfect location for a family forsure.

Fantastic condo and view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean and decorated beautifully. Well equipped with everything you needed. It is close to the stairwell so it was an easy Walk to the beach. Made some wonderful memories and plan to return. I highly recommend this unit as well as the location and complex.

Really enjoyed the condo. The only issue was the door. It continue to stick so we had to figure out how to open the door. I’m assuming the wood was starting to wear.

Great vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay here! Our unit was clean, well equipped and recently updated. The only negative thing I can say about the unit was the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The wooden table and chairs are very unstable and the other chairs had rust. Didn’t impact our trip and would still stay in this unit again, would’ve just been nice to be able to utilize the balcony better.

Nice location, not very clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location right on the beach. The decor was cute. The cleanliness was not what it should have been. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down. There was dust all over the lamps, hanging light fixtures and vents. The walls and doors had stuff that also should have been wipes down. Otherwise, it had a great view of the ocean and was convenient to the stairs going to the parking lot and beach.
