This is a superb Grade II listed, end-terraced cottage in the Lake District National Park, on the edge of the Lowther Castle Estate. This former workers cottage was built in the 1770s and is situated in a conservation village, designed by the renowned architect Robert Adam, for the 1st Earl of Lonsdale. Set amongst other sandstone cottages, centred around lawned courtyards, the cottage has an abundance of charm and character of its own from its previous history. Crescent Cottage has been carefully furnished and well-equipped to create a particularly appealing and comfortable property for guests.
