¡Vacaciones de ensueño! ¡Casa de lujo de dos pisos construida a la orilla del lago en las aguas cristalinas del lago Santeetlah!

Una hermosa casa de montaña frente al lago enclavada en una acogedora cala en el lago Santeetlah. Despierta con magníficas vistas de las Grandes Montañas Humeantes. Ubicado a 70 millas de Knoxville, Tennessee, en la ciudad de Robbinsville, Carolina del Norte. El hogar está justo al lado de HWY 129 pasando el fondo del Dragón en East Buffalo Circle.

El lago Santeetlah es un lago de 3.000 acres con 80 millas de costa, de las cuales el 90% se encuentra en el Bosque Nacional Nantahala. Pase el día en bote, esquí acuático, senderismo, kayak, wakeboard, paddle, natación o descanso. No te decepcionará en esta casa.

La casa construida a medida tiene dos cocinas con encimeras de granito y muchos asientos. Una cocina se encuentra arriba y otra abajo, ambas con planos de planta abiertos. Esta casa fue construida para entretener! El trabajo de la madera en el estudio acentúa el techo abovedado y la pared de ventanas ofrece vistas a la montaña y al lago. El maestro está en el principal y de fácil acceso. El dormitorio principal tiene vistas a las montañas y al lago. ¡Las imágenes simplemente no le hacen justicia! La decoración está actualizada y lista para recibir a su familia y amigos.

Hay dos habitaciones king y una habitación con dos camas queen. También disponibles en el hogar hay dos loveseats que tienen camas extraíbles. Hay grandes sofás y sillas cómodas. Esta ubicación tiene wifi.

El exterior tiene una gran área de patio trasero con fogata y muelle. Alquiler de barcos están disponibles en Santeetlah Marina. Hay sillas de jardín en el patio trasero y una gran terraza en el segundo piso,

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Santeetlah lake. The house is always clean and and there is everything we need for a great vacay. The fire pit is an added bonus. This is our fourth year and we will be back!

This house was fabulous! We have stayed on another lake in times prior but it doesn’t compare. Access to house is great! Access to lake is easy! The house is extremely comfortable and spacious! We loved all the outdoor amenities!!! Rented a boat for the week. House is on a very calm, quiet part of lake. Check in was easy! Communication was fabulous! Will definitely return!!!!!

Outstanding vacation spot!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we had an awesome time once again. The location is perfect and the property is well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor spaces have plenty of furniture and are perfect for enjoying the beautiful views, dining and just relaxing. The fire pit is perfect for evening gathering and fire wood is provided which is a huge plus. The property managers go above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay is perfect. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Gorgeous views, an exceptionally clean lake that is perfect for kayaking, boating and swimming. The dock is convenient if guests opt to rent boat for the week. The internet is hit or miss which is the norm for the area which made this a true dream vacation. The host provides directions as waze will only get you within a mile or two of the property. I had high expectations based on the price point and we were not disappointed. Our college age children’s quote “Best Vacation Ever”.

Nice house, beautiful views.

The house has beautiful furniture. Water view from every room. The only thing was the ice maker did not work, so we had to go into town to get ice. This would have been nice to know before hand. There are two kitchens and neither works. My main complaint was the kitchens need to be stocked. Lacking pans, appliances and utensils. Other than that I loved the place. Would return. Very relaxing.... and peaceful.

Great week away from the city

Great home, well maintained, everything you could ask for. We would highly recommend it. Only thing negative is that you could hear some road noise, but that can’t be helped. The good thing is you can’t see the Nieghbor’s or the road from the house.

Great Property & Great Service

This clean & comfortable house had everything we needed for 2 families to spread out and enjoy themselves. It was well-kept and comfortable. The property managers were very quick and polite to respond to us with questions we had or to replace things that had gone missing.

The perfect family vacation home with the perfect view!

Our family vacation was awesome. Everything about this house is great. We took our two daughters and three grandchildren ages 6, 4 and 2 for 10 nights. The fire pit was a hit in the evenings along with the s’mores. We enjoyed the variety of indoor and outdoor tables and chairs for relaxing and dining. Everyone had alot of fun jumping and swimming off the dock. Coming from Miami we were afraid the lake water would be too cold but that was not the case. It was delightful. We rented a boat for a week and kept it conveniently tied at the dock. Deyton marina was a 10 minute drive away and the boat ride back to the house was about 20 to 30 minutes. The owners at Deyton were helpful and very accommodating. We mostly ate at the house because it was so comfortable and you couldn’t beat the dinner view especially on the upstairs balcony. Everything needed for cooking and serving for lots of people was provided in the two kitchens. It was nice to have two master bedrooms and the third bedroom downstairs off the kitchen is very comfortable too. All beds were great. It was very easy to go to town for food and supplies. When we first arrived we had some questions about the house. We called the caretakers and they came over immediately. They were there to help us whenever needed. Not only that but they were so kind and brought us delicious vegetables from their garden. Squash, cucumbers , corn and more. We cooked or grilled it all. Delicious!! I have to say that even with a few days of rain it was one of our best vacations. Lots of wonderful memories. We will definitely be back.

