-Este edificio cuenta con cuatro suites frente al mar de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño.

Cuenta con un enorme y muy raro patio frente a la playa justo en la playa. Esta unidad está a poca distancia de bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, Mission Bay, supermercados, tiendas de alquiler (bicicletas, tablas de paddle, botes, etc.). Está ubicado en el corazón de Mission Beach, justo donde está toda la acción. Esta es la mejor ubicación!

Esta es una unidad recién remodelada en la planta baja. Cuenta con una cocina gourmet y un impresionante baño con camas casper. ¡Hay vistas al océano desde la cocina, el comedor y las salas de estar! El enorme patio frente a la playa tiene barbacoas y una mesa para su uso.

¡Hay un espacio de estacionamiento reservado! ¡Y lavandería a monedas en el lugar!

This is out 4th year in a row staying in Ocean Front Paradise condos. Absolutely love the large patio on the boardwalk and the closeness to shops and restaurants. We will be back again next summer!!

Absolutely perfect

The location is fantastic - right on the beach with beautiful views. Easy walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. We felt very safe. The property had all the amenities we needed. Having a dedicated parking space was definitely a plus. Will definitely book again!

Second stay here and we will for sure be back!!! This is the perfect location for a family outing. We had a toddler and a baby and stayed in the bottom unit. The gated patio was perfect for being able to relax while our toddler played. The beds are comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen had everything needed to cook your own meals. Close to a grey coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Great parking. Can’t say enough positive things. Also located in the surfing area of mission beach so it was nice to watch the surfers (and dolphins) every morning while drinking coffee. We did a beach bonfire rental one night and it was awesome.

List track of how many times I stayed. Another great stay with everything we needed. Things you may miss if you don’t know- fans (stored in closet) make a difference when warm. There are blackout shades in the windows. One was broken in the down position on arrival but I’m sure that will be addressed. But they are there to block the light from outside. I love staying here on my frequent visits & am always bummed when it’s not available, has everything, is comfortable & clean. Love it.

Fantastic beach stay

Excellent location. Super fun atmosphere, well equipped property. Comfortable, clean and well organized. Patio is spacious. Needs a tiny bit of TLC after the heavy winter storms but still nice. Magical views 100% of the time. Lively and fun. This was my second time at this property. Great experience and responsive host. Can’t wait to go back.

another great stay

I have stayed here several times and was familiar with the area before that. I always have a nice stay and have no complaints at all- has everything I want or need for remote work and relaxing. It was hot this week and like nearly every place beachfront, there is no AC but there were plenty of floor stand and table top fans that were very helpful and more than adequate for me. My ratings are based on expectation vs reality and this place is exactly as advertised and overall just wonderful. It's one of my preferred units that I specifically look for when I visit which is pretty often.

Repeat visitor - I love it.

I've stayed here twice and have another stay planned. Communication is easy and great. I have been so impressed with Malena and management every time. The location is amazing right on the beach with a large deck out front with concrete tables and seating (great for dining and working remotely- not for lounging though there are rockers for a bit more comfort). It is nicer than other similar listing IMO. Parking right at the beach is hard to come by and so welcome. This is really Pacific Beach and is close to World Famous and Woody's and easy walking to the pier and all of PB, which is great and convenient but may be busy and louder at times, so be aware if you aren't into that energy (it's a fun energy to me). It's amazing for people watching though and is one of my preferred places to stay on my frequent visits.

Very disappointed in the stay. As soon as we got the keys out the box and walked up to the door we found the door handle broken...messaged property manager and NO RESPONSE. The only way to keep the door closed was to lock the deadbolt. Per the information in the check in book no property manager available outside of Monday - Friday 8am-4pm...so when anyone books it on the weekends or after 4pm during the week you are on your own... apparently safety is not a priority at this place. Sheets and blankets had white spots on them..."soap" in the bathroom was water put in the bottle. Good luck to anyone who is looking to book this. Hope you have a better experience. We will never book this place again especially for the price. We should be able to have a full functional place to stay WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE

Great location, mediocre amenities.

This little rental was recently remodeled, and is quite cute. The location is super convenient, located right in the mix of what PB has to offer. However, the mattresses were, in a word, terrible. All 6 of us got little sleep and went home tired and achy. The pillows desperately need to be replaced. At the price per night, I’d expect a bit more comfort. Also, the level of hospitality left something to be desired. Most hosts have a welcome package or some complimentary coffee... just a little treat for the guests. These hosts did, in my opinion, the bare minimum (providing a clean environment). We received no thank you for our business, no warm welcome. In fact, the only messaging offered by the property manager was to remind us to be out my ten am with zero exceptions and that they would be there at 10am sharp to see us out, and that all the dishes must be washed and put away, and all the trash taken out. These are things we would likely do anyway, as we enjoy a tidy space and are respectful guests. I suppose I just appreciate a little love from hosts when choosing VRBO.

Alli, We are so sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience during your stay with us. We do choose to have a more hands-off approach to our hospitality as we do not want to interfere or take any precious vacation time from our guests. This is why we have keyless entry and a guidebook of great places to check out. The mattresses are all recently replaced brand new Casper mattresses and we are sorry if they were not to your liking. We’ve also replaced all of the pillows after it was brought to our attention and would have been happy to provide new pillows if you had reached out during your stay. We are always available to help. We did accommodate you with early check in as you requested and we even gave you a full refund for a night canceled last minute. We are sorry we weren't able to allow you late check out and we know you were very disappointed with this. However we have a strict check-out policy because we often have guests waiting and we need ample time to clean the space. If we were able to allow you more time we would have been happy to do so but this wasn't the case. We will definitely take everything you’ve said into consideration as we are always looking to improve. Also I would like to the take the time now to say thank you so much for staying with us and helping us to improve our service. We really do appreciate your business. -Marlena

Great rental

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful and clean rental. Would absolutely rent again. The only heads up I would give is that the ocean directly in front of the rental is surfing only. We had to walk to lifeguard tower 21 or 23 to swim or boogie board. The rental is at tower 22 ( in the middle of the no swim/ boogie board zone).

Great stay in San Diego with family

We had a great stay in early August. 3 adults including my mother in law and 2 kids ages 4 and 10! Loved being right on the beach and walking distance from restaurants and the more residential area! Property was clean and as advertised on the site! Thank you!
