It was an awesome week! The owners were wonderful to work with. All the information needed for the stay were given in advance and clear to understand. The accommodations were well maintained and clean. It was literally right next to USNA gate 1 which made walking to all our 50th class reunion activities very convenient. Daniel and Shannon thanks for a great experience. 5 rating for sure!!

Academy accommodations

Very nice home with a layout that could accommodate two families really. Spacious, clean and uncluttered. Within walking distance of everything downtown.

Private, comfortable, roomy, and great location!

We've stayed in a number of VRBOs in Annapolis the past few years and this was the best! Entering through the real estate office felt a bit odd at first, but we found it to be not an issue at all - the unit is completely private, well appointed, and exceptionally clean - we loved it! Super easy access to USNA and DTA. Great communication with hosts. We highly recommend staying here!

Closer to Herndon than my 7-4 Bancroft Hall room!

Location! Location! Location! I can think of no better HomeAway rental to enable visits to the Naval Academy and close proximity to City Dock. We were in for a class reunion, homecoming weekend and found the rental to be perfect for us and an additional couple! Thanks for everything!

Air Force vs Navy Football Weekend

We stayed four nights to see the football game and explore Annapolis. It was perfectly located for both. We were right next to Annapolis, only 2 blocks from the main street in town and the harbor, and a easy walk to the football stadium. If I come back, I will try to stay here again. Thank you!

So convenient to everything !

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment was so convenient to downtown, the Sailboat Show, and our Cruisers University Classes at the Navel Academy. It's roomy, clean and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. We arrived after hours, yet key pickup, etc. was easy and quick. We parked directly across the street and never moved our car (daily parking passes were provided). Easy to walk everywhere or take an Uber/Lift ride and avoid driving in the traffic. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment if you are visiting Annapolis.

Couldn’t be closer to USNA Gate 1

Definitely had a breakdown in communication with rental process as I never received/returned a Docusign contract that was supposed to be sent to me. Unbeknownst to me, the two interior door codes were in it, so when we arrived we were not able to gain access to unit. A few phone calls and a missed dinner reservation later, we were in. VRBO put us in touch with the owner who was very apologetic; the property manager contact on the listing was not. Things happen. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant. Large dining room allowed our Mid to have his buddies over for pizza. Loved the location. The parking pass we used on Sunday and finding parking wasn’t bad. Would stay again based on location alone. Just make sure you get the contract with access instructions!

Excellent location! Close to restaurants and all things NAVY! We would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Also provided resident parking passes- lifesaver during July 4th weekend. Thank you for sharing a great space that allowed us to create wonderful family memories!

Great Annapolis Football Weekend

We enjoyed our stay right across from Gate 1 at the Naval Academy. The location was perfect for enjoying the Annapolis downtown area with a very short walk to the Academy, restaurants, and the waterfront. The apartment worked perfect for our group. The upstairs was more than enough room for the four of us with a large dining table, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and well outfitted. Having one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs worked well for our group. Communication with Daniel was easy and he replied promptly to any questions about the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again the next time that we are in Annapolis.

Nothing to criticize. Every aspect was terrific. I was concerned about parking on a holiday weekend but that proved to be wrong. I parked directly across the street all three days . Thanks again to our hosts and property manager

Hard to beat the great location of this property- directly across from the Naval Academy and 3 blocks from the harbor/center of town. Enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

Perfect Location

The check in process was a bit cumbersome. Having to go to a real estate office not near the property, although they were very nice, I stood and waited for someone to come down stairs and waited again for Mackenzie, to came down still on the phone, she gave me a key and a paper with 2 codes and very sketchy instructions.......we figured it out when we got to the property. The property is great, but one bedroom and bathroom is actually downstairs and the rest is upstairs. This was no issue for us, but was a surprise.

Exceeded Expectations

Beautiful property in the best location for USNA and downtown Annapolis! The property is actually nicer than the pictures. We were 2 couples visiting for a football game and the accommodations were perfect for this kind of trip. We did not need a car/ride to the ballgame/festivities nor to wonderful restaurants in downtown. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for letting us rent this wonderful space.

Wonderful stay

Stayed here for 2/C Parents Weekend. The apartment is as described, pleasant, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable and even though it's location is across from USNA Gate 1 the space is quiet. The location couldn't be better if you're visiting USNA or downtown Annapolis. The apartment was pleasure and we had a great time and look forward to staying again.
