Esta magnífica Villa de Lujo tiene impresionantes vistas del reluciente Océano Atlántico y domina el cosmopolita pueblo, el puerto deportivo y las playas de arena de Calheta, a solo 1 km de distancia. Situado justo en la cima del acantilado, con una espectacular piscina infinita climatizada, está terminado con el más alto nivel y ofrece un confort y estilo excepcionales para hasta 8 huéspedes con cuatro amplias habitaciones, todas con vistas espectaculares y baños en suite.

La superficie habitable interna es de aproximadamente 400 m2 repartidos en dos plantas y está diseñada para una vida abierta moderna, mientras que la sombreada y tradicional galería abierta a ambos lados de la Villa y la fantástica zona de barbacoa te llevarán constantemente a la espectacular terraza soleada y piscina. Calheta es famosa por el clima más soleado de Madeira y el magnífico jardín privado de la villa, que florece durante todo el año, es testimonio de la ubicación única. La villa cuenta con estacionamiento privado con puertas de acceso eléctrico controladas a distancia, un guardarropa adicional en la planta baja, amplio lavadero con lavadora y secadora, un estudio con libros para que puedas leer, wifi, altavoz Sonos y TV HD de pantalla grande con internacional canales

¡La cocina está completamente equipada para el cocinero entusiasta! Tiene un lavavajillas, una nevera-congelador, una máquina de café Dolce Gusto, espuma de leche y el procesador de alimentos Kenwood MultiOne. La Villa está equipada con todos los artículos esenciales para el hogar, que incluye; variedades de té, café instantáneo, cápsulas de café Nescafe Dolce Gusto, azúcar, cocina, rollos de papel higiénico, líquidos de lavado, etc.

A su llegada, será recibido por nuestro gerente, Nelia, quien le mostrará la propiedad. Das Haus ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und wurde alle paar Tage gereinigt inkl. Handtuchwechsel. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind spektakulär. Die Gastgeber haben sich super gekümmert und Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben. Insel und Unterkunft haben uns restlos begeistert und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu sechst in einem herrlichen Haus mit allem Komfort, das hervorragend ausgestattet war. Der Blick auf den Atlantik von allen Zimmern war fantastisch. Der große Pool und die exklusive Lage sorgten für Erholung. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wonderful!!!

The property was amazing!! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful landscaping and awesome view of the ocean! Calheta is a great location and the sunnier part of the island. Jorge was very responsive and helped us with some organizational logistics, restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Very nice mid-week linen changeover with an unexpected full cleaning too! The Gardner gave us a crate of fresh mangoes and grapes from the gardens. Highly recommend and would definitely book again if another Madeira vacation is on our agenda!

Stay at Oliveiras de fajã

Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen in diesem tollen Haus! Alles war in jeglicher Hinsicht 10 von 10! Die Aussicht auf das Meer, das nur einen Steinwurf entfernt liegt. Morgens mit diesem Blick aufzuwachen, ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis, an das man hoffentlich zuhause lange zurückdenkt! Nach hinten raus der Blick auf die Klippe mit den Falken, die einem manchmal im Sturzflug um die Ohren sausen, um in der unterhalb des Hauses gelegenen Mango-Plantage zu jagen. Wir sind wirklich allerbestens versorgt worden von Nelia und Nelson, die bei jeglicher Frage zur Verfügung standen und im persönlichen Kontakt supernett waren! Es hat Spaß gemacht, sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten und Nelson hat uns mit frischen Mangos versorgt - sensationell! Von Zeit zu Zeit hatten wir Kontakt zum Eigentümer, der auch superfreundlich und nett war! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in jeglicher Hinsicht und an jeglicher Stelle HÖCHSTwertig, es bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen und nichts ist von minderer Qualität. Die Kontakt mit dem Verwalter vor Ort von fewo, Jorge, war sehr angenehm und problemlos Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Und dann wissen wir auch, dass es ein Fernglas gibt, mit dem man die Delfine beobachten kann... Diese Entdeckung haben wir dummerweise erst am letzten Tag gemacht, sind aber trotzdem absolut entschädigt durch die tollen Beobachtungen mit einem großartigen Urlaub auf Madeira abgereist. Danke Nelia, Nelson und Jorge :-))

Absolut außergewöhnlich!!

