Nice vacation for good price.

I would recommend this resort if you are not very picky with cleanliness. In overall it looks okay but I wish the bedrooms were more clean and beds more comfortable. Also the kitchen cabinets are just painted outside and look like new on the pictures, but actually they are very old and nasty inside. However, the location was great, just steps from the beach, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the manager Justin was very friendly and polite.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we went to rest; we could hear people above us late evening till about 11Pm. Our unit was not clean very well. There was dust behind the beds and on the wall trims. if I had someone with allergies, the allergies would have acted up badly. I have stayed with at this condo before, and disappointed with cleanliness.

The security guard at night was bothering us for every little thing. The two of the three jacuzzis didn’t work all week and some of the staff walking around there were sketchy and scary looking. Definitely won’t be back

Not returning!

Very disappointed by the difficulty of moving our things into the unit. Buildings have one ramp access at the far end of the 3 section building, then you have to drag everything all the way back through the building sections to get to the condo. listing indicated entrances and elevators for each section, but failed to say there is only one ramp on either side of the building at the far end. The carpets were old & dirty, the tile floors didn't appear to have a good cleaning in some time, in fact the living room carpet looked quite worn and dirty. I paid a cleaning fee, then was threatened with an additional fee if we failed to follow instructions for garbage removal, furniture placement, clean the stove & refrigerator, wash and replace dishes in cabinets, etc. I'm surprised they didn't instruct us to scrub the toilets. The pool located nearest us was closed for our last two days. Absolutely no shade at that pool and only lounge chairs that are difficult to get in & out of. One table with an umbrella located at the other pool at the very far back end of building A. I could go on, but just have to say, we won't be going back to MBR in the future. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that it is overrun with cats and geese.

Was ok for the money

The condo was dated and needs a deep cleaning. Was very dirty on the walls, behind garbage cans, couch (had to move for pull out). Main right burner on stove didn't work properly. Very sandy on floors when we got there. Beds in 2nd bedroom were so tiny and that wasnt really properly disclosed on listing. The picture on the lieting of off of the balcony makes it seem like that water park belongs to the resort but it doesn't. Kids had to stare at something they couldn't go to. Master Bed so uncomfortable my back still hurts. Parking was a nighmare. Plus sides: easy access from stairs, balcony was big, priced decent. Pools clean and fun, great beach access, 2 snack bars. Great location. Very safe.

Sheets do not stay on twin beds good at all. Twin beds not fully made on arrival. Den needs another chair for families. Balcony had a chair that was torn up. Should have better/sturdier chairs on balcony. We brought camping chairs to use for our big and tall Fellas.

The biggest annoyance was the construction crew outside our room with an extremely loud beeping boom lift. While I simpathise with the guys working in 100 degree heat everyday. Nobody wants to wake up at 7am to an extremely loud beeping boom lift everyday of our vacation. And then all day till 6pm. EVERYDAY OF OUR ******* TRIP ALLLLLLLLL DAY BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEP
