Remodeled in 2020, Mission Beach Breeze is a 607 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bottom unit condo. Oceanfront property with unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Elevated, large private deck with patio furniture right on the Mission Beach boardwalk. Perfect for watching the waves. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, private stacked washer/dryer in hallway, quartz countertops, LVP flooring, tile shower/tub combo, new furniture throughout, master queen bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, smart tv's in all rooms, xbox, high speed internet, Spectrum TV, Apple TV, gas barbecue, private one car garage (Dimensions: 17' long, 7' feet wide, 6'8" high). Outdoor shower in common area and private spigot on porch to wash sandy feet.
Centrally located to many attractions. Short 5 minute walk to Belmont Park, known for its famous 1920's The Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and The Plunge, a historic pool featuring glass walls for ocean views. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance to choose from. Beach rentals such as bikes, surfboards, boogie boards.

Fully stocked kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, CO2 detector in bedrooms and hall, smoke detector in kitchen, bedrooms and hall. Paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent soap, trash bags, baggies. tin foil, hair dryer, ironing board.

Great stay- we had a wonderful time. The location is great for families- my kids loved Belmont park, the plunge and also the beach. The garage was well equipped with beach toys. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin and depending on who is renting above you, might hear some noise.

We loved our stay! The unit was nicely updated and had exactly what we needed. The patio was even bigger in person and was a major plus. Everything was as described. Would stay here again!

Excellent location on the boardwalk just steps to the ocean. Easy check-in and check-out process. Parking was fine right next to the unit. Good supply of beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Could have a better equipped kitchen. Overall, recommend this place for a family friendly stay at Mission Beach.

Very nice property with a great location. The patio was great for watching the sunset over the ocean. Parking was a little trick, but space is at a premium that close to the beach. Wouldn’t recommend bringing multiple or larger vehicles,

Incredible property, can’t wait to go back! All the oceanfront condos have “location”, but this unit is well cared for with great amenities! Things light lights, stove, washer and dryer, tv, internet….all those things were perfect. You can stay at the beach all day because of how close you are. Meals, snacks, beverage breaks, naps are all within short reach from the beach to the condo! Pictured below, snacks in the foreground, our beach set up in the background. You’re that close! Incredible!

Great beach getaway!

We had a great stay! The location was amazing- right in the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. It was wonderful to be able to relax on the patio or come grab some snacks and see my older kids on the beach the whole time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot is tight but the tandem parking to the side of the unit had plenty of room and everyone was very courteous with communicating when needing to rearrange the cars.

Great location!! Excellent stay!! Would definitely recommend and book again. Everything was great! Our car did not fit in the garage, but the remote parking on the side worked out well.

Spring Break

The property location is priceless. Literally steps to the beach and hours of people and ocean watching. Also great proximity to Belmont Park and a playground. A short walk across Mission Blvd to get to the bayside where it can be warmer and less wind. The property is set up to easily accommodate cooking. The bbq set up was great and we used it almost nightly. Bike rentals are nearby. If you rent a car, be aware of the limited garage space and overflow parking. Pacific beach is about a mile and a quarter away to get to the pier.

Wonderful location

It’s hard to beat a sunset on this deck, overlooking the ocean. One night a man walking by on the boardwalk remarked to us “gosh I wish I was standing exactly where you are! What a great spot!” It is an ideal location. The boardwalk is busy (and a little noisy sometimes) but that’s part of the charm of the area. Great restaurants within walking distance (shout out to Funky Lemon for fantastic coffees and smoothies) and the condo was super comfortable. We appreciated the blankets for bundling in the chillier hours. The parking was easy, though we avoided the garage because it was too narrow, as the hosts warned us it would be. But the parking adjacent to the building was great and always available. The bunk bed (metal frame) was a little wobbly and creaky, but it wouldn’t be a huge deal for folks who aren’t light sleepers. We would definitely return! Thank you.

Great location

Beautiful view of the ocean, loved the deck for watching people and sunset. Home was comfortable and lots of amenities. Very small car will have trouble fitting in the garage but there is parking next to the unit and friendly neighbors. Loved that owner provided beach chairs, a volleyball, boogie boards and was easy to reach with questions. Its close to Rays to rent bikes for the day and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Location!

This was the perfect location with just the right amount of space! We really enjoyed be right on the ocean front. With the private patio and easy access to all the local restaurant there wasn't a need to leave too often.

Unit is located right on Boardwalk. Perfect for sunset views from the patio. Tons of different eating spots, coffee & shopping just a short walk ineitherdirection.

Great location!

The views and balcony are awesome! The balcony was bigger than I expected and made it so enjoyable to sit and watch the ocean. Mission Beach is crowded and busy and the boardwalk is bustling, so the balcony gave us the opportunity to be there but not have to fight the crowds.The location is close to everything in mission beach - you can walk everywhere. We couldn’t fit our car in the garage but we were glad to still be able to have a parking space in the tandem parking spot. It’s shared with the entire community, but we did get a spot each day. It’s quirky but worth it!
