It was a good news, bad news story.
Good news: great location for Disney, very nice property, clean, comfortable beds, would be great if listed accurately as a really nice hotel room vice inaccurately listed as a full condo with balcony, jacuzzi and dining area-had none of that!
Bad news: as mentioned, description was inaccurate/untruthful and while Jake was quick to respond before check-in, he did not respond to me once I brought up the discrepancy. The condo had one keyed main entry way where the laundry (dryer didn’t work -Jake did not respond) is located, then splits into 1 large condo unit (“A”) where I suspect the jacuzzi, balcony and dining can be found, but SURPRISE! there was a family (very loud until midnight) staying there. Paper thin walls. And we were in (“B”) which was a glorified hotel room - 2 queen beds, bathroom w/shower only and kitchenette with tiny microwave and dorm refrigerator and sink. If it had been advertised as such, we could have made choices before travel. Also sharing a unit with another (loud) family was disconcerting. I urge you to ask questions before booking! And don’t expect any dialogue with Jake once you raise a concern even in a professional and low-conflict way.
