Reformado para la temporada 2014, Sunsplash Villa es nuestra propia casa de lujo con piscina ubicada en una de las mejores zonas de Orlando. Está a solo 15 minutos de la puerta principal de Disney y a solo una hora en automóvil de las costas este u oeste. Con casi 2400 habitaciones, aire acondicionado en todas partes y amueblado con un alto nivel, nuestra villa cuenta con:

La piscina privada climatizada y el solárium lo convierten en un lugar ideal para relajarse y recargar pilas después de un largo día en los parques temáticos.

Mirando hacia la piscina, esta gran suite está alfombrada y tiene una cama King size, mesitas de noche, tocador y cómoda de cinco cajones. La habitación está equipada con un reproductor de TV / DVD multicanal, radio reloj, lámparas de lectura y un ventilador de techo.
El baño en-suite tiene un baño de esquina doble con ducha separada, espejo grande, tocador, iluminación y secador de pelo.
La puerta exterior conduce a la piscina, por lo que es ideal para su uso como vestuario / baño cuando la piscina está en uso.

Great amenities/location

We uitilized everything this house has to offer, after coming home from all day events we were able to relax and have dinner. Shopping close in the area, Walmart, publix and eateries. Close to Disney and Universal.

While the home was nice, there were a couple of issues. Tiny black ants were present in the kitchen. There weren’t any dirty dishes around, but the ants were present from time to time. The Wi-Fi wasn’t connected at times and TVs were confusing on how to operate. We had to connect to our personal hot spots for connections. The TVs timed out as if they were on a timer. The stair steps were a little too narrow and with the step threshold’s on the steps, they almost caused my sister to injure herself as she was coming down the steps. That’s a hazard. We were accused of smoking inside the home which did not and were told that they were charging a 300.00 cleaning fee for the smoke and we never not once smoked inside the home. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The home was cleaned and welcoming. And while we gone most of the time, the still had some issues.

Perfect getaway!

This is the second time I stayed here with my family. We came for my daughter’s cheerleading competition last year and again this year. This house suits my family’s needs perfectly! It’s beautiful and roomy. We love how close it is to Disney property and how we don’t even have to go on the dreaded highway to get there and back. We would absolutely, hands down, stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved this property. Close to the WDW, lots of stores, coffee shop and restaurant options close by. Pool was heated and wonderful. Lots of space for our family of 8. We did Christmas Eve and Christmas morning while there and Santa knew exactly where we were! Loved: keyless entry, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms/bathrooms, location, heated pool and table and chairs outside, washer/dryer, driveway for 2 cars. Would consider this home again in the future!!

Nice place to stay

Everything worked. Beds clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Couldn’t figure out how to get the CD player in the living room to work. 45 minute drive to Universal. Chick-fil-A and Walmart close. 7 beds, 3 Q and 4 twin. 4 bathrooms. Nice pool.

Nice Property

Loved everything about our stay with one exception. Location was great, property well maintained, lots of room. Only issue that we had was the stairs leading to the second floor. Each step has a decretive wood strip. For anyone with a larger foot, this strip is very painful to walk on, particularly coming back down the stairs. The only way to navigate when walking downstairs was to walk backwards, thus avoiding the strip. Really should be replaced with something easier on the foot.

Great place

Check in process was very easy, and house was very clean and just as described. The only issues we had was the thermostat is in a lock box set at 75 deg which was way too warm for our group. We checked in on a Friday night and had difficulties contacting the property management and owner until late Saturday. Pool heating was a little of a confusing process, but was taken care of by Sunday. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Any requests for your stay would be good to confirm the week before you arrive to give them time to set up for your stay. Thank you for a great vacation for our group!

