Luminoso apartamento frente al mar con impresionantes vistas. Desde el amplio balcón que recorre casi todo el apartamento, los huéspedes disfrutan del amplio mar azul, así como del Monte Etna, y sus espectáculos de lava y humo.

El apartamento está ubicado en el tercer y último piso (sin ascensor) de un edificio justo en el paseo marítimo del tranquilo pueblo de Stazzo. A medio camino entre Catania y Taormina, Casa Nettuno es ideal para familias y amigos que desean explorar el lado este de Sicilia y regresar a un hogar tranquilo donde continuar disfrutando de la belleza natural que esta isla tiene para ofrecer.

Restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas están a poca distancia. Desde las rocas de lava justo debajo de la casa puedes sumergirte directamente en el mar. En verano (julio y agosto) se construyen escaleras de madera sobre las rocas de lava para facilitar el acceso al agua.

El apartamento tiene 2 cómodas habitaciones dobles y una amplia sala de estar, todas con acceso al balcón panorámico. También hay un baño con ducha y una cocina bien equipada. El balcón está amueblado con sillones, sombrilla y una mesa donde disfrutar de un desayuno pintoresco.

Para los amantes de los peces, a 1 km de distancia se encuentra otro pueblo, llamado Pozzillo, con un pequeño y auténtico puerto donde los pescadores aún diariamente suben sus coloridos botes a la playa de lava negra. En su plaza hay una pequeña leñera donde puedes comprar pescado fresco temprano en la mañana.

The place was very nice and quiet. The apartment has a breathtaking view and specially in the evening was worth the stay there and enjoying the sew view. The owners were very friendly and always helpful staff with every request and also gave some very good recommendations. Definitely a place to stay and enjoy the summer.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean and Mount Etna (definitely try to catch at least one sunrise – it’s worth it!). The place is comfortable and spacious. Some elements of the kitchen and bathroom are a bit older and the kitchen utensils are basic, but this didn’t affect our stay or comfort at all. The location is fantastic for day trips to Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina — all easily reachable by car. The reserved parking space is a big plus. Maria and Franco are wonderful hosts; they welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment, and Maria stayed in touch with thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it as a home base for exploring the east coast of Sicily. Mille grazie!

Beautiful apartment with amazing view of the ocean and Mount Etna (my favorite view at sunset). Very spacious for my family of 4, and has everything that we need. The location is perfect for us to make easy day trips to Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina. Thank you Maria for helping us check in and showing us around the apartment. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to set up a homebase for exploring the east coast of Sicily!

The appartment is situated beautifully in a small town called Stazzo, with an amazing view over the sea and lava rocks. Giulia and Franco were great hosts; super kind, helped us find a rental car and came to the rescue when we had some issues with the battery. The apartment is very beautiful , spacious well equipped and with amazing views from the sea and the Etna . Maria and Franco , the owners themselves were the most hospitable people I met in Airbnb they really took care of us , a real home away from home experience . Stazzo is a gorgeous little village the apartment has shops and restaurants around the corner for groceries and out dining the location from Stazzo is very convenient not far from Taormina and other wonderful sites .

We had such a great time here! We had a bit of trouble finding it at first and Maria and her husband were gracious enough to meet us and help us find parking. The place is lovely and has a spectacular view both of the water which is lovely for sunrise and of Mt. Etna for sunset. We really loved the location of Acireale as it was both close to the airport and central for day trips to both Taormina and Syracuse. The apartment was also quite spacious and had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends visiting Sicily. Enjoy!

Very nice welcome with fruits and cake. Everything was clean and fully equiped. Good location, Supermarkt nearby. Prices for Restaurant, Coffeeshop are cheap. The Ocean is just 5 meters from the house with a very nice snackshop, Sunbeds and Umbrellas are for rent there. The View from the Balcony is just a dream. We would come back any time. This apartment is really fantastic. The sea at one side and Etna at the other - just like in the description. The rooms were light and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. Parking just in front of the house was no problem at all (in February). There wasn’t very much to discover in the close neighborhood but we had rented a car and therefore it was easy to get around. The contact persons Maria and Franco were really accommodation - solved a small issue very fast and had even sweeties, local oranges and lemons from their haven and even a little gift for us. I can just recommend this apartment to any visitor of Sicily :-)

