Great Community! Will definitely stay here again when down in Orlando.

Loved the feel of the community. Booking the room and paying for it was simple enough. The room was everything the photos promised it would be. Very comfortable stay, especially for the deal! It rained while we were there so we were not able to enjoy the mini golf, water park or paddle boats that my son was super eager about. Gives us a great reason to come back, rent with Jake and give it a shot.

A great vacation and wonderful stay!!

My husband and I stayed a week at this property. From the booking it already went very smoothly with the owner. It was our first time booking through this site so it was all a new experience. We were very well informed up to the day of our vacation. The resort was very nice and personnel was very helpful. The studio was very clean and spacious with all the needed amenities. The resort is also very centrally located, so it's ideal if it's your first time visiting the area. All in all a great stay. We would definitely recommend the property to others and book it again!

Cheerleading Finals

The property was amazing, Some of my family stayed on Disney grounds and when they came to visit they was shocked at how better Westgate was than Disney All Star, After this visit we will be all coming back at Christmas and staying at Westgate. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is that the internet should be included other than that every day was AWESOME

Couch had scribbles on it. Floor was sticky & dirty. Check in was crazy long wait time. Other than than Westgate property was nice

Won’t return

Check in process was a joke. Giant line. No info at check in about what’s included etc. steakhouse service and food were horrible. Overcrowded pools and jacuzzis. Everything closed early which makes no sense we’re people are on a vacation at a resort on the weekend. Much better places to go.

Vacation Nightmare

If your "owner" identifies himself as "Jay" or "Jake", use extreme caution. We booked this property in September of 2016 for 24 nights which was confirmed, and we paid the entire fee. Jay is not the owner, but a dishonest "broker" who has a contact and put us into a place for only 12 nights which didn't match the description on the listing. He returned half our money and left us high and dry for the remaining 12 nights. Much more to tell about this "owner", but bottom line, don't waste your time with him, book something else, with someone reputable, this guy is NOT. Date of arrival February 14, 2017

This review is totally fabricated and wrong which explains why it is the only one rating one star when all other reviews are five stars! The guest didn't READ the instructions, he sent us a request to book and went ahead to send the entire amount on Paypal. Our policy is different, we do not collect the entire amount upfront, we only collect a small deposit. When the guest arrived, we gave them the difference back in CASH and checked them in at the beautiful Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa as requested with a LOWER rate than originally quoted. Because we simply had to log this reservation to two sets of 12 nights each, this guest This guest was totally disrespectful using profanity and threats claiming he is a police officer in Canada. The guest decided to cancel the second set of 12 nights and received the money back. After the guest checked in, they seemed to love the place so much that they tried everything possible to get the 12 nights back. They tried to go around us directly to the front desk to book, not only they were quoted three times the rate they got with us, they didn't realize the front desk would call us immediately. however, we do not tolerate threatening and aggressive guests who use profanity.
