Casa familiar cerca del mar y del pueblo

Casa adosada de 5 dormitorios en tres plantas, con cama super king, una habitación doble estándar y tres habitaciones dobles, dos en el segundo piso. Cuarto de baño en el primer piso y WC separado, baño en planta baja y WC, cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, nevera y congelador. Hay un salón comedor de buen tamaño, con Smart TV, DVD y banda ancha. El salón se puede separar del comedor mediante puertas correderas. Pequeño espacio exterior cubierto, y permite estacionar afuera en la parte trasera. La casa no es apta para el acceso en silla de ruedas. Doble acristalamiento en todas partes con calefacción central de gas con radiadores a todas las habitaciones. A 5 minutos de la playa y del centro de la ciudad, buen acceso a bares y restaurantes de los cuales Great Yarmouth tiene muchos. La estación de tren está a 15 minutos a pie o 5 en taxi. Buen acceso a supermercados.

The house was perfect for our stay in Great Yarmouth. It was very convenient for lots of the sights and attractions - Hippodrome, Marine Centre, piers, beach and Pleasure Beach.The house was comfortable and clean with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils so it was easy to self cater.Communication with the owners was excellent and very helpful.

Brilliant house close to the sea

Starting at check in Julie made everything so easy. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed as well as stocking the essentials in the house.The house itself is situated about a 5 min walk from the sea front with what is essentially a private car park. I will say when you arrive the area does look a little “back alley” but I can assure you looks are misleading. The house itself is situated over 3 floors and well stocked. Only thing I’d say to be careful of is making sure the top floor is only populated by sure footed people as the staircase is a tad narrow. This was perfect for us as the kids fitted perfectly. The beds were comfy and they even provided extra beach towels for us.On our last day I found a short cut to the seafront. You come out the back door and keep walking straight. If we stay in Yarmouth again I will be trying to hire this house again.

Family stay

9 of us (one toddler) stayed in Julie’s property for a long weekend. It was a lovely house, very clean and was perfect for what we needed. The host was easily contactable and helped with any queries we had! The location was great in terms of shops, seaside and restaurants, the only downside was that it was slightly loud at night but that’s to be expected when so close to a busy area! Overall would highly recommend staying at Julie’s property!

Christmas break with the family

We were impressed with the property, when we first walked in. It's spacious and very accommodating, perfect for a family. The house was very clean as well which is something you are always pleased to see. The location is great, with you being a few minutes from the beach and a stones throw from the local Londis. Julie was very quick to respond to any queries we may have had and was very approachable and kind in the whole process.

Great house

A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer.

Home from home

A lovely well thought out and beautifully decorated property. Lots of extra little touches, enough cleaning products, dishwasher tablets even cling flim, that made self catering so much easier. Very close to the beach front so we didn't have to drive and park at all. The range of games left for us to play were great fun. The welcome tea, coffee and milk was a lovely start to the holiday. We would certainly love to rent this property again. Thank you for a effort free booking.

This was our second holiday at this holiday home with three generations of my family, there is everything you need provided, the location is great for cafe's, shops the pier and the beach, I would highly recomend a holiday here

Fantastic place

The house was fantastic. Very good location, close the beach and shops. The house itself is very spacious. Host provided everything for you to settle in. Very welcoming. For the price we paid, it’s a bargain. Not easy to find such a big house to accommodate 10 people.

Great stay in an excellent location

Stayed at the property for 4 nights and couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The property is a perfect location for access to the seafront and town centre without needing to drive. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Will definitely be looking to book again if we go back to Great Yarmouth.

My Holiday stay

Our family’s stay was fantastic! We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. Comment to the owners, thank you for our lovely stay and all the help you provided us with 😊

Fun New Year's break!

We are two families who have been going away at New Year for many years. Julie's property was perfect for us and we had a brilliant time. The house was very clean, well stocked and all appliance were easy to use or had clear instructions (one of the best properties we have stayed in for this). The location is amazing because you can walk to the beach or the town in a couple of minutes, The parking was also easy. We drove to Horsey Bay to see the seals on one of the days and to Norwich on another. Both within easy driving distance and real highlights of our stay. There is so much to do in and around Great Yarmouth and Julie made the whole process so easy with her clear and timely communication. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great central location

Ideal location for central Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. Very well presented terrace with 5 bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay

This house is absolutely fantastic. Clean and tidy, spacious, and so handy for the park, the beach and all of the amusements, as well as the shops. Parking just outside the back gate, and Shop, very close by. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in great Yarmouth.

Family break in Great Yarmouth

Absolutely perfect property for us, two families with children ranging from 6 to 18 years old. It is situated a short walk from Great Yarmouth seafront which has everything for all ages. The property itself was clean and well presented on arrival with all the facilities and amenities the family needed. Towels were provided as well as cleaning products and there was enough cutlery and crockery for all our needs throughout the week. There was a fantastic selection of games which kept us all amused in the evenings and enough bathrooms to ensure we could all get ready without queuing up! Julie was always available to contact when required. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house was advertised as a 7-bedroom property, which initially caught our eye. We quickly realised that the location for a holiday home was perfect. We had been on a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads when the family was young, and had a super time in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas.

The house used to be a guest house, but hadn't been used as such for decades. It had no heating, no kitchen and several leaks!! We have recorded our journey in photographs of making the house beautiful, warm and comfortable. They can be seen in the dining room.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have spent a lot of time here, initially whilst renovating the house, then getting the chance to enjoy it and explore the area more. It has a home-from-home feel about it. We have loved eating in, eating out, beach walks with our dog, the leisure centre on Marine Parade (being updated and due to open Summer 2022), bowling, the busy Summers, the quieter Winters and everything in between.
