Both rooms have views of the gulf from your bed and deck. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play, walker and safety gates in as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier.
