Hi from Carl & Martie Granieri. We lived in this beautiful condo when we first moved to Naples 12 years ago. The community is lush and beautiful with 2 walking paths around fountains and full clubhouse amenities. It's safe, quiet, and beautifully manicured
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose it because it's a gated community with a FT property manager, and is close to banking, gas and shopping. Since it's on the 1st floor, no worries about carting groceries up stairs. Also, the heated resort style pool is so inviting and overlooks a lake with fountain.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This condo is immaculate, well cared for, and has a newly remodeled kitchen. It's a split layout with 2 separate bed rooms, both with on-suite full baths that close off the main living area. Both bedrooms and living room have sliders onto a sunny private lanai that overlooks a beautiful preserve.
We live less than 5 minutes away and are very responsive landlords, so should you need anything, we will be right there to assist. Many of the condos in Naples are owned by owners from other states and even countries and are hard to reach if a problem should arise.
We are 3 miles from 5th Avenue (high end shopping and dining) white sandy beaches, Tin City and the new Naples Playhouse & Norris Center. Top notch golf courses abound in the area and Naples is a Blue Zone community.
There is always something fun to do... Saturday and Sunday morning farm markets, art fairs, free concerts in Cambria Park and free outdoor movies at Mercato.
