NatureWalk en Seagrove Beach es el lugar perfecto para una escapada relajante en la playa. Al ingresar a esta casa de nueva construcción decorada profesionalmente, encontrará el área de estar de concepto abierto. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una isla grande con una barra de desayuno redondeada que tiene capacidad para cuatro. La sala de estar tiene una gran sección y una Smart TV de 65 pulgadas, ideal para noches de cine. Arriba, se encuentra el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king y un baño principal grande con lavamanos para él y ella y una ducha a ras de suelo. También encontrará el dormitorio de invitados con una cama queen, así como la sala de literas con literas de tamaño completo y un nido doble. El tercer piso también tiene un baño completo con lavabos de duelo.

The home was extremely clean and well kept. We had 1 small issue with a flat on 1 of the bikes and the company fixed it right away. Our stay could not have been nicer. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to return again. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful House

We have been coming to this area for 20 years. First time renting through Oversee and they were attentive to detail in every way. The house was lovely and furnished perfectly. We will always continue to rent through Oversee.

There are no perks with this rental and the kitchen left much to be desired. It lacked needed tools and the pantry was locked.

Mother and daughter trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortable and perfect for us girls. Recommendation, supply the house with a broom and a dust pan so that the house can be kept clean. The only thing was a vacuum that doesn’t work well.Also, the dishwasher door needs to be fixed.Also the doors in the second floor get stuck, especially the one to the hall bathroom. These are easy fixes, but overall the house os great!!

June 2021 Stay

Overall it was a good trip/stay. Just a few annoyances. One arrival day, check-in was at 4pm. My family arrived a little after 7pm and there was a car blocking the driveway. I went in to investigate, and it was the cleaning service and they said they would be done a little later. Once we got in the house, we got to the kids room to notice the trundle bed that was said to be under the bunk bed and shown in the pictures was not there, so kids had to double up on a bed. The kitchen pantry was locked up for owner use only, which I didn't see in the description anywhere. Having a large family requires good bit of food, so pantry access would be nice so we would not fill up the counters with food. The door lock code would not allow us to change it per the instructions, so we had to remember a 9 digit code to open the door everytime we entered. We never could get the tv to work in the master bedroom though when we called about it they said someone would come out. Just a few of the things that I was frustrated with.

We found a shortcut to the pool area which made it an even better location. The bikes worked great and all the combination locks made it very convenient. I only wish we could have had more people stay with us to use all the extra room we had.

Love Naturewalk but not this house

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pantry was locked and we couldn’t use. The fan pull cord was in the guest bed. The oven beeped with an error the whole time we were there. We notified oversee and they always answered when we called, but it was never fixed. The master sheets didn’t fit the bed. The vents air rattled.

December 2021 Stay

We love Naturewalk and plan to stay at Naturewalk again. But will not stay at this house ever again. When we got there downstairs toilet was messed up, the pull chord to the guest bedroom fan was under the sheets. The oven kept beeping the whole time we were there. We let oversee know about the oven multiple times and it was never fixed. The air vents were messed up and needed to be reset. They rattled the whole time. We had no access the the pantry. The owner had a lock on it. Oversee was super nice and answered every time we called, but honestly while I’m on vacation, I don’t want to keep calling for maintenance issues every day. There was wood damage on the floor next to the refrigerator and locked pantry. We loved the location. It was just this particular house, we won’t stay again.

Nice house, good location, few cleaning issues

Overall our stay was good. I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen upon arrival. There were fingerprints visible all over all of the appliances and leftover food on the stovetop. Things a quick wipe down would have cleaned. Just a bit off-putting given we are in a pandemic. Appeared inside of refrigerator had not been wiped down in a while as there was spilled food stuck under all of the glass. It was also obvious the downstairs floors had been poorly cleaned if at all. I wiped up some food with a wet paper towel and it was black. However the management company was quick to return my phone call on the weekend and promptly sent a cleaning lady over. The house itself was cute, new, and fit our needs. Most rentals I’ve stayed at are a lot more stocked for this price point. We were given one trash bag for an entire week. We were warned of this prior to our stay however. Did appreciate the bikes that came with the rental. We took the trail each day and it worked out perfect with the kids to avoid parking. Giving a 4 star for Check in as we never got the door lock reprogrammed per the instructions, appeared the light was broken.

Loved the property!

Loved the house and neighborhood! Great for young families. We stayed during spring break so 30A was a zoo so it was nice to be a bit off the main drag. Bike paths galore, no need to get into your car. Oversee rentals is a great rental company, loved the app they provide with all information. Immediately I was impressed with them - I contacted the office to come pick up a fishing rod we had mailed down ahead of us and they immediately replied back saying they would be dropping it off at the property. I would definitely return.

Quiet beach get away

Rental was very clean and neighborhood was quiet and nice away from crowds.. My only complain is the moldy washing machine. Machine had a moldy smell with mold on the front rubber gasket.

However - the owners or the property manager need to spring for some decent sheets. With so many upgrades in the home - the poor quality sheets that kept coming off the beds, were out of place and annoying. We had a couple of minor issues early in our stay and management was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book with Oversee again.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was also very nice. Our only complaint was the washer and dryer. The washer did not get the water out of our clothes and the dryer didn't blow any hot air. When we called we were told someone would be out to fix it. We never saw anyone come look at the washer or dryer. They were never fixed during our stay so we ended up taking a load of wet clothes home.

Nice house, trouble with appliances

Great property, amazing neighborhood love the location. The Dryer never worked and it unfortunately never got resolved during our stay. We have vacationed in this area the last 7 years and plan clothing and towels very efficiently. The use of the washer and dryer is a must for our family. Lack of communication from Property Manager was a struggle. The propane tank was also empty and had to be filled late in our stay.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful location! Just a short bike ride to the beach and very short walk to the pool. Not far from Watercolor and Seaside. The house was clean and beautiful!
