Venga a relajarse en nuestro encantador granero nuevo para huéspedes que cuenta con magníficas vistas y se encuentra a solo 3 millas de Middlebury College, a 25 minutos del lago Champlain o el esquí VT. Mobiliario y acabados de alta calidad. Maravilloso espacio al aire libre con vista a las Montañas Verdes y tierras de cultivo onduladas. El piso principal tiene una sala de estar de dos pisos, con una gran chimenea de piedra de campo, una gran cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de mármol, un comedor con capacidad para 8 personas con vista a un hermoso prado. Hay dos juegos de puertas francesas que conducen a un patio de piedra azul. Un tercer conjunto de puertas francesas conduce a un hermoso porche proyectado con capacidad para 8. Finalmente, un dormitorio queen y medio baño completan el primer piso. La planta superior consta de una habitación king con hermosas vistas y baño de lujo generoso. Truly Exceptional

What a lovely place this is. Our family was very comfortable with the accommodations and the setting and style of the home are unparalleled. Communication with the owners was very easy and we had a perfect stay.

Awesome stay for Midd Alums

We had such an incredible long weekend staying at the Blue Barn with our two kids and other basketball alumni. We had stayed here a few years back and were blown away by the new addition and updates throughout the house. Everything we could have wanted was there and accessible and the space was so comfortable, we really didn’t want to leave the house! Cozy and welcoming, beautifully maintained and ready for guests. Mimi was responsive and available and made check-in and check-out super easy! Cannot recommend this rental enough.

Reunion with our daughter

We wanted to return to Middlebury with our daughter, Midd 2016, to revisit the area and catch up with some friends. The Blue Barn worked out perfect. Great location near town. Very private and quiet, no road noise. All we could hear were the birds chipping and the cows mooing from the pasture next door! Beautiful house. We'll be back!

Gorgeous Blue Barn

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Barn. We were picking up our son at sleepaway camp and also visiting the Middlebury Campus. We were blown away by the beauty and comfort of Blue Barn. The decor is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property manager's communication was helpful and hospitable. It was the best experience we've ever had on a getaway!

Great stay at The Blue Barn

This is a top-notch, gorgeously renovated barn that is architecturally stunning and very lavishly decorated. Yet it's very comfortable, functional and very Vermont. It's on very private grounds surrounded by cow pasture and woods that are natural and peaceful. We went in July when the grounds were teaming with fireflies at night. Things were clean, neat and easy. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and everything needed to cook an awesome meal. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Mimi's home. It was the perfect place for a comfortable winter getaway. The kitchen has everything you might need if you choose to stay in. We also appreciated that the driveway was plowed during a winter storm so we could take advantage of local skiing. Mimi was always responsive and accommodating.

We throughly enjoyed our visit at the Blue Barn. The house is simply amazing - so comfortable and beautiful. We wish we could live there. It was extremely convenient to the College. Just a perfect spot. Thanks for letting us use your getaway spot!

Amazing Vermont Bar

The Blue Barn was beyond what we expected from the listing! My husband and I stayed with our son and two best friends to get a break from the city, and it was everything that we wanted!!! We can’t wait to come stay with The Blue Barn again.

A definite must stay!

The “blue barn” was such a beautiful place to stay. We wished we could pick up the house and take it home with us. It is a very convenient location 3 miles from Middlebury. The place was clean and a great place to relax and unwind. We felt so secluded and we loved the views! We will definitely stay again if we come back to Middlebury some day! Host was also quick to respond. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at the blue barn

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at the blue barn. It's a beautiful property, and the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. Mimi was a friendly, easy to work with host. I heartily recommend the blue barn!

A wonderful oasis

The Barn was perfect for our stay. The property was clean, peaceful, and very close to town. We loved keeping cozy by the fireplace in the morning when it was chilly and sitting on the back patio with the firepit at night. We will definitely be back! One thing to note--bring bug spray! The mosquitos (this was in August) were bitting!

WE LOVED IT

My parents are in their 80's and this was their first VRBO stay. They were amazed at how beautiful the home and accommodations were. We loved every minute of sharing time with my Midd kid and her friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Mimi's. It's a lovely home on a great property. Enjoyed sitting out on the screened-in porch for dinner - kept the bugs at bay while still allowing us to be COVID compliant with my student daughter.

Fanatstic Property in a Meadow near Middlebury

If there were six stars to give... We enjoyed the privacy and beauty of the setting and the very tasteful renovation of the Blue Barn. Our stay was super comfortable and the communication with the owner was prompt and straightforward. We definitely would stay here again.

House in the Field

This wonderful property in the Cornwall farm country was an excellent home-base for a week of central Vermont exploration. The high quality of the construction (trim, beams, floorboards, etc.) was evident and appreciated. The stairs are loud, but the house is gorgeous.

Another Great Stay at The Blue Barn!

We had another lovely stay at the Blue Barn while visiting family in the area, and dropping our kids at summer camp. LOVED the screened in porch, great spot to relax. The house is stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!

June weekend

Beautiful Home

We stayed at the barn while visiting my parents in Middlebury. The house is very well appointed, filled with sun, on a quiet road in Cornwall. A short drive to Middlebury. We even saw an owl in the backyard, which was exciting for all of us :-) Wifi was excellent. My husband, myself and our two daughters were able to work, and do school without any issues. We'll definitely stay again in the future!

Lovely home, well decorated, and tranquil location