We had an amazing stay at the apartment - it was a rare find that it is even better in real life than the photo's online! The apartment itself is beautiful and full of character and charm, beautiful terrazzo floors and cool furniture. Everything works well and is very clean. The real star though is the rap around terrace with incredible uninterrupted views of the sea at the front and Etna at the back. Its the highest apartment so not overlooked and very private. We loved sitting out at night sipping drinks and playing cards and watching the sun go down behind Etna. Stazzo is a great base for seeing the east coast with a toll road (very cheap) that takes you up to Taormina in about half an hour. If you chose to stay in Stazzo there's amazing places to swim right opposite the apartment from one of the pontoons or just off the rocks into the warm sea. There's great restaurants in walking distance and everything is very reasonably priced. We'll definitely come back and explore more!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Nettuno. The casa matches the photos and the views from the balcony are stunning. We were a couple staying at the location, but the casa is large and would nicely accommodate a family or two couples. We had dinner in the small square, but also cooked for ourselves with food we purchases at a small local market. There is a nice gelato and pastry shop in the square as well. We had a car and went on day trips to Siracusa, Toarmina and Etna. But just lounging at the the casa and listening to the waves crash on the rocks was top notch relaxation. The hosts greeted us promptly and were available for travel suggestions and general advice. We were able to park on the street fairly easily, on weekends there were more locals and parking was a little more difficult. You will need to bring your own bath amenities and it is a fourth floor walk up. We loved our days here.

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. We were first greeted by the keyholders and they were lovely. They gave us clear instructions, tips and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were in good working order, we didn't have any issues with water or plumbing. The AC worked very well. Stunning views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. If you don't rent a car, I highly recommend you have a local driver to get you around. To get to Taormina from this apartment, it took approximately 45 minutes maybe close to an hour, depending on traffic. One warning, there is no elevator, only several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. So if you have small children or mobility issues, this might not be for you. I really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would definitely come back.

Although we have travelled and stayed in a lot of places, this stay has surely been the best we have ever experienced! Our wonderful holiday has started with fast and clear communication with the hosts, who are a wonderful couple. Thank to their flexibility, they waited for us although our arrival time was really late. Throughout our stay, we have had a lot of questions, all of which were answered by our hosts in the most friendly and useful manner. They have even taken us to the place where the freshest fish can be bought, in the early morning! Regarding the place, the view will be the most breathtaking you can ever find on Sicily, with the Etna volcano and the beach accessible from a huge balcony with comfortable chairs and sofas. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and facilities needed in order to prepare everything you can basically cook. The rooms are spacious and all are air-conditioned. Also, the location allows you to dive into the sea just in a minute after you close the entrance door, which has made our stay comfortable and easy! Long story short, Mr Franco and Ms. Maria Giarratana are the best example of hosts, and Casa Nettuno is definitely the best choice you will find for a stay on Sicily! 100 out of 10!

Wir , mein Mann und ich, waren eine Woche im Oktober in dieser Wohnung. Das Wetter war leider nicht besonders schön, so dass wir den direkten Meerzugang nicht nutzen konnten. Es liegt wunderschön am Meer, phänomenaler Blick zum Ätna und über das Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um entspannt Urlaub machen zu können, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auch zum Abschied verabschiedet. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Viel Spaß

Boendet är väldigt vackert beläget med en stor balkong som har utsikt över havet. Precis nedanför huset kan man bada och det finns väldigt bra snorklingsmöjligheter. Maria var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på alla frågor! Vi skulle gärna bo här igen!

Perfecte locatie om enkele dagen te verblijven en van daaruit de omgeving te verkennen. Heerlijk terras met zicht op zee en de Etna. Meteen toegang tot de zee. Alles heel netjes en proper. Maria is de perfecte gastvrouw die je bij aankomst alle info geeft die je nodig hebt en waar je alles aan kan vragen.

Casa ampia, luminosa e in una posizione fantastica, letteralmente sul mare, con una vista che spazia dall'Etna a Messina e Catania. E un piacere passare la serata sul balcone e risvegliarsi con il mare in faccia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e i sig.ri Giarratana sono stati veramente gentili, prodighi di un sacco di buoni consigli che abbiamo seguito con piacere. Meglio di cosi' non potevamo sperare.

Accueillis par des hôtes chaleureux et prévenants, nous avons passé un très agréable sejour. L'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Baignade (dans les rochers), petite place bord de mer (granitti, pizza...) le tout accessible à pied et fréquenté essentiellement par des locaux en ce début du mois de juin, dans une'ambiance tranquille et familiale .De là nous avons visité Taormine, Syracuse, Catane et l'Etna.Séjour parfait.Merci à nos hotes pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils.
