Esta casa puede describirse mejor como una casa de playa actualizada. Comenzó su vida como una casa de playa de bloque sin pretensiones, pero ha pasado por múltiples adiciones y actualizaciones para convertirse en la hermosa cabaña de playa moderna que ves hoy.

105 Ariola Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Esta casa tiene una suite principal con cama king y baño principal privado. Dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas matrimoniales y baño privado. Los dormitorios 3 y 4 tienen una cama queen y comparten un baño en el pasillo. La cocina está bellamente actualizada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos renovados. La sala de estar es un espacio cálido y acogedor ideal para reuniones familiares.

El patio trasero está cercado con espacio en la cubierta para asar o cenar. La cubierta superior del techo es un lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o cócteles por la tarde con vista al Golfo. Reserve ahora para 2020 para asegurar su lugar en esta maravillosa casa familiar.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay at this property. The layout made it so comfortable with everything on one floor and the kitchen and large dining table were perfect for our holiday dinner celebration. We were surprised that one of the bathrooms didn’t have an electrical outlet but we made it work by sharing space. The location is excellent…just steps from the beach.

Easy cross neighborhood street to beach. Beach is beautiful! Walking distance to lots of fun things to do and places to eat in PB. Overall very nice interior furnishings. Nice amenities. Pet friendly is an added plus!Cons: Since I live in Florida this wasn't a deal breaker but YNTK...five dead roaches present upon arrival and roach droppings present around two sinks. (Made me questions how well the place was cleaned before hand.) After arrival, found 1 - 2 live roaches daily in kitchen and bathroom.The two queen beds in guestroom, with attached full bathroom, off kitchen, were terrible! All other beds (1 king and 2 queens) were good. The mattress cover on queen bed in same guestroom was disgusting! These should be replaced ASAP. Beach equipment is bring your own or rent. Rent is typically $25/day. I would recommend to friends and stay again but bring your own bug spray.Management group was very good and responsive to questions.

Great quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all restaurants and stores. Large deck on top for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Loved our stay at this beach cottage. Perfect Beach Getaway Cottage

Cozy, convenient, fenced in, wrap around walkway, upper deck with a view, easy and abundant parking, modern amenities, several doors, and directly across the street from the handicap accessible walkway which makes it the easiest walk to the beach ever. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent place to stay

What a great place to stay! The listing is accurate and working with the property management was a breeze. Beautifully decorated. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and main road. Great for pets because of fully fenced in yard. Fun games and puzzles. All good!

Comfortable stay

Lovely beach across street. it would have been nice if the house had a few more pots & pans. After the first night, we requested for several items & it was delivered to house very quickly. Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay the toilets & bathtub backed up but they got a plumber to take care of it. Was just a temporary fix as everything backed up again 2 days later! Would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies especially since the sewage water backed up into tub. Paradise Beach Homes made the effort to correct these problems in a timely manner which we appreciated but these issues will continue unless there is a long term fix. Also, there were ants in the foyer floor and master bedroom jacuzzi, then we killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen area - was told that cockroaches are not unusual lol but it was not what I was expecting. Overall I would rent from Paradise Beach Homes again as their responses to our issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach.But the shower room(specially main bathroom) were so dirty, we tried to clean them up but finally decided not to use.
