Estamos en gran forma después del huracán María. Tenemos poder y agua. ¡Hemos hecho muchas mejoras! Reemplazamos todas las ventanas, pintamos nuestra casa por dentro / por fuera, reemplazamos los ventiladores, el nuevo aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, los nuevos muebles de la sala de estar, la nueva cama King en el maestro y lo más emocionante: instalamos una entrada de 15 'x 30' ¡PISCINA INFINITA de agua salada!

Pase sus vacaciones relajándose en una casa espaciosa de 4 habitaciones, aire acondicionado completo y espacio suficiente para que todos se sientan cómodos. Grande para grandes familias / grupos! En buen estado privado casa (no condominio) situado en Hacienda Margarita - una hermosa comunidad cerrada con seguridad 24 horas. Situado entre Luquillo y Fajardo. Espectaculares vistas al Océano Atlántico y El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minutos de varias playas espectaculares (incluyendo varias playas de surf). WI-FI y cable básico.

Este cuadrados casa 2400 sq tiene dos balcones fabulosos, una de ellas cubierta, y el otro con 800 pies cuadrados de espacio y una ducha al aire libre para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa!

A corta distancia de Culebra y Vieques transbordadores. Cerca de la selva tropical de El Yunque. Sólo 34 km de Old San Juan de hosting El Morro y San Cristóbal fuertes, y la ciudad vieja. Grandes restaurantes están a pocos minutos de distancia.

Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de todas las actividades de Puerto Rico. La comunidad es tranquila y pacífica. Inusualmente grandes lotes de viviendas de Puerto Rico ofrece privacidad y tranquilidad. Ver los barcos de cruceros pasan durante la noche. Disfruta de todos los deportes acuáticos durante el día y luego volver a casa para relajarse en la terraza!

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

The house was perfect for our family. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us. The view is magnificent. The house is a destination itself. We really enjoyed the pool and meals on the lanai. Connie was very communicative, her recommendations and suggestions were much appreciated!!

Amazing home!

This home and the views were everything described and more! We had a larger group but there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was in good proximity for all of the activities we had planned. Connie gave great recommendations. Hope to be back!

Amazing House & Views!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and my kids loved the pool. It's a great location. Short drive to lots of attractions. They had lots of beach towels which was great for our family.

Wonderful!

The property, the location, the host...it was all wonderful! The home was clean, stocked, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of 8 adults/late teens. Connie was resposive and very helpful. We enjoyed the activities, beaches, and restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in PR!

Wonderful home with rainforest & ocean view

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Beautiful view from the house and the pool and backyard was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was close to rainforest, beach & marina for boat excursion.

2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

Wonderful Vacation

My family loved our vacation at this house. The view is spectacular and we loved the house with more than enough room and lots of places to relax. We enjoyed the pool table too. Connie was amazing to work with and super responsive and helpful with recommendations and tips. We were really sad to leave!!

Fantastic house and VIEW!

A group of four women friends and I stayed at this house for a week. I am SO glad we chose this place! It was very comfortable for us all. The highlights for us were: 1) the view is so stunning and peaceful. Mountains on one side, ocean on the other. Doesn’t get much better. We spent way more time than we’d planned relaxing around the pool/ outdoor lounging area because it was so zen and beautiful. 2) the owner Connie was fantastically responsive and helpful. She has the house outfitted to provide everything we needed- including TP, laundry detergent, hand soaps, coffee, etc etc. A lot of rental homes make you shop for these things yourself and I so appreciate when they are all provided so that you can go straight into vacation mode, instead of having to go get all this stuff. Really top-notch service from her. 3) the location- super convenient to multiple beautiful beaches, great food, sights like El Yunque and bioluminescence kayaking, and of course SJU (45 min drive). You do need a rental car around this area but the driving is easy. I used acqui coqui for our rental and had a great experience with them. We came back so relaxed and happy with our vacation. Highly recommend this spot and would love to come back!!

The neighbors and neighborhood are wonderful and we always have a great time. Happy to answer any of your questions or give you suggestions of things to do in the area.