Nice place but dirty definitely would not stay again

The place is nice and a decent Price for the location. Plenty of space but our sheets were still dirty from previous renters. We got in late so we had to sleep on beach towels the first night while I put our sheets in the washer. Floors and showers haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. We had to clean all the tubs and showers before using them. Didn’t do a deep clean like it needed but we did at least scrub the floors of the showers. The toilet in our bathroom still Had pee on it, so it hadn’t been cleaned either. The thermostat was locked in at 75° and it took until the next day for anyone to respond and adjust the temperature. I was trying to call the owner of the property to let him know about my concerns and disappointment. I called him twice and left a voicemail and then I called again later. When I called again he answered and said that he listened to my voicemail but he didn’t bother to return my call. They are very hard people to get in touch with. The customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Like I said, it is a pretty nice place but it is not being well kept. We won’t be staying again. Also, there weren’t enough wash cloths for everyone, so we had to go out and buy some more.

I am sorry the members of your group cancelled their vacation with you. I am sorry you tried to cancel your reservation five (5) days before your check in date. I am sorry you demanded a FULL refund and we were unable to accommodate you. I am sorry our team tried to address your claims but you declined their help. I am sorry you again asked for financial compensation and we decline your request without proof of your claims. I am sorry you threatened to “take care of us” with a bad review and decided to follow through. However, we would love to have you back.

It was great!

The house was wonderful. Clean, roomy and fairly close to Disney. We did use the heater for the pool. We had read it was $25 a day. When we contacted management to turn it on we were told it was $30 a day. That’s my only complaint.

Nice experience

Our stay was nice. We stayed with a group of 8 and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with the property manager was easy. The drive to all of the theme parks was easy and convenient. The only critique I had was that maybe the carpet could be cleaned/updated and that more towels could be provided. Also, the one tv in one of the twin bedrooms did not work. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home with all basic needs

Pretty much everything was great about this property. Everything we NEEDED was there. I’ll say a huge let down for several of us was that there were no blackout curtains in the rooms. It was frustrating wanting to sleep in a little after long days, and struggling to do so with the sun beaming in. Also, I’ve stayed at privately-owned vacation homes and seen at least a few basic seasonings in the cabinet. No big deal, but even having salt and pepper to immediately provide would have been a big help. However, there are plenty of dishes, if anyone needs them. A couple more small things: the pool table was a huge draw to me, but it is a pool table smaller than a standard one, and it wasn’t level. We thought we’d be playing it a lot of the time, but after one game the first night, we never went back to it. If it bothers you, I’d also go ahead and pop the couch covers off and wash them the first night. During our stay they had a few things on things on them, probably food, they came right out with a serious wipe down. But once again, these are small things that did not take away the overall quality of what was most needed during the stay. We had a mishap with our front door that caused us to be literally locked in, and while the property manager was difficult to get a hold of for a couple of hours, they did send someone out to fix it within the hour after I finally got a hold of them.

Beautiful 5 Bedroom Home

This 5 bedroom home was in a very good location for grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. The pool was nice and clean. They had a very large washer and dryer.

The property was very clean. Sufficient room for my entire family members. Enjoyed the pool during our stay. Property was easily accessible to major highway and nearby stores. Very spacious living quarters. Will use again if necessary.

Perfect choice!

Six of us stayed here at the end of April/beginning of May. Three adults and three kids. My daughter had a cheerleading competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports on Disney property. The drive to Disney was a bit longer than I anticipated, about 25 min, but it was really easy and the location more than made up for it! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, everyone appears to take good care of their properties. We haven’t had much of a chance to enjoy the house to its’ fullest potential, because of how busy we were in such a short amount of time! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool, which looked so inviting in this Florida heat! It’s nice and private too, surrounded by bushes. The house is beautiful inside and out. The six of us had our own rooms (I shared with my husband) and we could have had a few more people stay with us comfortably. We would stay in this house again without any hesitation! Nice location, easy to get to, poor communication with the owner.

Pretty much says it all in the title. Try call the owner and the number was no longer in service. Emails took hours if not longer for a reply. Wanted to get in early. Got in anyway with the door code. After that evening was great! ( Bring your own bar soap though) Walmart was less than 2 miles away so all was good! Don’t want to be critical but all in all a good experience! I would rent again if I had the chance!
