LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our condo has just under gone 100% renovations. Everything is brand new! 2 bedrooms with a king bed & queen. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large 75” screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR System!
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away...
The condo is near the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops.
Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Maid service available at an extra charge.
You just can’t find a better location, tastefully ALL BRAND NEW decorated condo and price! It doesn’t get any better than this!! Beds are SUPER comfortable and we get rave reviews on them! NOTE- there are cameras on the parking lot as well as hallways to all the condos and pool area.

We love this area. The location is perfect for going to the beach. It is also close to the town to walk and get food and coffee. Our host was very quick to respond. Our rooms were very nice. Love them.

This Condo was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and Judy & Helen were always there to help. Beach couldn’t be any closer and amazing restaurants were a block a way!!! Mediterrano, Tommy Bahama & Ridgeway Bar & Grill to name a few.Would defs stay here again, it was exactly what we were looking for on this trip!!

Location is fantastic! Only 1 block to the Gulf and restaurants! Nice pool too!Only con was the mixup on our arrival date so our place was not cleaned; but manager responded immediately when called while we enjoyed a sunset on the beach.

We've stayed at several different Mariner units 5 of the last 7 years. Out of all of those units, this one was probably the most complete - all the kitchenware, amenities, decor, etc. that made us feel at home. Also, the host provided very clear information on the property and was responsive to requests. We had a great week and look forward to returning here again!

The host was extremely welcoming, and the condo was clean and quiet. Incredible location with easy access to the pool and beach. Lovely neighborhood for walking and a quick walk or ride to restaurants and playgrounds.

Location relative to beach access is great. A short walk! Place is clean and cozy. The "Gorilla Wagon" provided is perfect for taking beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler (all provided) and other stuff down to the beach. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, replied within a day and answered well. Neighborhood around the condo complex is very nice.

Wonderful 2BR condo complete with everything exactly as photos portray. Even supplied with great beach, umbrellas cart, and 4 chairs. We absolutely loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood and beautiful beach access.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location! We picked up a few things on the way in and never used our rental car after that. Walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shopping and of course, the beach! We would love to stay here again!

Excellent location by the beach

Excellent location one short block from the beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach, great restaurants, and weekend farmers market. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. The beach chairs, towels, and pool were big bonuses. We’ll stay here again for sure! Great hosts.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I stayed with my 15 yo daughter for a 5 night girls trip over April break and we loved the proximity to beach and third street. The pool was great too and plenty of privacy. The condo is a really nice, quiet condo setup and well cared for. Parking and access to the unit is so easy. One thing to know is that the smaller bedroom has a door that opens to the outside. I didn't feel great about my daughter being in this room so she got the much nicer primary suite since I'm a nice mom. The smaller bedroom and bathroom is fine but wouldn't be great for 2 adults. If we were here as a family, I'd probably just have the kids sleep in there, really there are no safety concerns in Naples. The unit was stocked with towels and beach equipment which was really handy. Kitchen has everything you need. All around we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We add the inside safety locks for folks but as you said, we are in a 40 million $$ neighborhood & Naples is probably one of the safest places to ever be! Esp that neighborhood!!! Some of the highest priced real estate in the country! Pretty mellow crowd for sure! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.