Property is beautiful. Setting is beautiful.

I hate to give this property such a good review because I would prefer to keep it a family secret, but I can't in all good conscience do that. Our family of 9 (3 generations) stayed a week and had a fabulous time. The house itself is beautifully decorated with two separate living areas and perfect for families. The lake is deep and clear with very little boat traffic. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is just awesome. Nobody wanted to go home. We skied and tubed all week. Two of the boys even learned to slalom. The mothers and grandma just enjoyed watching the kids ski and going for boat rides on the lake. An awning came loose and Edd had someone (Tim - super nice guy) there within minutes to fix it. The only thing I wish the dock had is a ladder and dock whips to keep the boat away from the dock. We are already working on a schedule to come back next year for a longer stay.

Beautiful house, great location and view

The house is beautiful, and well cared for. Great location and views. You can get out and easily go sightseeing, go into town for essentials, or be very comfortable just staying in and relaxing. Hopefully next time we can utilize the fire pit (it rained this time before we had a chance).

Beautiful place, location and view - Loved it!

The place was in immaculate conditions and even a small issue with Sat TV was taken care the same day. Folks were super nice and the location is breathtaking - Will recommend to anyone looking for a memory-making vacation spot. Looking forward to come back some day....Enjoy!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views!

The home is clean and well taken care of. The Property management and owners were both very easy to work with. We rented a boat from Deyton Boat rentals and kept it at the dock. I would highly recommend them for boat rentals. Everyone had such a great time! Both our children learned to water ski, wakeboard and even slalom. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. Many great memories created! Thank you so much for sharing your special treasure with the rest of us. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful lake home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake home. The home is gorgeous and situated on a small cove of Lake Santeetlah, and the view is beautiful. Our group consisted of three families, and we had plenty of room. We spent most of our time swimming around the dock and sitting out on the large deck. The property managers were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this home again!

Breathtaking Views

To say this property is beautiful would be the understatement of the year; it left me speechless. A whole trip could be happily spent sitting on the large deck admiring the glass-like water and the jaw-dropping mountains. Everything about the location carries an aura of peace and relaxation. It is a ~5 minute drive to the town center with a grocery store and most everything you could want. There are also opportunities for rafting and zip-lining not far from the property. It is situated at the bottom of the famous "Tail of the Dragon" so it's perfect for any automotive enthusiast as well! All in all, I did not ever want to leave. I have not stayed in many places that give a feeling like this property does. I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing, beautiful vacation. The house is stunning with ample space for 10-12 people. The location is great. There is quick access to town and outdoor activities. I never wanted to leave! I hope to return to this property one day. It truly was amazing.

Wonderful and Peaceful Vacation

My large family of nine stayed in this home for a week on a family vacation and had such a wonderful time. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. There were absolutely no issues at all during our stay. Lake Santeetlah is beautiful and peaceful. It was a true pleasure to sit on the deck each morning and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the lake. We had great times around the fire pit in the evenings. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful home!

This home blew me away- it is absolutely gorgeous and decorated in such a way that you immediately feel at home upon arrival. It has an incredible view of Lake Santeetlah with spacious balconies and a cozy fire pit that everyone enjoyed! It is perfect for people looking for a quiet getaway, but also has easy access to lots of fun outdoor and water activities on Lake Santeetlah itself, as well as the Nantahala River and nearby Fontana Lake. While we were on vacation, my family did both white water rafting and zip lining, which was about a 25 minute drive from this property. The home has one bedroom upstairs with a large living room and kitchen, and then two bedrooms with a separate kitchen and living room on the bottom floor, which was very convenient. It was a great fit for our group as well, as many of the armchairs throughout the house can fold out into twin sized beds. I also cannot leave a more glowing review about the homeowners- they are absolutely wonderful people and were very accommodating throughout our entire trip. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend some time in beautiful Robbinsville!