Dieses Haus und das Grundstück, mit seinem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Atlantik, lassen keine Wünsche offen! Wir durften eine einmalige Zeit hier verbringen und danken Nelia und Nelson für den unaufdringlichen Service Rund um das Haus und den Garten! Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und die Einrichtung des Hauses , sowie die Ausstattung der Terrasse, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig! Die Bilder zur Hausbeschreibung sind absolut authentisch… wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden! Wir würden 6Sterne vergeben!

Great view, in relaxing area

Stunning view of Atlantic. Relaxing location. Pretty gardens. Nélia and Nelson, who take care of the property, etc., are friendly and wonderful. (Muito obrigado.) Like every island place, you need to spray for ants every few days and keep your food in sealed containers. Evening winds in September help mitigate island humidity. Plenty of hikes and great small towns nearby. Enjoy!

Das Ferienhaus mit dem besten Service in 20 Jahren Ferienhausurlaub

Wir 8 (2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern) fahren seit 20 Jahren gemeinsam in den Sommerferien in den Urlaub. Dieses Ferienhaus ist in vielerlei Hinsicht das beste Haus, was wir bisher hatten. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Die Lage ist perfekt - dazu wurde in anderen Rezessionen ja schon berichtet. Der Service, die Betreuung durch die Agentur und die Angestellten des Besitzers war hervorragend. Außerdem war das Haus sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich hierbei Nelson, den Gärtner. Er hilft in jeglichen Belangen, egal ob man ein Taxi für 8 Personen oder eine Reservierung benötigt. Sogar der Grill war am nächsten Tag gereinigt. Empfehlen können wir das Leme Marisquera für Fisch und das Manifattura Di Gelato (hauptsächlich Italienisch). Außerdem waren wir oben in Arco de Calheta in der Pizzeria Naye sehr gut Pizza essen und noch weiter oben im Requinte do Rochao Portugiesisch (Espadatas!) Hierfür ließen wir uns mit dem Taxi hin und zurück bringen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Jorge, Nelson, Rubina und den Owner Noel.

Amazing house with breathtaking views

We've stayed in many properties in Madeira but none have been as perfect as this house. Located overlooking the sea with stunning gardens this house was everything we were looking for. Just a 10 minute walk down to Calheta with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The house was more than big enough for 8 of us with everything we could possibly need. Nelia the house keeper was always on hand for help and the house was spotless. We will certainly be back and had a fantastic 10 days.

das haus "thront" über calheta beach mit weitsicht über den atlantik und wunderbare sonnenuntergänge, die man nur dann versäumt, wenn man in einem der netten lokale in der nahen marina "versackt" ist. nelia und jorge sind überaus achtsame und pragmatische konstanten im hintergrund, die kommunikation absolut verlässlich, was beim erstbesuch sehr beruhigend ist. für "wasserratten" und sonnenanbeter ist diese sonnenverwöhnte seite madeiras mit dem der bademöglichkeit in atlantik und (!) beheiztem pool eigentlich nicht mehr zu toppen!

Wunderschönes Haus an der Küste

Das Haus oder besser die Villa hat wirklich alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Nelia hat uns sehr informativ eingecheckt. Der Garten ist traumhaft mi tropischen Pflanzen angelegt, vom Pool aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig um Ausflüge zu machen. Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

First time in Madeira

We just spent a week at Arco de Calheta. House was perfect for our group. Location is a bit remote from Funchal but provides good access to explore the Island. the local marina has great restaurants. We like the Manufactura Gelato (excellent pizza and gelato) as well as the Sacchirum Savoy fine dinning. The house manager was so nice and the Gardner too. House was very clean and everything was as photos showed. Beautiful flower gardens too. Owner Jorge was helpful and responsive via text and email.

Dream Holidays Calheta

Truly amazing house, in a beautiful and easy to find location in Calheta. The villa is stunning with the most amazing views of the ocean. The equipment and furnishings are all to very high standard and complement the garden and view beautifully. On our arrival we were greeted by Nelia, who showed us around and helped to recommend activities, places to see and restaurants to visit. She also helped us to book tests with local clinic later in the week. We met Jorge the 3rd and discovered that we saw him in a restaurant nearby 2 days before, where he works. On our next visit we were given a discount on our meal! Muito obrigado! The villa is kept very nice and tidy, with Nelia cleaning every 2-3 days. The gardens are looked after as well and we very much enjoyed the home grown mangos and grapes! Overall we couldn’t fault this place apart from missing air conditioning, but it was not a big issue. The breeze at night did cool the bedrooms down a bit. We would definitely like to come back in the future and explore more of what Madeira has to offer. Muito obrigado to the whole team!

