Esta unidad está perfectamente situado en la 8ª planta. El aparcamiento es fácil en la 8ª planta sólo 2 pisos abajo desde el garaje !!!

Phoenix X es uno de los complejos de condominios más populares de la costa del golfo. Hay una razón más turistas se quedan en este condominio que cualquier otro en Orange Beach.



No hay un lugar mejor para alojarse para usted y su familia de Phoenix X. Hay un montón de actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina cubierta, jacuzzis, pistas de tenis, piscina al aire libre. Hay incluso un área de mirador agradable para relajarse bajo, mientras que su bbqing.



Venga a relajarse en el amplio balcón en el 8vo piso con excelentes vistas del golfo o dormir en la cama grande del rey en el maestro con acceso al balcón! Hay dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Esta unidad ha sido actualizado a la nueva muebles incluidos, encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos. Estamos convenientemente ubicado al lado de restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles y no muy lejos de los centros comerciales. No olvidemos que estamos justo al lado de la Flora-Bama!



También tenemos dos 3br unidades en la misma planta en caso de que necesite más espacio.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, son una tarifa única de $ 35 por vehículo.

Chair on balcony is broke, nearly got hurt sitting on it. Master bathroom shower drain was full of hair and started backing up after first person took shower. Had to clean drain, which was very nasty.Love the condominium location. Very roomy

Great ocean stay… ocean breeze!

Close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything! Clean, kitchen very well equipped, can’t beat sliding glass door in living room and bedroom if u like sounds and breeze of ocean.pool never too crowded.

THe condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable and condo was overall perfect. The hairdryer in master didnt work however it might just need a reset. The parking was easy and the Phoenix V is so close to so many places to eat and drink, not driving anywhere was a treat. The Beach Chair Rentals were super easy to do and very professional. Thank you

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a dump ! The master bedding was dirty or stained , terrible smell in condo, shower curtains had stains , one dish towel , no dish soap as described , large hole still in the wall behind the door which has been there according to the reviews ! The ice maker did not work at all in the refrigerator !! I called and spoke to someone named Charlie , he said no one reported it . He also said someone would be up the next day to fix it bringing more dish towels and soap the next day , well that never happened !

Reviewer Comments: We love to stay at Phoenix X because it has a great location, walking distance to Flora Bama, beautiful beach, ice available on site, nice pool area, good parking, etc. The unit we stayed this time is a little dated and needs some attention. The washer and dryer is on its last leg, there was a hole in the wall at the entry door. Our email said no Wi-Fi password needed but it did require one so we had to call/email to get it

A Very Sandy Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was already lots of sand on the floor. I get we are at the beach, but it was excessive. Also, the plugs along the far right wall in the condo did not work at all. Hair dryer did not work in primary bathroom. Hole in the wall behind the entrance door that a repair had not even been attempted. Overall, I did not feel like the condo was in the cleanest condition when arriving. Pictures were very deceiving.

Great Location but Maintenance Concerns Diminish Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unbeatable location next door to Flora-Bama. However, while the location earns top marks, there are certain aspects of the condo itself that warrant attention. Several items within the condo are broken, from a crockpot to a malfunctioning toaster, to only half of pretty much every single outlet not working, the dishwasher falling apart, and the bathtub drains being clogged, resulting in the peculiar experience of taking a shower and a bath simultaneously. It is clear that some aspects of the property are in need of maintenance. Additionally, the broken crockpot was particularly frustrating as we had purchased ingredients and prepared a meal, only to find out upon attempting to use the crockpot that it was broken. While these issues didn't entirely overshadow our stay, they did detract from the overall experience.Despite these drawbacks, it's worth noting that the condo was relatively clean upon our arrival, ensuring a comfortable environment for our stay. The beds were cozy, and the living area provided ample space for relaxation.In summary, this vacation condo offers a prime location that undoubtedly serves as its strongest selling point. However, potential guests should be aware of the maintenance issues that may impact their overall satisfaction. With some attention to these areas, this condo has the potential to shine even brighter and provide guests with an unforgettable vacation experience.

A lot of the cookware was very worn, my hairdryer didn’t work, the bathroom sink and tub drained very slow, the shower liner was mildewed and missing rings. The washer was the loudest washer I have ever heard and the lamp by the bed did not work (yes I checked the bulb), but I know those are doable things. Overall it was ok, but when you spend money to stay you kind of would like a little care into some of these things. Generally it needs a good updating. It wouldn’t take much to make this top notch.

Great location

The condo location was perfect. Unit was clean when we arrived, all staff on property very nice! Ocean view was amazing-we saw dolphins from the deck. Only downside was the condo needed a little TLC. DVD player broken, one outlet didn’t work, hair dryer in master bath turned on but didn’t blow any air-smelled like electrical. Informed property manager but never heard back. The coffee pot needs replacing as well as the rusty paper towel holder and moldy master bath shower curtain. Even with all of this, still a nice stay.

Reviewer Comments: The area was good, the room was very very dirty, we spent half a day cleaning,the master bed was terrible, we traveled with friends that stayed in a Brett Robinson room, if they needed towels , blankets, they went to front desk, they also got to check in early, we asked before hand and never received a answer from someone named Charlie, front desk wasn't to fond of him either. If and when we and our family and friends go back it won't be through this so called Charles, or what ever he calls himself.

Great Location and View

This condo was perfect for us. The balcony was great. The bed was comfortable. It had plenty of space. Our only complaint is that maintenance just walked in one day to change an air filter. The door bell is broken and the back bedrooms tub doesn't drain well. Also, check in is a bit late in the day. Other than that the staff was friendly and the amenities at the condo were terrific. The pool was nice, several hot tubs, and great beach access. If you like music you can here Flora Bama music playing without even going there. We will return! Only reason for 4 stars is bc of the above mentioned issues.
