Son Parc es una de las mejores zonas turísticas de la isla. Tiene todos los servicios y entretenimiento. Restaurantes, pubs, supermercados, tiendas, alquiler de bicicletas, farmacia, transporte público, etc.
También cuenta con un magnífico campo de golf que además dispone de restaurante y pistas de tenis.
En cuanto a la playa, su longitud es de más de 200 metros de arena fina, y sus aguas cristalinas y poco profundas la hacen ideal para familias con niños pequeños.
A tan sólo 9 km de la localidad costera de Fornells, donde se pueden practicar todo tipo de deportes náuticos o alquilar embarcaciones además de degustar sus famosas calderetas de langosta.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
