Este condominio frente al Golfo de Nápoles / Beach realmente superará sus expectativas !! El Nápoles Continental Club ha sido recientemente renovado, así que todos los detalles, incluyendo el vestíbulo con la seguridad recepción las 24 horas, se siente de lujo. Está diseñado de forma única por lo que de hecho puede ser relajante en las tumbonas en la terraza de la piscina, pero se siente como si estuviera sentado en la playa. Está situado en el centro de la costa del Golfo Blvd, a sólo unos minutos a pie de restaurantes y tiendas del pueblo veneciano ya sólo unos minutos en coche o en bicicleta a la avenida 5 del centro.

Este 2 dormitorios / 2 baños ofrece vistas panorámicas del Golfo y millas de playas de arena blanca, tanto del salón principal y dormitorio principal. Se puede disfrutar de impresionantes puestas de sol desde su porche o te arrullados por el sonido de las olas cada noche. Este es el complejo de tamaño perfecto con sólo 8 pisos, por lo que tiene un ambiente mucho más agradable y personalizado al tiempo que proporciona todas las comodidades como centro turístico. Hay una zona recientemente renovada de ejercicio, sauna, biblioteca, área común con ping-pong y zona de descanso televisión. Junto a la piscina se encuentra motivos inmaculadamente ajardinadas con 2 canchas de tejo y una cabaña "Chickee", que proporciona un área de estar cubierta con mesas de picnic. . También hay 5 zonas de barbacoa separadas para reuniones familiares divertidas.

We loved the unit. Clean, everything we needed. Location of course is great. The building and unit exceeded our needs and expectations. Host was easy to reach if needed. We hope to stay again and recommend it.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I relax! The pool was clean and heated! The view of the gulf was unbelievable! Gorgeous sunsets.

Right on the beach!

Perfect place! The VRBO description was accurate. The Continental Club does a fabulous job of keeping the grounds and facilities clean. I would stay here again i a heartbeat! And I am VERY picky.

The pool and proximity of the beach made for a hassle-free day of enjoyment. Restaurants, Grocery stores and Entertainment all very nearby. Amenities in the unit were perfect for our needs.

10 out of 10 location; property run down and dirty

We enjoyed our time in Florida, the weather was perfect and the location of this rental scores a perfect 10. We were disappointed in both the condition and cleanliness, which we can expand upon. We will keep this to only the facts, but we are hoping some of these things are addressed in the future. On the condition, you can tell it's been a long rental property without a lot of TLC. There were missing ceiling tiles in both closets, burnt out light bulbs, an unpleasant odor from the guest bedroom, worn/stained carpet, and a broken shower handle in the master. The place was pretty dirty when we came in, I think we spent about 20-30 hours cleaning the place, we washed all linen,, pillows (that we brown stained), chair cushions, and rolled up and stored a large dirty rug in the living room. Surfaces were dirty and almost everything needed a good wipe down for dust/dirt. None of this is major and with some updates and LTC it could be great. The size of the master bathroom is really small, can barely use toilet and close door, to the point of being awkward. Overall this unit really needs to be updated (cabinets, sink, faucets, toilets - should all be replaced). We used an entire bottle of fabreeze to attempt to cover up "old carpet" smell from guest room. The carpet should be removed and any sort of hard wood or tile replacement would be ideal. We treated for ants in the kitchen (counters and floor), washing and buying ant traps. Also, the laundry is actually not in the unit, it's a shared set-up outside of the unit, which isn't ideal, but did work fine for us. The location was a 10/10 to be able to walk out to the beach was amazing and it was fun to walk to near by shopping , bars and restaurants. Ideally they would make updates and hire a better cleaning crew in the near future.

Perfect Rental

We loved the Continental Club and especially this condo! It was clean, updated, comfortable and well furnished. It was great to have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for when our grandchildren came for a visit. We loved the convenience of the second floor and most especially the fantastic view of the Gulf. The amenities of the Continental Club were great as well. Cherie was responsive to our questions and wonderful to work with. We have already rebooked for another visit!

Beautiful beachfront condo.

Our family stayed During the month of December and Christmas break. It was a a wonderful place to stay. Being on the beach was a huge perk. We went for long walks and just enjoy the general vicinity. The Condo was clean and well laid out.

Continental Club Best position in Naples

The apartment was good and well equipped and in a very good position. The owner was extremely helpful and kept in touch during our stay. Although we were advised to expect some building work and general maintenance this was far more intrusive than we anticipated. The noise of drilling was almost constant between the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm and areas of the building were out of bounds at certain times. This inconvenience was reflected in the price. We would definitely return to the Continental Club and this apartment.

Wonderful place to relax.

This condo is located in a perfect location to enjoy both the beach and the highlights of Naples. The unit itself is nicely decorated in fun and fresh colors and comfortable furniture. The owner is a joy to work with and very organized and available to her tenants. The entire complex has a very nice and safe atmosphere.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clean, updated, and well appointed. The view of sunset was perfect. I hesitate to give it as good a review as I feel for fear it won't be available when we want to come back!

Wonderful place in the Moorings located right on the beach!

Nicely decorated and updated condo with all the amenities! Great beach access with nice pool. Walking distance to Venetian Village and easy to bike anywhere from here.

Relaxing Oceanfront Location - great place to stay!

This condo is a dream come true. Everything is clean and decorated beautifully. Hard to beat the view of the gulf (It really is as seen on the pictures!) with dolphins hanging around every day! Cherie was extremely accommodating and made us feel at home in paradise. We found everything we needed to start our vacation. The location of the condo is just perfect. From there you can get very quickly to all attractions Naples has to offer (e.g. The Everglades, Zoo, Tropical Garden, Shopping Mall, restaurants) or you can just stay there and relax at the pool or the beach. We highly recommend this property - the perfect place to explore beautiful Naples!