Rust en prachtig uitzicht

Wij zoeken altijd rust, prachtige natuur, privacy en een net en mooi huis. Dit huis geeft je dit. Goed verzorgd, fijne mensen die er voor je zijn elke dag als het nodig is, mooie tuin en een geweldig uitzicht. We hebben genoten en we komen hier zeker terug. The Bennett's Family Holiday

We stayed here at the very end of October 2019 as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 17 and I must state we were exceptionally happy with ALL elements of the Villa, area and holiday. The villa itself far exceeded the on line photo's with breathtaking views from all aspects, especially the stunning infinity pool. With all credit to Nelia the housekeeper the villa was incredibly clean and well stocked in some cases beyond beleif. The management agent Jorge kept ijn touch asking via text if we were happy and had everything we needed and even the owner called around to check we were totally comfortable which in this property would be impossible not to be. The bedrooms also had breathtaking views of the ocean and Calheta Marina and with boat trips and new restaurants opening in the re-furbished marina area and the overall location ideal for exploring Maderia this villa is a perfect choicer for couples or families alike who prefer a more authentic break away from the bustling capital Funchal. I would highly recommend this property and may well return at some point in the next couple of years with friends or family. Many thanks Mark Bennett & Family

Absolutely Superb

My partner and I including our 2 children, aged 7 & 11 stayed at this villa for 10 days at the end of July 2019 and we truly wished we had stayed longer. It is exactly like the images shown and the view from the pool and villa are breathtaking. Photos don't really capture the true beauty of this villa. It is decorated in a contemporary style throughout with patio doors around most of the villa letting in great natural light. The layout was, certainly for us, well thought out with the lower level open plan, bar the office, utility room and toilet. Upstairs you have one main bedroom and one double bedroom to each side of the central stairs which is great for with all bedrooms having good en-suites which we feel would be great for larger parties to ensure privacy etc. The villa is well equipped - this is definitely a case of if you don't think they have it you have probably yet to find it! Great infinity pool which is a good size for swimming and playing and includes a shallow end. Outside areas include a garden and areas for sunbathing and comfortable seated areas in the shade. There is also a BBQ (which Nelson who keeps the pool and outside areas spotless will come and light for you) ,outdoor sink and shower. There is also a storage area that had lots of inflatables and games etc for the children. The property is secure as it is behind private electric gates. For any of you who have read all the reviews about this villa and have seen the one negative one I will try and explain something that we were a little worried about. The reviewer stated that the property was not private and is set with other villas and that their privacy was compromised. Whilst it is true the owner's villa sets behind the electric gates too, their property is set away and is beneath and to one side of the villa you are renting. It does not compromise any privacy at all! The owner introduced himself, reassured us if we needed anything to ask and that was it. At a guess I would say this review is nothing more than malicious. The only downside to our stay which had nothing to do with the villa was that the marina was closed due to ongoing works to the cliff face. This meant that the majority of restaurants within walking distance were not open. Huge thanks to Jorge, Neila & Nelson who manage this property - discreet, professional & hardworking! This is a highly recommended villa which has set the bar high for other villa holidays for us.

Perfekter Märchenurlaub-es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt

Ein lautes ‚Wow‘ war zu hören, als wir (Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern) von N., der strahlenden Haushälterin in die Villa geführt wurden. Sehr grosszügige und moderne Architektur mit warmen farblich abgestimmtes Details eingerichtet. 4 grosse Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad. Die Sauberkeit ist blendend. Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden. Sehr grosszügig bestückte Küche. Die Sicht aufs Meer ist unverbaut. Der infinity Pool bietet eine Unterwasserbeleuchtung an, warm und gemütliches Wasser, und der Horizont beugt sich der Rundung der Erdkugel gemäss. Der Sonnenuntergang einmalig. Keine Nachbarn. Ausser der Hahn, der morgens meldet, dass es Zeit ist um aufzustehen herrscht absolute Ruhe. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher, den die Anlage war durch ein elektronisches Tor abgesichert. In der Wochenmitte wurde die Villa gereinigt und die Wäsche ausgewechselt. Vielen herzlichen Dank - ein sehr entspannender Aufenthalt auf der schönen und interessanten Insel. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
