Spotless, comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning that cooled down the entire apartment. Massimo is the consummate host - met us on arrival and explained everything, provided comprehensive info on local supermarkets, eateries, travel instructions. We loved the local and central neighbourhood. Massimo’s restaurant suggestions were really good, and well priced. Apartment is so well cared for, Massimo has thought of everything you might need, and our family of 5 all slept well and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, very quiet, had reliable Wi-Fi and everything we needed, and was in a wonderful location. It made an excellent base both for visiting the Biennale and for exploring every part of Venice, whether on foot or by vaporetto. We especially loved the neighbourhood, where we found several lovely places for a morning coffee, an evening aperitivo, or simply sitting under the trees and watching everyday Venetian life unfold. Massimo was a wonderful host – friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would happily stay here again.

We had a delightful stay. The location was perfect. Massimo met us at check in and had cookies for us. He also sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and grocery stores.

Very nice property and fantastic communication from Mossimo. He was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us tips and tricks for getting around and locations of the best things to see and eat! Loved our time in Venice! Highly recommended!

Amazing stay

It’s clear why Massimo is a highly rated host; he was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is in a great location that’s very near a wonderful square and only a short walk from Rialto. We would gladly stay here again.

Venice at its Best

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. Massimo provided detailed info on how to find apartment and greeted us when we arrived. He gave us info on places to visit, eat and relax. Location was the best and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful apartment and wonderful host!!

Wonderful apartment, host and location

We had a fabulous time and were welcomed warmly by Massimo who told us some great places to eat. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The area is so lovely and cool. Everything we wanted for our anniversary stay in Venice.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Close enough to all the wonderful sights of Venice, yet quiet on an evening. Massimo is great, so very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

This was one of our favorite stays during our trip to Europe. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location for exploring Venice. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the vaporetto while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood atmosphere.The host was fantastic and incredibly helpful! He was also very friendly, responsive, and organized. Everything worked exactly as expected, which was especially appreciated while traveling with three generations of family.After a long day of exploring Venice, it was the perfect place to return to and relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests.

Perfect Location and Perfect Host

This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in a great location with main transportation and excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Massimo, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, communicates well, makes reservations for you, and helped us arrange a taxi to bring us close to the apartment so my mother didn’t have to walk far. Would highly recommend staying here!

Good location and confortable flat

We were really well welcome by Massimo, the landlord. He gave us many tips about Venice and a map with the monuments to visit. The apartment is very well located in a quiet area 7 minutes from Saint Mark's Square.

Massimo was a fantastic host - he gave us plenty of information and always in a friendly manner, without ever being overbearing. The apartment was wonderful, clean and had everything we could need. We usually stay in hotels but wanted something more personal and spacious while travelling with children, and this was perfect. The location is excellent, not too far from F.te Nove (for access to Alilaguna to/from the airport) and walking distance to many sights, while being in a quiet area. Massimo also helped store our luggage on our final day. Fully recommended!

Fantastic location amazing apartment excellent host

We were surprised with the modernness of the apartment and how well stocked it was. Massimo met us late one evening because our train was late and he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of information. He was very responsive and his restaurant recommendations were fantastic! The location was excellent. The heat worked very well. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional!

This is an exceptional property with a wonderful host. It's much larger than it appears in the photos, clean, and well-equipped. We found the universal power adapter particularly helpful and we've never seen that before in any rental accommodation. Terrific friendly and helpful host to greet us too. Excellent communication and very patient with my phone issues. Highly recommended, in a great location in Venice.

Excellent choice

We loved staying in a less touristic neighbourhood. The apt is opposite a school and there are evening classes in the gym - it's a community hub. The bakery is yards from the door and the Co-op isn't far away. Massimo lives in another apt in the property and is an absolute mine of information - his family are Venetians of many generations. We're already looking forward to returning,

Wonderful Stay in Venice!

Massimo was extremely helpful during my stay and whenever I had questions regarding the city or the apartment, he replied promptly. Everything was wonderful, he was very thorough in giving us recommendations of restaurants and attractions to visit! He was kind and attentive and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Only thing we disliked is not staying in Venice for a little while longer. It was a 10 min walk to Rialto and around 15min to St. Mark’s Basilica, with many restaurants around so it was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better host!

Highly recommended

The host Massimo communicated with us with very helpful information throughout our booking. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. Massimo had a map ready for us with places to visit and restaurants to eat at marked clearly. We were able to contact him at any time should we need anything but everything was perfect. Everything was very close in walking distance including the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. A perfect place to stay. Top marks for Massimo.

Perfect apartment

This is the perfect apartment and host. Massimo provides everything you need to stay in Venice; map, places to visit and eat, map of vaparetto route etc. and is prepared to answer any questions. Kitchen is fully equipped, lovely cotton sheets on beds. He met us upon arrival and helped with luggage. Apartment is very clean. There was not a hot tub as advertised. I can't say enough good things about our host and apartment. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Venice.

Great place to stay

Great location. Short walk to Saint Mark's Basilica and Rialto bridge. We enjoyed the bakery that was steps from the apartment and there were many places to eat nearby. There is a small grocery store that is a 5 minute at most away. Our host was very helpful in guiding us to the apartment when we got lost when 1st arriving. We had plenty of room and the air conditioning worked great. Our host supplied a map which is essential for finding your way and also guided us to look not just at the map but land mark's to find your way. The apartment was quiet at night and during the day. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely Apartment in a peaceful area. Excellent host.

A lovely autumnal week in beautiful Venezia. The apartment is very much as described, everything you need - plenty of space and is located in a quiet and traditional neighbourhood. Access to the apartment couldn't be easier, a 5 minute walk from either the second or third stop on the Alilaguna Airport Ferry/Bus (35 - 40 mins from Airport). There is an excellent bakers about 20 metres away, with some nice cafes, bars and restaurants all really close. The local eateries offer excellent food and value for money Easy walking distance to the popular sights - but also the more traditional and perhaps less seen and quieter parts of the area. Massimo is a lovely host and couldn't be more helpful - he is contactable if you need any help or guidance. We had a great week and would happily recommend. Grazie mille!!

L'appartement est spacieux Tout était prêt à notre arrivée.On a vécu à 5 dedans sans problème.Y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine si nécessaire L'hôte est très accueillant et donne pas mal de propositions sur place pour se restaurer ( resto, boulangerie, supermarché,...) et des visites
