We were in VT for a Fall color "tour" and this location was perfect. Just a few minutes from Middlebury and Brandon, we used it for numerous day trips to see different sites. The apartment is very spacious with a great ambience including original art work.The bathroom has a heated floor which is awesome. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Perfect getaway location

We truly enjoyed the property and location. Apartment loft was very clean, it was a quiet location close to amazing bike rides, lakes and great restaurants. Peter is the perfect host, he was there to greet us and was available to answer questions during our three night stay. We plan to return very soon.

We just had another lovely stay with Peter in Whiting, VT. This property has been our go-to for our daughter’s Middlebury College move-ins and it never disappoints. The location is lovely and Peter is the consummate host. The apartment is well appointed and the host always adds little touches that make the experience extra special.Highly recommend!

This was an ideal location for us. Nestled between the Green Mountains and the Adirondacks. On good weather days, we hiked the Green Mountains and drove through small villages and towns. When the rain chased us off the trails, we were centrally located to go on drives and explore other areas to the north and east. Our host was welcoming, but also gave us our space to relax and enjoy our stay.Would highly recommend.Thanks again for a great stay!

Five summer days in Vermont

Very clean quiet setting, conveniently close to Middlebury College. Close to all the venues for our visit to Otter Creek Music Festival.Well-stocked fridge for breakfast and bathroom supplies had everything we could want. Host Peter insisted on carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

Nice property and kind hosts

We enjoyed our stay very much. Peter and Graziella are excellent hosts. They left vases of beautiful fresh flowers, breakfast items and lots of fresh fruit. Would definitely stay again.

Organic Whiting Orchard

Home was clean, cozy and well maintained. The host left breakfast food in the refrigerator and fresh flower arrangements throughout the home. Property was lovely and conveniently located. We had a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful place close to Middlebury

We had a wonderful stay. We were there to visit our son at Middlebury which was only 15min away. Peter was wonderful to communicate with and was there when we arrived to show us around. The place was great. Very cozy and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My family stayed at the apple orchard apartment on Labor Day weekend '23 right before Middlebury's first year student drop off. We found the environment charming and calming, and we definitely hope to stay there again.

Peaceful Bountiful Abode

Our apartment was a spacious loft with two beds, bathroom and tub, two couches and a full kitchen. The orchard and gardens around were abundant and our hosts generous! We had a marvelous time connecting! Thank you!

Lovely apple orchard

Loved the space and the property. Natural beauty everywhere you look. The hosts are gracious and anticipated needs. Fresh flowers everywhere in the apartment made it so homey, a beautiful touch. Truly enjoyed the artwork by Gracilella. Will certainly stay there again if we are in the area.
