Villa Simonetta is a splendid and luminous two-story villa located on the coast in front of the island of Capri. It sleeps up to 28 people in 12 ensuite bedrooms. From Villa Simonetta you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Located only 15 minutes by car from the sea front between the bays of Naples and Salerno, this villa is an ideal location for weddings, visiting the beaches, Sorrento, the local Islands and the Amalfi coast.

Villa Simonetta is 400 metres squared and features 12 ensuite bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating, wooden burning oven for pizza parties and WI-FI Internet access.

At Villa Simonetta, you will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus (Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line). You will find a grocery store 1.5 km away (roughly 1 mile). You can reach Villa Simonetta from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Simonetta you will need a car, which you can park free of charge on the premises.

Villa Simonetta provides a typical example of the Mediterranean, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the perfect places for cooling down on summer days.The garden is 2000 metres squared (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden, you will also find a children's play area. From the garden, you can experience a splendid view of the sea. The swimming pool is 8 metres (26 feet) wide and 12 meters (39 feet) long, and between 20 centimetres (8 inches) and 2.2 metres (7.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower.

By the pool, you will also find a bathroom, which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The pool is open from the middle of April until the middle of October.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. The terrace is 150 metres squared (1615 square feet). You can access it from the kitchen by going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. The terrace is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.

The patio is 50 metres squared (540 square feet) and is shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you can enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool, the garden and the sea in the distance.
The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. In the living room there are two sofas, a dining table which can accommodate 24 guests, satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen, three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.

There are 12 ensuite bedrooms which each have a double bed (170cm wide and 196cm long), a satellite television, air conditioning/heating unit, a safe and a window. Some of the bedrooms have access to the terrace through a French door and sea views. Each bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

All the double beds can be separated and made into singles so each bedroom can be a double or a twin. Your preferred bed configuration needs to be communicated to us prior to arrival.
