On-site Support, Cleaning services and private Taxi service provided by resident English couple please give them as much notice as possible
If a rental car is required please feel free to contact us for advice on getting best price, but since there is an onsite private taxi available you may feel car hire unnecessary

Beautifully located holiday home (3 stores) situated in enclosed 14 property closed group with shared pool. 3 bedrooms 2 double 1 twin all with air conditioning. fully equipped kitchen with Washing machine, off kitchen Living-dining room with air conditioning. 2 bathrooms with showers one is on suit the other has large 1.6m x .7m shower, with room for seat. Downstairs WC. 4 Sun terraces one for each bedroom, Covered terrace on the ground and 1st floor off lounge and bedroom and very large patio/terrace with outside table and seating great area for entertainment and or for kids to play plenty of room with seating dining and space for kids at the same time. (Internet Smart TV including Netflix, YouTube etc. Chromecast fitted). very comfortable for six, The house is located in a peaceful area but situated very close to all amenities. there is parking at the front and more on the side streets, please remember when parking at the front to park on the road side only Everything you would need is within walking distance, there is also a pub, the Royal Oak and a very popular Asian restaurant approximately 50m from the front gate, after which it is a further 150m to the Mercadona Supermarket for all your shopping needs, at which point you are at the start of the Centro Comercial La Fuente
entertainment and shopping strip there are restaurants, pubs, music, shops, cafes a Pharmacy wine bar, banks a large Asian super store that sells absolutely everything and more. and at the bottom there is now a new Aldi supermarket. and just round the corner approximately 700m from the start is the entrance to Campoamor golf course and restaurant. Then a bit further is Las Ramblas golf course, you are 5 to 10mins mins drive from Villa Martin golf course. About about 5-10mins drive to Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. 10mins drive to famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping and entertainment mall, it’s a must for anyone visiting. great for a day or evening out 5 minutes from fantastic family beach, massive parking area both underground and above for thousands of cars. lots more around the boulevard, markets shops casinos. great outdoor centre with go karts quads etc 5mins from boulevard. familiar places Burger King, & Mac Donald’s and Lidl just along main road and much more.
Alicante airport is a 50-minute drive from the house.
Torrevieja offers a variety of attractions, shopping and restaurants. great promenade marina harbour funfair sandy beaches market and town.
The climate is one of the healthiest in Europe and is suitable for allergy sufferers and skin diseases. The nature reserve around the salt lakes invites you to relax.
A visit to the cinema, or bowling centre should not be missed.
The historic old town in Cartagena is as much a must as the Castell in Alicante.
