Este penthouse imponente está seguro de que pagar un montón de descanso y relajación! Está ubicado en el piso superior y es una unidad final, lo que significa privacidad, hermosas vistas panorámicas, hermosa luz natural y paz y tranquilidad. Esta elegante unidad está decorada en un estilo de playa moderno, divertido y de buen gusto. Es una unidad actualizada con cocinas y baños renovados. El mobiliario es nuevo y actualizado también. Está muy limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas para tener unas vacaciones perfectas.

Se proporcionará un juego de toallas de baño (1 baño, 1 mano, 1 toallita) para cada huésped, por estadía, así como toda la ropa de cama. Esos están incluidos en el precio del alquiler !! La ropa de cama y las toallas son de buena calidad también, no trapos finos! :)

Nuestro edificio, The Oceans, tiene una única piscina frente al mar en el cuarto piso con una gran terraza y muchas sillas. Incluso si usted no utiliza la piscina, ir hacia abajo y echa un vistazo a la vista. ¡Es impresionante! En el interior, encontrará una casa club, lavandería de gran tamaño en el lugar y máquinas expendedoras. Este edificio frente al mar se encuentra en una de las más bellas playas del mundo! Esta playa es ideal para familias ya que la parte superficial del océano se extiende por unas vías de salida. Las playas en sí son amplia y la arena es suave. Una vez que aparcar, difícilmente necesita su coche! Hay una tienda de comestibles, una tienda de recuerdos, heladerías, marisquería, pizzería, parasailing, paseos en banana, alquiler de bicicletas y mucho más en un par de cuadras. Te encantará este lugar! Puedes ver a los delfines nadar y mirar a las gaviotas y pelícanos a los ojos mientras flotan suavemente sobre nuestro edificio. La vista es increíble todo el año!

When we got there it looked nice. They do false the description a little bit, it’s very small. Very tiny balcony. Upon further inspection sand and dirt were everywhere. We had to sweep, clean the microwave, the fridge, the bathrooms/showers. Not to mention there were dead roaches behind the couch!!! Absolutely disgusting. The front door never locked. The balcony door handle fell off. That cheap flimsy rug made my son trip on the balcony and yea he accidentally broke the patio table. We left that place cleaner than when we got there and for the nerve of someone to say we left it trashed has infuriated me!!! You have our contact information so please reach back out. Fire your cleaning crew! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do not rent here. They will say you trashed it and did smoke damage smh. With kids in there!!???

Escaping Northeast chill for Southern warmth!

We booked this great condo for a getaway to warm up from the cold northeast winter and wet spring. We had a beautiful week of weather in North Myrtle Beach! This condo was perfect for our 31st anniversary week celebration. The photos and the worded description in the condo listing description are truly accurate. GREAT communication with Rebecca as well. We had no problems at all during our stay. We loved the fact that we could rent chairs and an umbrella literally right outside the building on the beach. We didn't have to worry about setup or take down and totally worth the money spent just for the convenience of it all. :) The full size grocery store across the street was wonderful and had what we needed for our stay. We also took advantage of other close venues like the ice cream shop across the street, Murphy's right down the road on the beach, and Salty Brews right around the corner! We went to a delicious really cool atmosphere place called Martini's for our anniversary dinner. Highly Recommend that one! Overall we had a great week and we would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Rebecca for offering up your personal beach home to strangers.

Took a walk down Cherry Grove Pier ($3.00 to walk). You can also pay to fish there.
Great food here. We had a breakfast one day and a lunch another.
This place has a great vibe and live mellow acoustic music to eat to. Food was wonderful.

Perfect Stay

This was one of the best rentals we have had in a long time. The description of the property was accurate. Check in and out was a breeze! It was very nice to have linens and towels provided with the property! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this so much. The ocean view from this end unit condo is unbelievable. Very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The primary bedroom is huge! Having Boulineau’s grocery across the street is a real bonus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the grocery store was a plus. The view from the balcony was amazing. And the weather was perfect for our entire stay.

Amazing!

Great location! Amazing for families, close to everything (on N. Myrtle area). Not as packed as the board walk area, which our family enjoyed. The owner is great to deal with! We will definitely book with this location again

A wonderful place to vacation

This made for a perfect vacation. Super clean and more than enough room for our family. Location is amazing! Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and a wonderful beach just a few steps away.

Amazing and Relaxing

I took my family here in June. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We did not want to leave. The place was clean and comfortable. We cant wait to come back. Rebecca the property owner, answered all questions and was very nice and helpful during the whole trip. 10/10

Beautiful View

Great location. Right on the ocean front. The place was immaculately clean. Easy walking to restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to anywhere else. The weather was chilly but it didn't take away from walks on the beach and reading on the balcony.

Nice Super Bowl Weekend with Friends

Hosted friends from out of town for Super Bowl weekend. Timely & informative communication from Rebecca. Easy and well documented check-in and check-out process. Condo was cleaned and stocked well. Nice top floor, corner unit with a great view. Conveniently located across from shops and a grocery store. Close to nice beach and intracoastal bars and restaurants. Undercover parking, luggage carts at each elevator lobby and secured by access codes for elevators and condo. Please be sure to check out the 4th floor amenities. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views!

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend at this lovely condo with beautiful views! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and everything was in great shape. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we even had cable! Great location, we loved walking to nearby restaurants and the awesome grocery store. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend Rebecca!

Beautiful Penthouse & Private Balcony View!

The views are like nothing we have seen in Cherry Grove. We could not hear or see anyone in the building from our exclusive corner, penthouse balcony. I am afraid to write how wonderful this condo is, fearing it will not be available for us next time. Not only was it extremely clean but there was nothing more we could desire. Rebecca provided for all of our needs - she goes above and beyond with items like soap, shampoo and other toiletries. We loved walking to the store and restaurants just down the block. We were blessed by Rebecca’s response and kindness. Unlike property management services, Rebecca personally owns this condo and it is obvious she and her family take great care of it. You will love her furnishings too!

Well stocked , very clean, place at the beach

The condo was just as pictured (described) and very clean. The owner has provided nice furnishings and lots of "supplies. The towels and washcloths provided were nice and we had enough for our stay. We didn't use the second bedroom, just the master. The king bed in the master was comfortable and the sheets provided were nice. The balcony furnishings were very comfortable-not the cheap plastic chairs! The ONLY issue we had was with the bowls that went with the set of dishes-they were huge! It's a nice set but a few smaller bowls would be nice. It's a great vacation when the only issue you have with the place you've booked is the size of the bowls:-) Rebecca was easy to work with and checked in with us the day we checked in and out to be sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

B’day Weekend Getaway

The property was great, just as listed. We loved the location and the oceanfront views; which also made possible views of sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The fact that the condo is a corner unit is also a plus; you have views from a bedroom and the kitchen/dining area of the beach and ocean…nice to have multiple views along with the oceanfront balcony. The condo was clean, spacious and well furnished for our needs. The property is well maintained and there are privacy codes to access the elevators as well as the condo itself. Our three-night stay was fun and relaxing and we will definitely consider this listing for future beach trips.

My husband spent the summers of his childhood here on this beach. I wanted my three children to be able to experience the same thing. I loved this oceanfront unit the second I stepped into it! It has amazing views, tons of natural light, and plenty of room for our entire family. It is quite a large condo for only being 2 bedrooms!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit has panoramic views and almost every room has an amazing view! I love how easy the access is to the beach. There are ramps directly to the beach that makes pushing strollers and beach carts much easier. Oceanfront view is beautiful year round!
