2 habitaciones con colchones queen, y una habitación más pequeña con una completa. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario. Baño completo con bañera con patas y ducha separada. Relájese en la terraza trasera con vista al jardín, o en la cubierta lateral con vista al huerto. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento, incluso para un RV. Un poco más de 400 'sobre el nivel del mar, obtenemos mucho más sol que la ciudad real de Mendocino, puede ser 10-15 grados más cálido en un día típico. Justo al final de la calle hay muchas playas, restaurantes, tiendas y spas. A 10 millas al norte está Fort Bragg, que tiene muchas más opciones, incluyendo Noyo Harbour, Cines y Mini Golf. A 40 minutos tierra adentro hay muchos viñedos para degustar vinos y comer. El océano ofrece muchas actividades recreativas, que incluyen buceo de abulón, buceo, pesca submarina, pesca de cangrejos, kayak, surf, surf de remo y pesca de salmón. We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. The location was perfect and very convenient, while still feeling peaceful and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the birds and enjoying the fresh forest air was such a lovely experience. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

Another AMAZING stay at the farmhouse! The yard and house are perfect for kids and dogs. There are so many hiking trails nearby. The host is very responsive. The house was really clean and well stocked! Our kids found plenty of games/movies for the rainy days and enjoyed the huge yard on sunny days! Looking forward to coming back next year!

It was a peaceful and quiet stay. The fenced in backyard was great, but unfortunately, it was too wet for our pup to run around. Good location, minutes to town. We enjoy hiking and recommend the All Trails app. Much to our surprise, there were ample hikes to choose from.

Comfortable and cozy stay. The beds are on the firm side (which we found comfortable and preferable to soft mattresses). The backyard was great for our dog). One of the bedrooms (the one next to the laundry room) does run colder at night than the rest of the house but it was not an issue for our group.

Cozy little house nestled in the woods. Far enough and close enough to Mendocino, a perfect little get away for the weekend. Perfect place for dog owners, our pup oved the yard.

Beautiful home nestled in the redwoods in Mendocino. Very spacious backyard with two inviting decks and numerous fruit trees. Our dog Louka was in puppy heaven with space to run and endless new smells. Also enjoyed our walks through Mendocino and along the spectacular coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway

Lovely farmhouse, immaculately clean and comfortable. It was a rainy weekend, so we stayed inside a lot, and it was very pleasant. Great location, about 7 min drive to town. Birds singing outside, peaceful. Beautiful garden. Patrick is an attentive and thoughtful host.

Beautiful with lots of space for kids and dogs!

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! The fenced in yard was perfect for our kids and dog to run around and play! On the days it was rainy, there were board games and movies available to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house felt clean and comfortable! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back porch enjoying the beautiful property!

Home for a week

We had a great time during our stay at the farmhouse! We played badminton and Cornhole and enjoyed lots of reading hours in the gorgeous backyard. The house is comfy and cozy and is a short drive to town and beaches - this home away from home was perfect for our little family!

Great location and beautiful property

The house was very charming and was like going to a grandparents house. Very clean, had all the dishes we could ever need, coffee there for us, pack and play for the baby. Beautiful gardens around the house. Just wish it wasn’t raining so we could have explored the property more.

Beautiful and quiet

Quaint and charming home with very large securely fenced yard which was perfect for our dogs. Fun yard for humans too with volleyball or badminton. Bring bug spray ad the mosquitos were a bit heavy in mid May. We lived this home and would stay again.

Wonderful Farmhouse

The farmhouse was perfect for two of us and our two generously sized dogs. Great fenced yard, great kitchen, great living room with room for everyone, and a lovely bathroom. Very generously stocked with towels, toilet paper and enough dishes for 100 people. This is one place we would love to come back to. Also, nicely located very near Big River beach and trail.

Lovely stay

This property was even better than the description. Property offers a quiet peaceful retreat just inland from Mendocino and associated beach and headland access. Rustic, and restful with a crow’s foot soaking tub and many retro amenities, right down to the 1950’s Electrolux vacuum with a retractable cord. Plenty to do on a rainy day too, with numerous puzzles, games and interesting reads. The yard was amazing, fenced and thoughtfully laid out. Quite simply wonderful, we’ll be returning again.

A contemplative getaway

This property is sweet, cozy, private, with plenty of fenced yard for my dogs to run free. The gardens were just coming to life while I was there. I immediately felt at home in the simple cottage and settled in for my stay with no fuss, able to breathe and contemplate. I will come back here when I can and highly recommend it.

Better than the pictures!

This is such a lovely house and while the bedrooms aren't huge we felt like the whole house ended up being even better than expected! The bathroom was wonderful and the kitchen was well-stocked. My kids loved the yard and having a fenced yard for the kids and dogs was wonderful. We had many friends ask for the booking info while we were there based on my pictures and I was tempted to tell them they could have it only if they brought me back with them!

perfect getaway

This property was so perfect. We spent hours tanning and lounging on the patio. There was a nice looking BBQ, good seating and furniture outside as well. we saw deer, frogs, slugs and the cat in the yard :) The only thing we would mention is that there were a considerable amount of spiders around the house which is entirely understandable because it is an older house and many of the windows don't have screens. Other than the spiders (that caused us no real harm) the house was perfectly clean and was stocked with an abundant amount of linens (beach towels, bathroom towels, sheets, etc). The third bedroom is very small and is attached to the laundry room, it would be good for a child (or two) but may be a battle if there were say three adults picking rooms. The kitchen is nice and spacious and had all the necessary pots and pans to cook with. I was also so impressed by all the cleaning products they had in the house as well as bug spray (not the stuff for your body) which came in handy for said spiders. The living room was great and the TV worked well. There is of course just the one bathroom, we were just 2 people so it wasn't a big deal sharing but might be if you had 3 people staying here. The bathroom itself was very open and spacious with nice natural lighting and a view of the yard and trees. The shower is a little small but really no big deal and the shower-head was nice, not like those hotel ones that spray every direction. The beds and full size fridge were great too!

This farm house is very much a home, which is not always the case, even in nice vacation rentals. The property is ideal for dogs, with lots of fenced space. Short drive to Mendocino and Highway 1 - location is a major benefit. The 4 of us staying there could not have been more pleased
